Shortly after moving in we encountered issues with AC unit fan, which turned out to be "rigged" to work and we further found mold in AC handler. I did not expect, after having done an inspection, to be replacing AC unit, air handler and treating air duct for mold, but I had to. Other "good" reviews do not discredit my situation. This company failed me as a customer by not providing the service to my expectations. They failed me as a customer in the way they dealt with the situation after I brought it up. They failed me as a customer by making me feel that I have to write this review. And, sadly, they continue to fail me as a customer the way the reply to my review. I get it, their "Agreement" is "bullet proof" - congratulations on that. This review is for the future customer with similar expectations. This review is also for this company to hopefully use it as a learning experience. In my situation this could have been avoided by simply letting me know: "hey, we are not sure, but you may want to have someone else give these areas a closer look," or something like that, that would have made a huge difference and would have lived up to my expectations. I do not wish anyone bad luck, I hope there is not another review like mine, more so - not another customer has to deal with what I had to.
