YESSSS!!! My New Favorite Foot Massage. Great Atmosphere, Great Service, Great Practitioners, Great Prices. The focus is on reflexology but they have other services. If you are use to the great inexpensive Chinese foot massage places you will like this. It's much more Spa like - the atmosphere & environment and the treatment. As you enter the scent of peppermint hits you -wonderful. Each treatment I had included aromatherapy (at no extra cost) which really enhanced the relaxation. ( But you can choose to not get it). While there my nose was tickled with peppermint, lavender, ginger and citrus. Dim lighting and soft music to promote relaxation, and it's well decorated with a comfortable waiting area. They talk to you before the treatment to see if you have any problem areas and ask about your preferences, including the pressure of touch. [The Chinese Foot Massage places have the language barrier - it makes communication difficult and does not help the experience.] They keep it quiet - you mostly hear music. They whisper or speak softly. They are conscious of keeping the environment as relaxing as possible here. Their signature reflexology treatment is only $25.00. A full hour - they did not skimp on time or feel rushed. You start with a dip of your hands in paraffin wax (like you can get with a manicure) -your hands are covered with plastic gloves and warming mitts. You go to a reclining chair. It's hard to describe - it's got a metal frame holding sturdy fabric and seems to contour to the body for a comfortable fit. While the air inside is fresh and cool - A/C was running and it was really cool inside - but they then keep you warm and comfortable during the treatment. You get into the chair and a pillow is put under your knees. A blanket is put on you and a scented warm eye mask placed over your eyes - your hands are already warm with the paraffin and mitts on. They also wipe off your feet with a warm wet towel (that rub-down is like a mini massage itself). There is something luxurious about being made warm and cozy in a cool room. (Rather than being in a warm room). It enhances the experience. They start with reflexology on your ears. Then they move on to your hands - and then the feet. The massaging starts with a relaxing touch - and then they move into the reflexology treatment. (Like starting with a Swedish and then moving into Shiatsu). No lotion was used on my feet during the reflexology. My hands were moisturized from the paraffin. At the end he put lotion on my feet and switched the pressure back to the long strokes and relaxing touch on both my feet and hands. It was wonderful. During the reflexology part - he kept checking to make sure the pressure and touch were comfortable. I am a sensitive wimp / and ticklish. Here - there is some pain - but MUCH more relaxation. I wasn't ticklish. My practitioner told me to raise my hand if at any time I was in pain or uncomfortable. When he DID hit sore spots and there was pain --- he would slow down when I winced. [I usually brace myself and tense up my body to try to "take the pain" at other places - I admit there is benefit and you get use to it ---- but it can be intense.] So , I did not indicate I was in pain or raise my hand --- but he paid attention and when I was in pain - he slowed down and eased up on the pressure. Then - he continued to work on the spot - slowly building up the pressure again - so the pain was lessened by this, but the spot was still really worked on. It was GREAT. I COULD NOT get the smile on my face. I almost fell asleep at some points I got so relaxed ( I do not fall asleep easily). And my back did feel better. ( I told him I had a back ache) - He didn't touch my back, but he did his magic and it helped. He really knew what he was doing. I wanted to hug him when the treatment was done - but I didn't. They also have an esthetician, and they had a great price on a 1 hr. therapeutic facial ($50). So I went for that too. The description of that treatment: Cleansing, Exfoliation, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Steaming, Pressure Point Reflexology on Face & Hands, Treatment Mask and Moisturizer. --- It was GREAT. The products smelled great- more aromatherapy. And there was a LOT of massage - on my face, neck, shoulders, chest and full arms and hands. I've had facials where they do massage of the face - put a mask on and let you rest for 20 while they step out. Not here - during that down time while products are on you - she does MORE massage. This included a great head / scalp massage. My 2 hours there were Bliss - I left happy and relaxed and got a membership. They have other services including paraffin treatment for the feet, reiki, extended massage and reflexology sessions and waxing as well as facials. Prices are very good. This spa is photographed well, but it NOT a fancy spa. The employees are kind and considerate however the owner is very brass. I had an expired Groupon which I wanted to use the paid value. The owner gave me a very hard time trying to up-sale me and wouldn't allow the employees to honor services for my paid value. It was an awful experience. I went in for a couples massage. My bf and I took advantage of the $45 dollar deal for 1hr. It was a nice little place and had plenty of parking. We got there and were immediately welcomed by this nice lady at the front desk. She was really sweet and waited a couple minutes until we walked in to the rooms. It was nice and I was happy to know they had tables with the "face hole" lol i couldn't tell by the pictures on here. well my massage was just OK.. i got the male masseuse and he got a female. I guess my guy was more medium pressure and the lady that did his massage specialized in deep tissue. The lady put him to SLeep! I kinda sat there listening to the speeding cars that were audible from the thin walls in the room. I could hear the passing cars but it wasn't really a big deal, i guess. I've had great massages before and i would rate this one from 1-10 ... a 6. I think they did a great job, would i return? well