I had a car that was on a lease when I moved from San Diego to Alaska, ya that's another story. I was in a bind because my lease was up and I wanted to return my car to the dealer. I had to send it via the ferry system as I now live on an island. I decided to send my car to Bellingham, made the most sense. However the dealer said he would not pick up my car from the ferry, said he didn't have the staff. I attempted to contact the transport service used by dealers to get cars to their dealership, but they were not at all helpful, wouldn't return phone calls etc. I was looking at having to take 4-5 days off of work to accompany my car on the ferry just to drive it a few miles to the dealer and fly home, or fly in meet the car drive it there and fly back, less days off of work but much more expensive. I was really stuck. Then I thought maybe a Tow-truck company would be willing to entertain the idea, so I hit my Yelp. I looked through the tow companies but wasn't getting a good vibe on any of them. I saw JC-Towing with one positive review. We all know what that usually means. Someone just opened up a new place and has a buddy with Yelp write a review, something told me this was not the case here, so I called, and Thank God I did. I spoke to JC and felt comfortable. By the time our conversation was over I was confident this was the right choice. We coordinated everything over the phone and my car was delivered, without any problem, on time, as promised. I am so Thankful that I found JC`s! This man is extremely reliable, very honest and trustworthy. Baker HWY I quickly realized that I could be in some trouble with 23 degree and dropping temperature and all my warm gear locked inside the car. Thanks to RJ for quickly making it to my car and unlocking it for me. I was able to get home and warm up next to the a fire. Couldn't thank RJ at Heston Hauling enough. I am now going to keep a spare under my car as I am realizing that if I were off a rarely used road with no cell service I would have been in for a very rough night in sub 20 degree temps.
