About a year ago I had an emergency and saw both vets. Dr. Bob's diagnosis and prognosis were spot on. Dr. Kelly saw "Sara" and confirmed the dx in a follow up visit. I scheduled Sara's annual visit and requested both Dr. Bob and Dana because they are both very gentle with Sara, who, has a sweet temperament (being a Birman) but when she was there she was in pain and became aggressive. Despite all her hissing they handled her gently and compassionately throughout the entire session. My daughter brought Sara in for her follow up visit as I was ill. We had a 3-way conversation and Dr. Bob was not only patient with Sara but also took the time to answer many questions from both my daughter and myself. I could go on and on about their practice and the techs but I will end this review by adding also that I do not believe I have ever been over-charged; this is clearly a practice interested in more than money based on my experience. Sara's annual visit included a physical, 2 vaccine's and as a courtesy Dr. Bob always cuts her front/rear claws at no charge. The total cost was $127 which is way less than I have ever spent for a vet exam with vaccines. Unlike other vets, Dr. Bob has NEVER suggested any tests, treatments, or other diagnostic procedures that Sara didn't need. I am very grateful for that as I am on a fixed income and vet bills have, in the past, been very expensive. That about sums up why I trust Dr. Bob and his kind and compassionate team of professionals. Sue B

When my daughter left, she broke down crying in the parking lot. A very kind male employee came up to her car to check on her, which meant so much to me, because I wasn't able to be there with her. They also gave her multiple options to personalize her purchase, including the paw print, and that's so comforting to have, forever. Faithful Companion returned her kitty to her (directly to her vet) quickly, and it meant a lot. They helped us get through a very difficult time. I highly recommend them for anyone within driving distance (my daughter drove quite some way to get there, and it was worth it).

Every person we met here was helpful, polite, friendly, and genuinely caring--people who clearly have a passion for honoring our beloved pets. Knowing Maow was treated with such respect brought us comfort in our grief. We cannot thank them enough and wholeheartedly recommend Faithful Companion to anyone facing this difficult goodbye.

The workers started laughing at him, saying that he just needed to poop really badly but he obviously felt very uncomfortable having to deal with leftover poop on his butt for the past two weeks. He smelled really bad and could not wait to leave that establishment. They barely sent us any updates and did not even brush his curly hair, which left him very matted and looking shabby. They also failed to give him his grooming appt when we booked this stay almost a complete month before, and they told us the day I was supposed to pick him up that the groomer was fully booked for the next few weeks and they could just give him an exit bath ( which you have to pay for). This is horrible and I do will NEVER be going back and letting my puppy stay there in those conditions. SHUT THIS DOWN AND RUN ME MY MONEY BACK. thankya

I don't usually write reviews or reveal this much personal information, but with what Andi has done…read morefor me, I must share with others. Andi and I visited for the third time today. She ran Access Consciousness Bars with me during each of those visits. When I first learned about Access Bars, it was described as a massage for my brain. I was mentally exhausted at the time. Stressed because of the loss of doggies we rescued, some long-term family issues, and the pandemic. It sounded like bliss! I learned that Access Bars are areas on your head that when gently touched, release the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and emotions that stop you from creating a life you love. I could not dial the phone fast enough. During our first visit, we worked through a lot of grief together. Andi does Reiki as well, so it really intensified the healing. At the end, I felt amazing and revitalized. I went back a month later to work through some long-existing family trauma. I felt happy and settled for the first time in years. Within a week, I felt this amazing release and with that, I knew I forgave my mother. I was floored. I went back a third time to continue my healing journey and we worked through even more. Each time I walk away with more peace, happiness, and love. She's truly amazing. I highly recommend to anyone on a healing journey. Andi is magic and I am forever grateful!

Customer service in the grooming department:…read more I've been taking my puppy there regularly, he's only 1 1/2 years old, never had any issues before, I've always had him groomed by Devon and he's done a great job. Today I took him in for bath and brush out. They were busy, they tiold me they were planning on being done by 4, no problem, then she said, well "we might not be able to dry him all the way", I thought well that's weird, but. it's summer I'm sure it'll be ok, I never even made it out of the parking lot when they called me to come back and get him he's too "anxious" not behaving in his crate. I'm not trainer or groomer but isn't it there job to know how to interact with the doggies? He's a puppy of course he's excited and very social. I feel like they were just overbooked and looking for an out. I would've had more respect for them had they just said hey can we reschedule we can't fit him in today. I took him down the street to pet supplies plus and washed & dried him myself, was out before 4 pm, no problem. I paid less there for 5 washes than 1 at PetSmart. I really like Devon, but I guess after such poor treatment I'll look for a new groomer and stop referring people there. Poor customer service. I have a doodle, they are sensitive, I think his feelings got hurt. Makes me sad.