probably not to this place, unless the price stays the same. I got my mom a $150 gift certificate for mothers day because she hasn't had a massage for years and I knew she loved hot stone massages so I thought this would be the perfect place to go. After my mom went to the appointment I asked her how did it go and if she liked it. She said it was nice but she wouldn't go back. After awhile she told me that the girl used stones that were too hot, didn't place the towel properly, and it ended up burning my mom :( I wanted her to have a relaxing day at the spa, not to get burned! Unproffesional from start to finish. Receptionist was strange when trying to set groupon appt. Got to office and it was almost as if it was a surprise we had an appt! Staff was lounging around the front office. They took us in to a room that was cold and you could hear traffic noise. Decor was drab, and the machines that they used for facials were very dirty. Fingerprints all over and not covered in plastic. While extracting blackheads, aesthetician loudly kept saying it was gross and disgusting . Lady..I already know that. You on the other hand dont need to remind me...thats why im getting a facial in the first place. Anyway, two stars only because facial left my skin soft. Massage was ok. Out of college masseuses. I would ignore any bad reviews and give this place a try! My husband and I went for a spa night. We booked their latest appointment (7pm) with Jessica and Nancy Jessica gave me a hot stones, facial and a 60 minute massage! the pressure was great! She really listened to my needs and new exactly where my problem areas were! Her facial was amazing she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed like she was my friend for a long time! My face feels tight and clean. She was very careful and delicate with my skin, I felt safe letting her work on my face. Nancy is the deep massage queen! My husband had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Nancy. (She gave him hot stones for free too) He hurt himself from lifting weights, and Nancy was able to help him find relief from a lot of pain and tension in his back. He claims Nancy is the best massage therapist he's ever had! Both these ladies did a great job we really enjoyed it! Plus their prices are great ! read more

I got a spa package groupon for my birthday and I made a appointment for the following week. I ask the lady on the phone about how good are the facials because I never had one, the lady on the phone told me she was the owner and how she can work with me if I got a upgrade from a 30 minute to a hour. I was like ok. The day of my appointment I checked in at the front desk the gentleman said my appointment was not in the calendar. Then a lady came out and was looking for it to and he asked me do I remember who booked the appointment for me and I said the lady said a name and I was like it was the owner because she talked about upgrading my facial. She said are you sure? I was like YES!!!!. Come to find out she was the owner.She stormed off and the guy in the front was able to get me in for a appointment. I left the massage therapist know where I was having pain, and she took extra care to help me. The service was EXCELLENT and reminds me of why i love this place. I came here with my bf for a couples massage/facial I bought through groupon. Worst place ever! The actual establishment is nice and clean but the services and massage employees are horrible. They are new and just out of physical therapy school because they told us they were so very inexperienced. They talked to us and joked with eachother the entire time not letting us relax or nap. The female who did the facial just threw some soap and cream on me, she didnt even extract facial impurites like facials are supposed to be done and she rushed through it. I had purchased a 90 minute Groupon for a facial and massage. I initially booked my appointment for August 5th and called to reschedule the appointment for two weeks later. I never received a confirmation call or email before my appointment which I thought was a bit odd. The next day when I showed up to my "appointment", it was nonexistent because they never rescheduled my appointment. They managed to fit me in but I had to wait 30 minutes. During my massage the owner walked in and asked my masseuse a question which required him to stop and look for the item she was requiring about. I also felt like the masseuse stoped a lot to add more oil. He would massage for a little then get oil, massage for a little then get oil in which I would hear the cap of the oil open and close. I do have to say he had great pressure when he massaged though. If the massage was more continuous, I would give him a 5 Star. The lady who did my facial didn't even clean the pores around my nose. My Oasis Spa is surrounded by lush pine trees. The moment you walk from the parking lot into the spa, you're in a relaxed state. The spa looks like it's nestled in the mountains rather than in a city. Also, Nancy is one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to. Not only does she release stress from the muscles, but she also incorporates stretches. She does not stop there either; she also uses a heating pad after she massages your back. It is the complete treatment. I have to say that since I have been going to the Oasis Spa, my asthma has improved. My breathing is a lot better because Nancy does such a good job at relaxing my muscles. read more

This place was amazing. My 4 sister's and myself came here to have a little spa day, and it was amazing. The hot stone massage was just what I needed. One of my sister's received a pregnancy massage which helped relieve her sciatica so much. After we each received a 30 min facial which was extremely relaxing. Hi, I just got a therapeutic facial and reflexology session for me and my mom for mother's day, it was incredible. I was feeling so good i felt like going to sleep but i didn't want to miss out on how wonderful i was feelilng so i tried to stay awake and enjoy every second of it.
