My husband called to set up an appt for him & our son for Saturday. They gave him a 9am appt time. He showed up about 8:50 and waited for them to open at 9am (which is what time they said they'd open). They sat out in the parking lot until after 9:30. They never opened & never answered the phone. And with that, we'll never be back & will just find someone else to cut their hair. read more

I used to use this salon. Spend a lot of money here. As a customer,I made appointments for my hair color and cut. Should take no more than 1 hour and a half. I would wait until she f8nished cutting all the walk in hair cuts first. Meaning, waiting like 45 minutes until seated in the chair. While waiting she suggested I get a pedicure I agreed. The guy doing my pedi kept talking to another nail tech laughing flirting etc. Not paying attention he scraped my toe and cut it. I caught a nail fungus from this place I can't get rid of now. DO NOT COME HERE! Everything was terrible, i only got a root touch up and a bit of color it the front, the owner was smoking weed and doing my hair while high, she had a vape and a dap pen in her pocket, she messily added bleach to my roots and missed area so my hair came out orange in some areas and still had black in others and when i asked her why she didnt just add more she said she was looking for an "ombré" look but it came out patchy and uneven, she cranked up the radio and started dancing while doing my hair, she spilt so much product onto me and even let one her her friends (who im not even sure was hired) washed my hair, she sprayed me in the face several times and got puddles of water on the floor, the place is overall dirty and unprofessional read more

Only go here if you wanna have an appointment and spend literally half of your day off getting a cut and color.. and I have super short, fine hair. But on the bright side she,the owner, will argue with you that you always have the back of your hair shaved with a razor...while steadily buzzing away, then charge you over $200. The only reason I went there as long as I did is because she is an amazing colorist I must say.. .but there are more of those out there. read more

Do not go here. I called to make an appointment this morning and got there on time. Wound up waiting an hour while they took people who didn't have an appointment in front of me. I explained to them that I had a 2pm appointment several times. After 45 minutes I told the stylist I wasn't going to be able to do the color because I only had a babysitter until 4pm and could I just get the cut. She told me 5 minutes took another person with no appointment and then when she was done with that lady's hair I stood up she told me another person was in front of me! None of them had an appointment on the sign in sheet. Very poor service. I walked out. read more

Everyone here was very nice, which is why I gave an extra star. However there was only one nail tech that could do French tips, she rushed through both me and my moms nails so our pampering day turned into abt 40 min in the salon for both of us to get French tips. I wouldn't have had an issue that we were rushed through but now not even a full 3 days later and my nails look like this read more

My Linh is truly gifted! My cousin went to My Linh's salon years ago and stopped going due to her hectic work schedule. I recently was looking for a new stylist and decided to give My Linh a try and boy was I impressed with her skill level! After going to her for 3 consecutive appointments and the cut and color being consistent I recommend my cousin revisit her salon. She made her appointment and boy was she happy she did! If you were a previous client of My Linh's and felt her salon was too crowded, or too busy, with nails, etc... and your looking for a change in stylist or you are just new to the area and looking for a stylist that knows how to do anything you could desire she's your girl! She is no longer doing nails and is solo in her salon and loving it! I have been to some of the best salons in Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, Columbus, OH, and several high end salons here on the coast and My Linh can run circles around them! I returned here for my second cut because I loved the first one...sadly the second time around was NOT GOOD! I arrived there 5 minutes early for my cut and My Linh was dying a womens hair... She took me ten minutes later, as she put her other customer under the dryer to heat the highlights. She did my hair in a RUSH and RUINED IT!! It's so sad, she has been the only person to cut and color my hair for over 7 years. As the years gone by, the service seemed to be more and more disappointing. But it is my mistake for coming her one more time. I came to get my hair highlighted and trimmed to cut off all my dead hairs. She def cut my hair, and bleached it. It takes longer than it should have because she tries to squeeze in everybody at once to where she'll forget that somebody is in the dryer longer than they should have. My hair was literally bleached off, and she didn't say anything about it. She just said, it looks good it's really blonde! But all the blonde parts was burnt off. It just sucks, that she compliments it and says she loves it, trying to avoid the fact that it was so damaged. I couldn't sleep all night cause I hated it SO bad, but I bet she could have slept pretty comfortably knowing she made 170.00 off frying my hair. I'm so sad to say, that after 7 long years of coming here I will no longer be returning. I'm sick to my stomach because my hair is so BAD that I have no idea what to do about it. Thank you my linh. Went here twice both times were terrible. The first time I went just for a simple.manicure and I had set the appointment, no way I got there and 20 mins past my scheduled time and I was still reading my Nook...waiting. Then they rushed my nails and my color was all choppy. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt Then 2 weeks later...or yesterday I got my nails done same thing and she's like "when was last time you did a manicure, cuticles are long and jagged nails" I told her "uhhh 2 weeks ago here" she just said "oh" ....definitely never coming here again. Plus they don't really carry a conversation with you. Boring!!!! read more

My Linh is a gem. She put purple peek a boos throughout my hair which goes from silver and gray to the very back bottom of the scalp which is light brown. Excellent color that does not run or fade and did not transfer to the other hair. I also had a pedicure. It was an excellent and thorough pedi with treatments that other salons charge extra for and call it a spa pedi. The salon itself is very clean and the seats are very comfortable. I was treated very well and all the workers were very pleasant and friendly. I have already recommended several people to My Linh's Salon because I know they do excellent work. read more

I just moved here from Austin, TX so I had to find another place to get my hair but and eyebrows waxed. I didn't try too many services, I just got my eyebrows waxed on my first visit. The woman that did it didn't rush the job even though the place was pretty busy, which I greatly appreciated. From my personal experience the only complaint was that the table that I was told to lay on didn't have a sheet of paper on top to ensure that i wasn't laying on a table that hadn't been wiped in a while. I'm not sure if they wipe it down between customers, but I'll give them the benefit of a doubt. It was average priced I thought, but I had to lower the scored because of my brother-in-law's experience. His eyebrows were visibly uneven and he will not be going back. Plan on trying my luck with their haircut next. read more

Came for a half leg waxing. They didn't know what half leg waxing was but anyway charged me $46 for the [terrible] service. The operation room was dirty, hair all around the place, the lady who served didn't even put paper sheet or any sheet on the bed where I was supposed to get waxed. Yuk. Job was done terribly, my legs are still hairy, will have to finish waxing myself now. Come on guys, 46 bucks for half leg in Biloxi???!!!))))
