At 7:30 am this morning, that company said there was an emergency and would not make the 8am timeframe and will fit us into the schedule. Because this is an AirBNB, time is important for renters. In hindsight, the schedule coordinating seemed entirely AI. This would have been fine if they were able to meet the schedule set up. Reached out on Yelp this morning. Roto Rooter responded quickly and had technician out this morning. Of course issue somehow resolved itself by the time technician got there. Regardless, time was of the essence. Edgar was friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. Will definitely use this service in the future.

I just received a receipt stating that the shut-off valve, supplied by him was not under warranty. How is that possible? Where did this part come from? Eddy, Roto Rooter technician, came in and assessed the situation and gave me a price. I agreed and signed the contract. (More expensive than other quotes but it's a well-known company). He starts the job and states the shut-off valve needs to be replaced and it will cost an additional $300. I said to cancel the contract. He stated that he would make the change at no additional charge. I agreed but then I received the receipt via email which now stated that the shut-off is not covered with the warranty. Now I'm questioning where did he get the valve from and was it tampered with....the sad part about the whole ordeal is homedepot only wanted $350 to do the complete job...

After a city worker in a city utlity truck negligently drove onto our private property and over the water main box (twice actually so it really was just reckless) he ended up severing the PVC connection from our house to the main line. The city put it on us to get that fixed (!!!) so I came to yelp and found Teles Services with glowing reviews. I called and Aresenio was out, same day within 45 min and began work to connect the water back. We had water within a few hours (even sooner) and I was pleasantly suprised how quick he had it finished. After a headache of a day, it was refreshing to have a competent person to deal with who was also genuinely sincere. It was not an emergency since we have two bathrooms. My work and personal schedule was extr.mely busy this week. I called Drain Tactics, since I was put on the schedule. I was given a window for the service. I had also called several businesses to compare pricing. One was booked and it would have conflicted with my schedule. Another never answered. Another was over double the price. With another, the price STARTED at 3x the price and the guy said it would likely be 5x the price just to START. I was very pleased that I had called Drain Tactics. I was given a window for the techs to show up. John and Jay showed up early in the time frame that was given. Both are extremely friendly, polite and very professional. After some thorough investigation, the drain from the toilet to the main drain was clean. It was determined the culprit was something was stuck in the toilet. We had family visiting over the weekend and likely dropped something in the toilet. After a short time and the proper equipment, the toilet was cleared. John and Jay went out of their way to ensure ZERO damage occurred to ANY of our property. They checked other items to ensure there were no additional issues. Tech replaced a tub faucet without adjusting the water line length, leaving a 1/2 space between wall and faucet. This required additional adjustment by another worker. 2. Tech did not verify a disconnected dishwasher line valve was turned completely OFF after verifying the line was clear. Slow leak caused damages over several days requiring repairs by other workers. 3. Tech was rough with cabinets in kitchen requiring some repairs. 4. The office manager denied all company responsibility, and refused to let me speak with the owner. This was a horrible experience overall. Charged me $180 and caused 10 times that amount in additional repairs to be completed by other COMPETENT workers!
