TLDR: Called; Came out same day (within 45 min); Arsenio fixed and connected a busted water main connection and was a pleasure to work with. After a city worker in a city utlity truck negligently drove onto our private property and over the water main box (twice actually so it really was just reckless) he ended up severing the PVC connection from our house to the main line. The city put it on us to get that fixed (!!!) so I came to yelp and found Teles Services with glowing reviews. I called and Aresenio was out, same day within 45 min and began work to connect the water back. We had water within a few hours (even sooner) and I was pleasantly suprised how quick he had it finished. After a headache of a day, it was refreshing to have a competent person to deal with who was also genuinely sincere. I called this company and asked if they can come to check our clogged sewer drain, Arsenio came after an hour and did an excellent job. He explained that it was due to roots from our tree nearby, he unclogged it and told us options how to prevent it in the future. He offered other services but we are good at this time. I had a backed up main sewer pipe. They fixed and cleaned the pipe very fast with a jetter.

Have an emergency where a shower is backed up with sewer. I've personally rooted 25 foot from the shower drain and 25 foot from the outside house opening. But the clog is over 25 foot in, and I don't have a rooter long enough and hw stores are closed. I called, they said they would have to charge me to remove my toilet to root it. Absolute scam, they refused to root from the shower (or the outside service port), instead they want to rip me off when I'm in an emergency situation. -- EDITED -- Yeah, they tried to take advantage of my ignorance at the time, not knowing the larger cables don't work past pipe traps. Yet, I told them I went in through the outside 4" service port as well, and they could have easily done that without charging me to remove the toilet. And this is EXACTLY what the other plumber did. No toilet removal, everything fixed, and I didn't have to deal with horrible phone attitude with the other plumber. read more

This was the best experience I had in a real emergency. Our toilet was plugged in the only bathroom my husband can use who is a double leg amputee. We have a house warranty policy that could not render service for 48!hours. I called Teles Plumbing and within thirty minutes there was a technician here to unplug the toilet. I have had a leaky outdoor faucet for probably the better part of 3 years. It was gradually getting worse and difficult to turn off. After a lot of prayer, I put everything to God, and a lot of researching, and Yelp reviews, we found Mr. Arsenio Teles. Mr. Teles returned my call at 10am, after I left a voice mail at 8:47am. I explained, upstairs bathroom was leaking into our dining room, had been previously told it was the toilet, wax seal changed, but since then the leaking had not stopped & the bathroom had not been used for months. He advised he would arrive around noon and then called back, 10:53am and stated will arrive in 20mins. He was courteous, focused, explained possible scenarios of what could be causing the issues but went further and found the exact problem. And guys, this is the kicker, he said, "it's an easy fix, if you want to fix it yourself or some else do it because I will charge $". Come on, when have you heard a plumber say that!!
