1 Star - Extremely Disappointing Return Policy…read more I'm extremely disappointed with Old Navy's return policy and how it was handled at the store. I purchased a brand-new shirt just three days ago. I never wore it. I washed it once before trying it on again and realized that the fit wasn't right for me. I brought it back to the store expecting that, being only three days after purchase, there would be some reasonable way to exchange or return it. Instead, I was told that because the shirt had been washed, Old Navy would not accept the return. I understand that stores need return policies, but this feels extremely unreasonable. The shirt was essentially brand new, had never been worn, and I was still well within the return period. If washing an item automatically makes it ineligible for a return, that should be made very clear to customers at the time of purchase. What makes this even more frustrating is that Old Navy advertises a 30-day return/exchange period for qualifying purchases. (Old Navy) I've been shopping at Old Navy for years, but this experience has definitely changed how I feel about shopping there. A customer should not have to find out after the fact that washing a brand-new, unworn item makes it impossible to return. Very disappointing customer service and a return policy that needs to be reconsidered.

The consignment lady was a bit unfriendly. They don't give you any sense of pricing when you consign an item, and they won't tell you the item's price by phone. You have to come in and physically see the item once priced, which is somewhat inconvenient. Their designer bag selections were somewhat limited when I visited. They also appeared to only have two fitting rooms that were smaller and older-looking than those in their prior location. The person who helped me said that the mall relocated them, so it didn't seem like their choice.
