Went to get my nails done a couple of weeks ago and they started to lift up within 2 days. I went back to get them fixed but they kept putting me off and I had to come back the following day. Ok no problem. They fixed one hand. The service was really not good but I thought I would give them another try. Made an appointment and when I showed up they told me they had other appointments and no one else could do my nails. They offered NO (zero) solutions rather than sorry we have other people to do even though I had an appointment. They were really rude so I left and went to another salon that was much better. I should add that I am due any day now (9 months pregnant) so it was a lot for me to move around and they just did not care. The other place was so welcoming and nice. The BEST experience. New to the area and I needed a pedicure in the worst way. I had no appointment and remembered driving by several times. I was impressed from the moment I walked into the salon. The staff was friendly (especially the Manager, Christian). They were very professional and accommodating given that I had no appointment. The salon was very clean and inviting. Tina (who is new to the salon) did my pedicure and I hate to say my feet weren't great. She did an amazing job- complete transformation. One of the best I've ever had! She was careful, meticulous, and you could tell took pride in her work. They even had refreshments. HIGHLY recommend this salon. Family owned and operated as well. Let me first off start by saying how thankful I am to have found this place ! I just moved from California where the nail shops are ON POINT! I've had hit and miss luck ever since I've moved here. Always over priced and never exactly what I want . Chris took me at the end of the day and basically took what I had and transformed me into a whole new set . Not only was the work EXACTLY the quality I was looking for but the customer service was ON POINT. He didn't pressure me into getting my nails shorter so he could rush me . He actually encouraged the longer nails. He took his time doing the shape mixed some gold glitter for me . The shop was close to closing time and he did not rush to get me out the door . I will definitely be a repeat customer . My 4 year old daughter got a manicure here and she was treated like a princess from start to finish . When me and my Family walked in, we weren't greeted and it was a little off putting because it was almost as if they didn't want our company to where I truly wanted to leave. While my parents got regular spa, i got the aloe Vera pedi and there was no difference other than me getting an aloe Vera leaf rubbed on my leg lol no callous remover, hot towel or even lotion on any of our feet. I had to ask for lotion at the end. Plus, I asked for French and the gentlemen couldn't make a straight line that the manager had to step in and he seemed to be very frustrated which made me uncomfortable. I have been going to My Nails for about a year and a half and I won't go anywhere else. I used to dread having my nails done but then met Brandon. We talk and laugh the entire time. I tried this salon based on previous Yelpers' reviews. After multiple visits, I feel like I am ready to make a true unbiased assessment. For the most part, the staff has always been friendly and accommodating; however, there are a few technicians that are newbies or just not as skilled as the other staff in the salon. I normally get a traditional pedicure and an overlay fill with gel polish which costs under $50 and anyone can tell you in Atlanta that is a steal! They also provide waxing services and I have always been pleased with the results. The only caveat is there is one (1) skilled technician who does nails and waxing so if she is busy or unavailable, I usually go to my backup salon. I highly recommend making an appointment if you want nail services besides mani/pedi. read more

I have always enjoyed the service level here but today they outdid themselves. My 5yo son desperately wanted a pedicure and I finally gave in. I was so worried about judgement but they absolutely fawned all over him. We were treated like royalty and got matching pedicures designed by my son. I came into the salon for a polish change. The employee that performed my service acted as if he wanted to be done as soon as possible. It was a fair job but he only spent about 15 minutes and gave the bare minimum attention and service. As only the polish change was $20, I would expect more out of this high price point. read more

It's really good impression, hot towels for hands and legs, massages, and wide range of nail colour, the shop looks nice and clean, even with massage chair and they give drinks and candy First class treatment. I went to My Nails to relax and get SNS and a pedicure. But there was one employee having a loud conversation with her phone on speakerphone while she was completing another customer's nails. She and her phone conversation were so loud it distracted the nail technicians with me. One cut the cuticle on my toe and made it bleed. The other got her buffer so hot it burned one of the cuticles on my nails. Seriously! Business establishments ask customers not to have loud conversations on their phones because it bothers other customers. My Nails should definitely have a policy against employees using their phones on speakerphone while they are working. Obviously they do not care about their customers and I will not be back. read more

First time experience was beyond amazing I have yet to go to a nail place that can execute the coffin nail shape with ease and not even charge extra for doing so unlike another place that will charge an extra $10 and after sitting there for three hours you walk out with "shapes" for nails. I would have given five stars but the last time I went in my my tech told me that my real nails had to be cut down (I'm trying to grow them out that's why I've switched to SNS vs the acrylic) I informed him that they didn't and I've never had a nail place tell me that before. I love the color and shape of my $50 plus a hefty tip nails but the tech left too much of the previous sns on my natural nails and they are so thick and the shiny polish has chipped. I am completely surprised how I was treated today. I went in to get a gel pedicure and gel manicure. My toes were done nicely. But when the nail technician started to do my nails she got interrupted by another customer arriving and started to do her nails instead. Am I the only one that thinks that's unprofessional? I then told the staff that I was unable to wait any longer and that I would just pay for my toes and leave. The nail technician told me not to worry about my toes and just come back to have my fill in. I came back an hour later. When it was time to pay she charge me for both my nails and my feet. Where was the compensation for the way I was treated? I have never had any issues until today, and have been going here for over a year. On top of that the nails were not painted good at all , there are bumps everywhere. When can I expect to come back for this to be fixed. It is not OK.
