Provided the best possible care in a stressful emergency. They were so welcoming, genuinely concerned and gentle with our fur baby. It was an emergency and we were sent there by our primary vet; the care was outstanding! They did everything thing they could to find the root of our dogs pain and provided a detailed report on all of his vitals. Our little guy was handled with care and the doctor and nurses were very transparent and honest. They gave us a detail description of each test and we were able to omit any that we felt were unnecessary. They also needed to perform an X-ray; which they explained everything afterwards and answered our questions. They were gentle while drawing blood and did it with us in the room. I don't even know where to start, this hospital was amazing. My pup had been diagnosed with open pyometra and it broke my heart not being able to find a pet hospital that would take her in a reasonable price range without a care credit or insurance. We had been calling for days and no hope until we stumbled across MYPET. They were super understanding. Since we booked our appointment it was nothing but the upmost best service I've ever experienced at a pet hospital. So much hospitality and support from the team was like a fever dream. The check ins from the hospital after the surgery and throughout our pups healing journey was very nice. The entire team was beyond amazing. You can tell that it's more than a business to them and they love animals! 100/10 I highly recommend them. read more

April 2025 Incident: Absolutely terrible. Do not use this facility. The doctors never followed through on diagnosing my dog and never returned voluminous phone calls. My dog was in pain and slowly dying with a common cancerous tumor located on his heart. First visit was on or about April 12. The doctor said he did not see anything wrong with the dog at that time and suggested more testing. I paid almost 3,000.00 for the clinic to call in a technician [who was great] and to do a sonogram. The technician said that there was a shadowy mass that needed to be checked out. They also removed blood which formed around the heart. The film was sent out to a cardiologist who immediately [April 16] determined the dog had 1-3 months to live. The report was obtained in a FEW DAYS after the initial visit and ONE DAY after a follow-up visit on [April 15] due to signs of pain. There were at least 2 of the doctors that seen my dog. After the cardiologist report was sent to the clinic, no one read it or called me to tell me my dog was dying. I do not believe the report was ever read by anyone in the clinic until the night my dog died at another animal hospital. I called and asked to speak to the doctors almost daily and expressed my concern about the mass. The dog was in pain for weeks and was panting uncontrollably. I called My Pet the first week of May [think it was 5/1] to let them know something was wrong and I needed to have him looked at again. At that point my ex-boyfriend came and took him to another animal hospital. While he was being treated by a new doctor I was obtaining the records from MY PET to be emailed to the new facility. For some reason, I could not get MY PET to cooperate. It appeared the staff did not want to send the records to the new hospital. I was forced to call them 3 times for the sonogram and report. The first time I was sent a template treatment note and then bloodwork the second time. They would not -and did not -send the diagnostic records or the cardiologist report. I called again and I insisted that I get ALL the records sent to the new hospital and finally almost 45 minutes later a senior doctor at My Pet called to advise me he was sending the cardiology report; etc. that they had in their possession for over 3 weeks. He was very apologetic and said it should have been sent to me immediately and did not know why it was not. The new doctor at the new animal clinic read the report with me and told me the dog needed to be put to sleep. She too was very disappointed no one advised us of what was going on at the last clinic. There was absolutely no follow up from My Pet afterwards. I was told the night my dog died, that the owner of My Pet was going to call me immediately. That never happened. I called the clinic twice to ask when I would hear from the owner and left messages. It was not until 4 days later when I got a call back from the owner. He too was very nice and apologetic and said someone should have called me with the test results as soon as they received them. However, he had zero explanation why 2 of the doctors never read the report or why none of my calls were returned. I reminded him I called repeatedly for weeks for a diagnosis because my dog was getting worse and because of the technician spotting a mass when doing the diagnostic testing. I asked him to look into his phone call logs and notes. He still had zero explanation for why neither of the doctors called to advise me my dog was dying. He did concede fault and said he "separated" from one of the doctors for a similar problem. I have no clue what type of problem that was but I advised him that there was more than one person at fault due to the numerous unanswered calls and multiple people who treated the dog. I will be filing the appropriate professional complaints against the clinic and doctors for future reference. read more

The vet told me my cat was dehydrated when he has been drinking water like and said he had a 105 feve or without using a thermometer and said he would have to run tests and since they were about to close he recommends i take him toba 24 hpur animal hospital charge me $95.00 and my cat is still alive and if he had had a fever of 105 degrees like the the vet said my cat would be dead by now. My cat has had diareah and he has lost a lot of weight , but he has not l9st his appetite. I put him on a 24 hour fasting just water and he does not get better. I am jobless due to health reasons and have no income to pay a hospital bill for my cat. read more

