When I asked how late they were open I heard a sigh and was hung up on, so I'm not sure if that is even the correct number for the business or not. I later found the hours online and just had time to make it, 10 minutes before the posted closing time of 6 pm. I walked there and arrived at 5:50 and the door was locked. A woman was sitting at the desk and looked up at me through the window, then looked back at her work. Through the window, I could see what I was looking for and probably would have bought but it's too bad I never got the chance.

I called to get a quote from framing a certificate, and I was quoted about $150-175. When I came into the store, the price ended up being over $300. I should have walked out right there, but I decided to support a local business - and sometimes you a pay a little more to "buy local." I wish I would have listened to my gut, because after I paid for the service, I was told I would not be able to pick up my certificate for over three weeks! Really Art Heads, it takes you over three weeks to frame a simple certificate and its costs me over $300? I will be going to Beard's Framing or the more DIY route at Michael's in the future.

We are furnishing an entire new house and this was just sectional and chairs for great room. He was prompt in getting us the pricing but it needed to be ordered as they don't carry it in stock. We found it in stock somewhere else in a different city. When he called to follow up on it and my wife told him we found it in stock, he went off verbally on her for wasting his time. She said it was the nastiest call she can remember. She didn't even get to tell him that his pricing was also 25% higher for the same furniture. We never promised him the order! Don't know how he is still in business. Should have looked at reviews first as this seems to be a pattern with him. We won't ever deal with him or his company again.
