He re-keyed all my locks, and he was so quiet that I wondered if he had left before he finished the job or even charged me for it. (He was still on the job and hadn't left.) Had my friend meet up the locksmith (Levi) to rekey my house since I was out of town. They got into contact and Levi said he could meet after he finishes his current job, but couldn't give a time frame. Hour and half passes by and nothing. My friend was about to call Levi, but then Levi finally called. Apparently he took down my friend's number wrong and instead of trying the number my friend originally called him on the first time, Levi took another job that made my friend wait much longer than necessary. He should've tried the first number before taking on another job! Levi then says he'll come after ANOTHER job he just took and, again, couldn't give a time frame of when he would arrive. He would just come "after he finishes the job." So over a total of 3 hours later!!!!....Levi shows up. He quoted a basic lock price of $19 over the phone and told me he could give a true estimate when he comes. After arriving, he quoted $35 per lock!!! That's insane. I'm not a lock specialist, but I'm pretty sure my deadbolt is nothing special. I told my friend just to get it done because I felt awful that he had to waste so much time already. It's great others seem to had a good experience with him, but I'm not sure how many of those are truly honest reviews. I would not use this locksmith again. read more

Had a great experience today. I had my house locks rekeyed, and my home is an hour outside the metroplex, but they were willing to drive out to service me. Enrique arrived later than the initial appointment time, but called 30 minutes prior to the initial appointment time to let me know when to expect him; the delay was probably just a result of how much further out from the usual service area I am located. Very soon after I posted my review the business owner, Levi, reached out with an email so we could communicate. We then talked over the phone. I was very impressed with how he wanted to hear me out. He apologized for how things had gone. He offered to write me a check so my bill could be reduced - and this job had taken place last November - more than 5 months ago. He said I could stop by the office to get the check right away, and so I did. I was pleasantly surprised by it all. We called to have 2 locks replaced in our home and Levi responded immediately and arrived within 10 mins. He was very friendly and explained how everything could be fixed and then wrote us a quote. One door had the inside turning knob broken off so he could simply replace that portion of the lock and he wouldn't have to re-key anything so it was a saved expense there. Our other lock was a deadbolt that had to be replaced and re-keyed. Levi was able to find the exact deadbolt we needed and the correct color to match our existing handle on the door. He was very quick and efficient and he even fixed another handle mechanism on a different door that wasn't working properly at no charge. Everything was explained in detail and all questions were answered easily. I definitely recommend using him for any of your locksmith needs whether that's replacing locks or keys for your home or even for your vehicle. We had to wait 1 day for the exact deadbolt we needed to arrive and he stayed in communication with us throughout the process. He placed a temporary deadbolt on the door so that we could still lock it until the specific one we wanted arrived. Everything was so simple and easily taken care of with Levi. He is so good at what he does. Excellent service. He came to my business with in 20 minutes of calling him and solved my problem. I had an old ATM which was bolted into the ground for the last 8 years. I need to get into the safe in order to remove the bolts. I did not have the key or the combination since I acquired the ATM with the business. He was able to cut the ATM from the side and access the bolts. Definitely will use him in the future. After being gone with my son for two weeks, my husband and I returned home to find that my son's car was in our driveway blocking our cars, and he had forgotten to leave us the key. Levi is great. Came over within 24 hours of request. I wanted to install a $200.00 keyless pad and add additional locks for security purposes, which could have been an easy $250.00 plus day for him in labor alone. He evaluated my door and gave me his honest opinion (my door was already very well secure and a keyless pad would only destroy the integrity) which saved me money instead of making him money. This kind of thing just doesn't happen anymore. We found him to be very professional, honest, and he had our well being/safety to be more important than making a couple extra hundred dollars. I found Levi through yelp. His great reviews were no lie. My son lost his only set of keys to his car. His car is older, and we quickly discovered by calling a few locksmiths that the the ignition key was on the older VATS system. Even the larger chain locksmiths said that they had only a couple of people trained and able to help with this type of key programming. Levi said it was not a problem. He sent help out very quickly (when other companies were saying it may be much longer and gave a 3 hour window). The guy met us within the hour we requested and got the car started.
