My husband took me to the emergency room instead of returning to her clinic. Blood tests were done immediately, and I was admitted to the ICU due to hyponatremia (low sodium levels in my blood). The hospital staff told me the timing was critical and that they saved my life. This happened seven years ago. We were even sent to the wrong location, and ultimately had to switch doctors because this office failed to complete the process. Worse, they did not transfer our records, forcing us to start over from scratch. They also charged an undisclosed $100 "Outside Orders Review" fee, despite advertising transparent pricing. Overall, this clinic wasted our time, mishandled our case, and failed to deliver the service we paid for. Avoid at all costs.

First everything in the office is new and clean. I walked in, signed in, and was called for my visit within just a few minutes. The front staff was very nice and friendly and was more than happy to answer my questions. I went into an exam room and saw Dr. Le for the checkup. After finishing, I was able to ask Dr. Le medical questions I had about my parents. He took his time and answered everything I asked pretty thoroughly. We also chatted about other things and he explained that he and Dr. Do both left Kaiser and opened this office together. Then I went back out to the front desk and scheduled my next appointment for my next checkup. I tried to schedule an appointment for my parents, but this practice is brand new and both doctors aren't under my parent's health plan yet. They wrote down my parent's information and said they would call me as soon as they are able to see my parents. She's great for primary care, and keeps her patients above factors like financial interest or just "ticking boxes" in providing care (that most other doctors do not). A-rating for the Dr. However, there are problems with the front-office staff. They often try to manage the doctor unprofessionally, instead of the other way round - while running her office. Specific problems experienced were: Doctor was running late with our appointment, and we needed the full appointment time that we paid for (out of pocket, in that instance) and I was making sure we were not exceeding our time. The uncouth staff would butt in while the doctor was taking her time to explain matters on her own volition - to push her on to the next patient. If this staff were being so diligent, they would have paid attention to the fact that the doctor was running late and prevented that. There were other issues as well, such as careless simple blood-draw from untrained staff that led to bleeding that the staff did not even notice. So C- or D rating for the front-office staff that one might have to deal with, for the benefit of the good doctor.
