My Love Pets & Grooming is a phenomenal pet store, and grooming boutique. I was amazed at all the various raw pet food products. CBD oil, and treats for dogs. Absolutely amazing. The bakery style pet cakes, cookies, and treats are beautiful. They have a great selection of high end pet food from Italy, that is all organic, holistic, certified non gmo which the lady Ru was nice enough to offer a sample. This is the only store near by that has a in stock selection of Health Extension holistic small bites dog food for my pups. They also have a rewards program wherein if you buy 12 bags of the dog food you get a free bag, which is very nice. The pet accessories are beautiful. The dog coats, booties, sweaters, are absolutely adorable. I was blown away by the cleanliness, organization, and the store smelled amazing. I personally want to thank Ru, for the amazing shopping experience, Ru is an absolute gem. With amazing service, and awesome shopping experience this store will be my regular place for buying food, accessories, or treats for my pampered furbabies. read more

Go here! The owner and staff are kind, pleasant, communicative, thorough & just provide an overall great experience. My two Yorkies are always so well groomed and dolled up when I pick them up. They provide a discount for first time pets, they're reasonably priced for toy and teacup sized dogs versus the competition that charges the same price as bug dogs, on pick up they give you a printed and framed photo for first time clients, you can opt out of perfumes or bows and hankies, and they caught an ear infection the first time I brought Coco in, which other groomers completely missed...AND they suggested what I should get to treat it. I made an appointment for my dog a few weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment, we showed up and they couldn't find her appointment but took her anyway. On the way home, they called and said she did not have an appointment and they weren't sure if they could accommodate her because she'd be waiting quite a while to be taken care of. We questioned where the appointment could've gone because they had charged my card for the deposit. The woman on the phone was rude and raised her voice and insisted we made the appointment for a different time and date. After looking through their appointment book, they found that it was made for the next day and the names listed for the appointment were completely wrong - which is why they couldn't recognize the appointment when I was in the store. If the employee could not get the names right, there's a chance they didn't get the date right. Miscommunications happen, but placing the blame on the customer is never the answer. I went back to pick up my dog and get my deposit back. So I tried to make an appointment in this place, the 1st thing was when making appointment they require a deposit. Which ok, I can see that, but I never had to leave one elsewhere before. But that wasn't so bad. What gave me the red flag is when she stated it starts at 65.00, but can't tell the total until the grooming is done. Which to me sounds ridiculous. So that means I can come pick up my dog after grooming and come out paying over 100.00 if that. No way. Canceled appointment read more

Great experience. Easy to find, plenty of parking in the street rip malll its in. Staff was all very friendly and professional. Our little teacup yorkie was i n and out in about two hours. Great time for a Costco or Trader Joe's stop in Clifton before coming back to pick the dog up lol. Our dog can now see fully out of her eyes once again now that the Haaretz is out of her eyes! She is also very soft and smells great. We also received a couple complimentary treats to give her and since getting home a couple hours ago, she's hardly stopped chewing on it lol. I came to this shop today and I absolutely loved it! I have tried many different grooming places and they never cut my dogs hair how I wanted it. When I came here they cut my dog exactly how I wanted! The owner was very nice, and all the employees were very respectful. The environment as a whole was very friendly. Great place. Been taking my dog here for the last year and I haven't had any complaints. They work pretty fast and don't leave my dog locked in a cage for long like other groomers. They tend to give free little gifts at times which is so nice. They always add a decorative bow or handkerchief at no extra cost and I appreciate that. They did a pretty good job washing and deshedding my pup however, they cut his nails (using a dremmel) WAY too short, to the point where his nail bled. I can tell that he was anxious when I picked him up and upon closer inspection when I got home, that's when I noticed his nail was bleeding. read more

This pet store/grooming location is really wonderful. The first impression is great because although it's a pet store and grooming location, it doesn't have that "wet pet" smell, even in the grooming room. It's clean and bright. The women that work there are not only professional but extremely kind. The groomer in particular is very loving and gentle to the pets. I saw a dog actually wagging its tail while she groomed it. And she spoke in such a calm comforting voice that my cats were easy going and relaxed for a nail trimming and ear cleaning. There are bigger places, but none that I would chose over this location. read more

Loved it ! I'm always looking for a great spot to cut my fur baby. I took her to pet smart two years ago and it Worst decision ever ! Over charged and the cut wasn't what I expected. So I didn't cut my pups hair for a while. It wasn't until I was on Instagram and I happened to follow someone who tagged this shop in a pi of their pup.
