Cost was fair because making a good brisket takes time and talent. Ordered a pound of brisket and 3 pieces of teriyaki chicken. The chicken was good, tasty. Wow, this place is awesome--first time eating there, and it has to be the best food on the island. We just stopped and ordered. We sat in our car until it was ready and brought to our car. I have now found out you can place an order so you don't have to wait, but the wait isn't long so I would not worry about that. There were four of us, and we all felt this place deserved 5 star. Kapolei has many great food options, but after eating at them over and over my coworkers and I wanted something new. We took a drive down to Campbell Industrial on a hunt for food trucks. We came across My Ohana's BBQ food truck (driving into Campbell Industrial Park on the left side of Kalaeloa Blvd - White/Red Truck) and after one glance at the menu, we were sold! First off, the staff were super friendly! They said they've been open since August 2022 and you could tell they have a bunch of regulars. The menu is quite large and everything on it looked amazing! I decided on the Ribeye plate (Grilled Ribeye cooked to your preference, Mac & Cheese, Garlic Potatoes and a Toss Salad) for $16.99. Totally worth it! The portion size was great and everything was delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly, the potatoes were flavorful, the salad/dressing was yummy, but the showstopper was the Mac & Cheese! It was rich, creamy and seasoned perfectly! My coworkers ordered the Sirloin melt and the M.O.B. BBQ Chicken Melt. Both of them loved their meals! Fantastic customer service and food. We waited about 10-15 minutes for our food, it was fresh and hot when we got it! We tried the 2 piece chicken and biscuits and the teriyaki chicken. No doubt, the best food truck in Kapolei and one of the best on the island. These guys cook amazing food, and our whole office has tried their entire menu by now. Personally, I'm a big fan of the chicken linguine, shrimp linguine, and ribeye burger. On top of that, they're great, caring people, and their service has never let us down in the three years our company has been coming to them. Came here before. I liked it. They had the spiral cut potato thing and it was pretty good. I came this time and ordered the Ribeye burger and bacon and cheese fries. TERRIBLE. About $13 I think and I wouldnt pay $1 to eat it again. If i knew I could come over there and get 3 burgers for $3 I STILL WOULDNT BUY IT. Tasted like a freezer burn patty from the back of the freezer and as if my 4 year old daughter made it and assembled it with SHREDDED MIXED CHEESE and HELLA mayo and ketchup nothing else. This place is sooo ono!! It's right by my work in Campbell Industrial Park on the side of the Freightliner building. I had seen the truck there for a while, but I had always brought my lunch to work, so I hadn't tried it until about 3 weeks ago when I forgot my lunch. Man, I sure wish I had tried it sooner!! The food here is amazing!! I have been back several times and each time ordered something different to try. Every time I think the food couldn't possibly get any better than the last time, the next item I order proves me wrong. I have had nothing that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. Ribeye, chicken melt, meatloaf, Katsu fish, wagyu burger, grilled chicken salad, sirloin melt, chicken wrap, quesadilla, cheese and bacon tornado, BBQ chicken, and kimchee fried rice are just some of the things I've tried. Even the sides, like the mac n cheese and seasoned or garlic potatoes are to die for. As you can see I have come here A LOT since first discovering this place, and every time it's totally worth it. The prices are actually really good for the amount of super delicious food you get, and the people who run it are really friendly and sooo talented!