Tuesday May 17th I rushed in, my dog that was is terrible distress. I was placed into a waiting room with my dog/best Friend. As I waited I could her the doctor discussing different dog breeders in the next room. My dog was critical at this point. 35 minutes later I had to scream out to the tech that my dog was having seizures, he was actually taking his final breath. The doctor came in an saw he was not moving or breathing. He rushed my buddy into the next room wear he began CPR. He also put in a breathing tube. The Technician turned on the Oxygen but the of O2 bottle was empty. He couldn't loosen the nut to change the bottle. Finally after 3 minutes the O2 begin to flow. My dog had a faint heartbeat but the doctor told me if I want to continue to have him treated I would have to take him to a 24 hour vet because they close at 11:00 I selected your office because your website says "24" hour vet. My dog didn't have a chance after being without Oxygen for 3 minutes. His heartbeat beat began to drop. The doctor recommended putting him down. My heart was broken, but it was for the best. After I was told of the disposal of the remains and what my options were, I chose single cremation and a Framed Paw print. My Children were devastated. I told my daughter I would give her the paw print for her to always remember him. I received the call, his remains were ready for pickup. When I a fiver on Saturday may 27th I was informed, even though it was paid for it was never ordered. No going back. My daughter was Furious and heart broken. I was giving a refund for the paw print only. I would recommend you never take you family pet to them. read more

Lord I'm writing this review with tears in my eyes, for the senseless act this pet hospital do to owners and animals. First of My precious dog could have been saved ! And that's the sadness of this situation. My baby girl ate something that got her bleeding in her stools and vomiting, I went to 3 different vets office and they couldn't help her, looking and looking I found this emergency vet hospital , upon arrival they looked at her and tell us; oh she's ok! (mind you she's bleeding non stop red bright blood from her anus) and proceed to ask us for a card to charge a initial fee of $700 and after like 40 min they take her in and tell us it's going to be test, 3-4 days in and x rays to see what's going on , I didn't go prepared and after and embarrassing display of condescending comments about my financial situation the female vet tell us that she will do blood work and an x ray ! She comes back after we complained about the treatment with results and said she's going to be fine just keep her home give her meds, special food and probiotics and she will recuperate she will survive OH LORD I WAS SO RELIEVED! But no this was not the end ! The next day we found her unresponsive going into cardiac arrest and blood all over like a crime scene! Again back to the emergency vet ( same place ) this time they do resuscitation and bring her back just to tell us that she need surgery and to get stable before this one and that will have a cost of over 3k we were so upset because this information was known the day before and she was discharged like she was not in any danger! We knew that we couldn't pay and they knew it also and didn't even care about my dog to save her and do some sort of financial agreement NOTHING just it is what it is !! She could've been saved but because of not having over 3k, we had to euthanize her the most hurtful thing that a pet parent could go through and they didn't care one bit ! I can't get over the terrible way we were treated and the loss of my young 4year old beautiful baby girl ! I'm so upset I can't look at the direction of that hospital!! Went to this place today with my sick dog, arrived at 10am as Yelp and Google state is the time this establishment opens. I was told it opened at 11am, so we waited. A few minutes before 11am I got out of my car and was approached by a person who later identified herself as the Veterinarian. She proceeded to tell me "you were told we open at 11am" "we don't like to be rushed" I was shocked this person assessed me this way, we are not there on a Sunday if there was not an emergent matter with our pet. Furthermore the comment was unsolicited. This is no way to treat your customers. Needless to say we left and will certainly never be back. read more

Worse place ever. I called yesterday to make an appointment and i was told that neutering was between $350 and $450 In total. I made the appointment and I was told to arrive at 8:30 am and no one was there yet. We waited 20 min and finally someone showed up and they couldn't find my appointment, they had no idea what was going on. Then we had three different people giving us three different prices then the doctor said it was about $700 and change.. No mention of the vet leaving early when I called though. Other reviews mentioned they were weird about pricing. I called to ask for pricing for a visit and fecal test, staff said it's difficult to quote, which should not be case. There should be set prices for office visits and standard tests. read more

So I made an appt to bring my dogs in to get their yearly vaccinations. I was quoted $16 per shot (was told they needed 4) plus $30 for the rabies shot/tag. I get there, they examine both pets and tell me they both look healthy (as if I didn't know that) and they come back with a $300 + vet quote for one of the dogs & $400 + for the other. I'm like why so much? I called yesterday and was quoted $16 per shot plus the rabies shot $30. They proceeded to tell me it was what they recommended but were not mandatory. They reduced the quote to $140 + for one dog & $220 + for the other since I added the allergy shot, I said ok fine. Than they proceeded to take the pets to another room to administer the shots. I don't know about if this is new but I've never been to a vet where they make the owner wait in 1 of their exam rooms & take the pet to the back to administer the shots. I didn't put too much thought into it until I went to pay. I signed the documents they gave me & paid the bill. When I look over the bill I noticed the rabies shot they had given them was the 1 year shot when I had requested the 3 year one. When I questioned why they gave them the one year shot I was told it was because I needed to have proof of the previous rabies shot I had given them - which I had. I provided them the carbon copy of the form that was filled out by the previous vet which outlines the shots given, date, cost, license # etc. and was told that was or sufficient & refused to adjust it. I even agreed to pay the difference in the shot (if any) but again was told no, that I needed to wait 1 year & bring them back so they can do it all over again.... Yeah right! These people are a scam. All they care about is making $ and not what's best for ur pet or the customer. First time here, and last time as well! read more
