I went in for a brow shaping today. Asked her to arch my brows and she yes of course we can do that. She threaded my left brow completely straight. So it looks like graucho but much thinner and the left side of my face looks completely sunken down. I was just horrified. Could not get out of there fast enough. Didn't get a name, in hindsight I wish had. It was so bad that there were 2 girls waiting in the front and as I was walking to the front, they looked horrified and walked out. Lol. I'm surprised at the positive reviews here. Maybe it was a new person or something, but just a complete horrific experience. read more

I dont even know where to begin. My wife came in to get her brows threaded and while waiting I spoke with the owner about getting my back waxed. He said it was 50% off since I was new. I have been getting my back waxed for 20 years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. It started off fine then another lady came in and it all went to hell. One person using hard wax the other using wax strips. It took over an hour where normally this takes 20 minutes with no pain. This was the most unprofessional waxing I have ever had. The lady who did my brows asked me how I liked my brows, showed me the mirror constantly to reassure me and literally just cleaned up my brows and I swear they look fuller!! My friend got her brows done too by the other lady there and let me tell you that both the ladies there are ARTISTS!! I am sooo happy!! Walked in to get my brows done and ended up getting my underarms waxed and a coconut head oil massage. Jyoti did my lash lift and I could not be happier! I am sensitive when it comes to my eye area but Jyoti walked me through the steps and mentioned that the solution will be cold and might tingle but it is totally normal! Regretfully had my lashes done at the Wilshire location this year. The woman had the over head light way too close to my eyes during this 2.5 hour appointment, resulting in burns on both my eyelids. She even admitted to having the light too close to my face and said it was probably 1 or 2" from my eyes. I asked during if she was almost finished because I was dying inside; I felt super uncomfortable, dizzy, light headed and EXTREME burning inside my eyes. She also admitted to having my eyes lifted too high causing the chemicals to spill into my eyes during this 2.5 hour appointment. I left My Perfect Brows with extreme inflammation in both eyes and both eyes were bright red for a week straight. Not only was I in constant pain for 7 days 24 hours a day, but the post stress has not gotten any better. This happened in February... I was in extreme pain even when I was sleeping! I'm now swamped in medical bills and was told by the opthamologist that I'm extremely 'lucky' I didn't lose my vision!!!!! My Perfect Brows has not offered to pay for my bills. I have been trying to communicating with the store manager and all she has offered me was a gift card. I wish they would take full responsibility and do what's right in this horrible experience. Do your eyes/physical health, mental and emotional health a favor and save your money. read more

I started coming to this studio when I moved to LA and I've only been about three times. I want to give a big shout out to Gia (I hope I'm spelling her name right, but I'm probably not) because she does an excellent job with my brows and knows how to clean them up so they look kept, but not overdone. She remembered me from almost one year ago and I was HOPING she would still be at this location when they finally reopened. She's a very kind lady and I hope the management treats her well and recognizes her great work. I felt no irritation after(granted I've done threading for ten years, hence why I only clean up two to three times a year) and I love that she offers the options of rose water, astringent or aloe(personally I love rose water because it's soothing to my sensitive skin and really helps with the redness). For me, it's great to have someone I can trust with brows because they don't grow back easily and can easily be ruined with the wrong person. So my advice, ask for Gia and let her do her magic read more

I am 59 years old and had not had any eyebrow treatments other than waxing, tinting, etc. She made them fuller, darker and much more youthful in appearance with a shape that enhanced my features.
