Updating my review for their services during COVID-19, which are still amazing! My Perfect Brows simply does not disappoint. All of the ladies there do an amazing job and I'm always so impressed with the results. They are also taking every precaution when it comes to COVID-19. All employees are wearing masks. They take your temperature when you walk in, and there is a plexiglass divider between you and the front desk. They have ample hand sanitizer, a hand washing station, and even separating "clean pens" and a "used pens"...seriously, they think of everything! They are also limiting customers within the shop to one customer at a time. They also had an outdoor setup as well. I felt super safe at all times and I appreciate the care they took so much! I moved to West LA and was referred by the ladies at the LB location to come here. I had my brows threaded with Gia, and she was lovely to talk to! The parking garage was readily available around the corner, and the space was clean. Gia gave me recommendations about lamination in the future and showed me exactly where my brows needed growth. My sister came here for a lash perm and her experience was horrible and disappointing. Where to even begin.. 1. They sat her right when we walked in but then the two workers started complaining about who would be taking her. WTF?! Not a way to make customers feel welcome. 2. Her 45 minute appointment to curl her lashes turned into an 1.5 hr appointment. 3. They ripped her skin removing the tape and didnt even acknowledge it. No apology or anything to soothe the skin. 4. Not all her lashes lifted in one eye. So some are straight while other are lifted. My sister was super excited about getting her first perm and it's really unfortunate this was her experience. read more

I have come here a few times and I always leave with the same problem. I find so many hairs that got missed. To the point where I have to go home and tweeze when I see in better light. I think the problem is the lighting in this space. It is very dark, and so when you go to check your brows you can't see all the hairs that were not removed but should have been. It is not the employees fault but the owner needs to do something about the lighting. read more

Went for first time yesterday and had a great experience.I just moved back to LA few months back and went to this place my perfect brows where GAYATRI assisted me. Her work is quick therefor less painful. I also informed her that my skin is sensitive and I despise when beauticians thread my brows slowly.... it can feel extremely torturous hair being yanked from my brows and upper lip. she advised me that some clients prefers it slower and some don't. I then informed her that I definitely don't and she totally catered to my sensitive arse Im left a little speechless with how amazing GAYATRI is! It's been a loooooonng time since I've had a wax and I was bit nervous since my last wax was super painful. GAYATRI was kind and patient with me while at the speed of light. Grateful for her speed and getting my full Brazilian knocked out of the way. It took less then 20 min and it's a totally clean job! No stragglers. I will never go any place else. This has been my favorite go to lash lift spot in LA for a while but this is the second time that they didn't make sure ALL my lashes were being lifted. I have some that still hanging down and this lack of attention & having to leave unsatisfied is very frustrating. Excellent service & I love my brows!!! It's on Wilshire so a pretty busy street, but I was able to easily find parking on the side streets a block away. I checked in on the iPad which automatically signs you up for rewards (yay), and was seen right away. Got just a basic clean up eyebrow threading & am super pleased with the results. The woman who did my eyebrows was quick & somehow threaded me with very little pain/irritation. I get my brows threaded regularly and a little redness is always to be expected, but my eyebrows were not red or irritated at all! She definitely knew what she was doing. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Overall, I am disappointed and ashamed that I ever walked through their doors for micro blading. My first session, my brows were bleeding, uneven and two different colors. My second session (month later), the technician was better. Shima explained the entire process, apologized for what happened and attempted to correct my eyebrows. She did the best she could to correct them, but unfortunately she was unable to totally fix them. I requested a full refund from Amet the manager due to my experience and semi permanent damage to my face, and my request was ignored. Micro blading is not their specialty, please avoid them at all cost. My advice to anyone who past My Perfect Brows at 5115 Wilshire: KEEP WALKING!! read more

I was kind of have high expectation with this shop because of the reviews however that's not the case with me. My brows look like a dead slug. First, everything was done in a rush from threading to putting tint ( which she basically just put the tint without form or not in accordance to my brow shape ). Then I asked her if I can check the shape of my brows which she responded, no, I'll show it later when it's done. She said it nicely and she was actually nice but once she's done and I asked her if she can reshape my brows she said that it's just perfect and moved on to her next customer. read more

She refused to honor the 10% off for health care workers stating it's for another store and other excuses when it's company policy and on the website. After my insistence she offered $2 off. 10% was more than $2. They advertise prices on large signs outside that they don't honor. Of note-the AC was broken-it's 84 outside.
