As soon as you walk in you see a well-stocked store from the ground to the ceiling. Each area is stocked by size that is neat and in an orderly fashion. Finally, without even LOOKING in my direction, she said "you ready?" That's wild behavior. I also heard an employee talking badly about a customer very loudly for all to hear. Entitled behavior with lack of care and service. I'm not especially inclined to return.

Karen was a huge help, and showed me some other styles of clothes I was interested in. They have a large selection of jeans, and even more options online, so I tried on for size in the store and will purchase online later. I think the value is pretty good at Old Navy. They've usually got good sales, and always have a clearance area. I will probably come back here in the future, everyone was nice and friendly. The store was organized and clean.
