They are right around the corner from my house that I just moved into and figured I would try. I called ahead & when I walked in I was sat down right away. Staff was friendly. The salon itself is a little run down & could definitely be cleaner. Price was kind of above average? $45 for #3 pedicure + Gel nail polish $15= $60 ; this was w/ a callus remover & 15 massage instead. I dunno if it was worth it the extra 5 min & callus remover. The real issue is my left big toe was super sore, red and had skin peeling from it. My right toe nail was totally a different shape & length. I had to tell him to match them. He cut it too short before I can say anything, so I just told him match it. He tried but I still is not great. Still giving 3 stars just for service & they did have a lot of variety of colors & brands to chose from. I just don't know if I can drop $120-150 for both hands and feet if I don't leave looking and feeling fresh. I understand why the 3 star now. I call and ask about an overlay with gel, she tells me 45 on the phone, then I go inside and she asked me if I was the one that called and I go yes, then tells me for my shape it's 47 ( btw I had my nails all shaped up already, almond)... then she does my nails. No cuticle clean up, no oils nothing. Then finishes and tells me it's 50. I fight her on it and she continues to argue with me, and I explain to her no your changing prices for no reason and I got no special treatments just the overlay and paint. She tells me I'll show you prices. So I go no your uping it now with no reason . So I pay her but tell her I won't be coming back and I give no tip cause all the extras was her tip. My nails look ok, my cuticles are a mess; it's pink not nude/natural looking. No matching my fingers to make sure lengths are the same. I have acrylic pieces all under my nails and she said it's ok and did nothing. I tell her there's a fuzz piece she paints over it. Not good service at all it's all money to them. stay alert when paying for multiple services, or any, really. often times prices are different although I've been a seasoned customer, I have caught techs up charging ($3 or more). most recently a #2 pedi & gel removal by two techs (each with their tickets written out $15 an $35), the tech ringing me up tries to charge $53. they are long time techs. reasons to tell you it's more than the ticket price listed is likely to pocket the extra charge. read more

I was finally introduced to Gel-X and have to recommend Tina if anyone is looking for a great nail tech and or wants to try Gel-X. It's definitely a skill to applying it and having it stay on. The nails didn't turn out as I wanted them to and if you're speaking and I say pardon, don't have an attitude while repeating it. Learn how to speak up so people can properly hear you. I've been coming to this nail salon for a few months now and at first I loved coming here. Recently though, I've been getting the same feeling here as I have been at the grocery store; that I'm spending more for less... I got a regular medi and pedi today and the pedicure came out great but the issue was the manicure. As the stylist was working on my right hand they noticed that my pinky finger nail was a lot shorter than the rest of my nails. I let the stylist know that it was a hang nail that got ripped off and that it couldn't go shorter. Yet that didn't stop them from cutting it even shorter which irritated my nail bed. Then instead of grabbing a nail buffer they got a nail file to file my already irritated finger nail down which then caused it to bleed. The stylist did nothing to stop the bleeding but asked if I wanted to pay for my mani and pedi before they applied color. I paid a total of $44 for both. The stylist then painted my nails and applied color over the bleeding area then used a brush that I would assume they use on all of their clients to clean edges of my nail. Mind you they were dabbing my blood away with the acetone soaked brush. If you come here for the prices please ask for a brand new brush to clean up the edges. read more

MaKayla did my nails and i didn't get the name for whoever did my toes but they treated me so good! Great service and super gentle with my nails! They only accept cash for tips so be sure to have some on hand when you go! And if you pay in cash you get a punch card and you can get $20 off when you reach a certain amount of punches/stamps. I have been coming here for a year or two now and have only went to the same person. This particular review is for Cassie and Cassie only. I cannot speak for anyone else here. Cassie is a very sweet lady but totally rubbed me the wrong way at my last visit. Lately, I have noticed she likes to do a rush job and I always end up with small cuticle bleeds. It got to the point where I have to tell her to "be gentle and go slow." During this last visit she accidentally burned my foot with the hot lotion they use. I proceeded to yell "OUCH" and she tells me it happened because I moved and I need to stop moving. Ummm what? I obviously moved suddenly because you just burned my foot. Not one single apology comes out her mouth. I will be taking my services elsewhere. And don't forget this is probably one of the most expensive nail salons in this area. Last time I went there, the lady rubbed alcohol all over my nails right before she painted them. Like wth. I even told her, shouldn't I wash my hands first so the polish doesn't come off fast. And she said no and refused to let me wash them. First time I ever use another salon because I was desperate and had a wedding to attend. I took my mom with me. She got a gel manicure and pedicure and I got a dip manicure and pedicure. Really nice people who work there but Annie who did my nails lacked knowledge on how to successfully complete a dip manicure. I have been getting them done for several years. I always give the benefit of the doubt because I truly believe everyone has their own little twists. Well 2 hours later and $167 for both my mother and I, we go home. Literally within 2 hours my dip cracks on the index finger and thumb and falls off. The next day I call the salon and Annie tells me to come in and she will fix right away. When I go in and show her my nails, she comments that it wasn't so bad and that it must be the color. She only removes top layer of the nail, buffs out rest and dips with new color. Then she goes on to say if they crack again she can't help me. What? Are you serious? Maybe she just doesn't know how to do dip, because they are supposed to last more than a couple of weeks. At my other place it's every 3 1/2 weeks I go in to replace and never a broken nail. At this place, 1st lasted 2 hrs and the second set didn't even last 4 days. Don't let Annie do dip! read more
