Usually, My Pie serves up some pretty tasty pizza and salads. Tonight, our pizzas were burnt all over the bottom. It seems like their oven needs to be cleaned out a bit before cooking pizzas. We had charred/black burnt old crust all over our fingers and the taste of the burnt areas made the pizza taste pretty unpleasant. Our Mediterranean salad was good, but the dressing seemed much more watery than usual. I wonder if there are new managers on board. We will definitely consider other local pizzerias before My Pie, as this was a pretty expensive disappointment tonight.

Lately this pizza place has been our go-to. Each kid orders exactly what they want and we get a giant salad so everyone gets at least a few bites of vegetables. It's fast and fresh and no one walks away hungry! Their ranch is PERFECTION! They also have an open soda fountain so you never have to wait for a refill. The location is a little hard to find if you aren't looking for it but the food and the ambiance make it worth it. Think traditional pizza joint but clean and warm with soft benches. Easy pizza night out with kids or picky eaters? This is it.

Whenever it's my partner's daughter's turn to pick where we go get food, My Pie is typically her go-to. They make personal pizzas and have a pretty wide variety of options including vegan options, gluten-free crust pizzas, and cauliflower crusts. It's a fast casual place where you order at the front and they bring you your pizza when it's done. I don't think I've ever gotten the same pizza here before because they have so many yummy options. You can also build your own pizza, but they have a lot of really yummy flavor combos so I've never built my own. I tend to go for their veggie-heavy options and yesterday I got the "My Greek Pie" with tons of veggies, feta, and a balsamic glaze. We also go one of their Reese's cookies which was perfectly gooey and delicious. The staff here is always so wonderful, the pizzas come out quickly, and they have great options. Although I'm not gluten free, I've gotten the gluten free crust a couple times and it's really delicious.

I've driven past this pizza shop dozens of times but never stopped. Tonight we were craving pizza and we're so glad we gave it a try. No lines, quick counter service, and a hot oven made for fast food that can't be beat. You can order off the menu or make it custom. Fresh toppings and plenty of them! Perfect for picky eaters or those with dietary restrictions, too. And let me just say that the warm cookies are not to be missed. Peanut butter heaven. We will definitely return to My Pie!

Good tasting pizza. I ordered the San Gennaro The portions are good. If you're super hungry you can finish a whole pizza. If you order salads or other sides with the pizza, it would be large enough to feed 2. The sauce was good, not over spicy and was generous. I look for pizza with save all the way to the edge. The crust was cooked just right. The crust is thick enough that it doesn't crumble on itself when you eat it. The pizza combos were plentiful so finding something you crave shouldn't be hard. Toppings were tastey and covered the entire pizza. The pizza came out fast and was cooked well. I'd recommend this place for a quick pizza lunch. Update... I came back again the next day because I liked the pizza so much the previous day. The pizzas took a bit longer today, however the manager (on his own) came out and handed out free garlic knots to the customeds to say sorry for delay. Very top notch service!!! I just updated my rating to 5 stars.

Ordered our pies to go, and from the outset it was a good experience. I was greeted on the phone with a proper "Hello, this is __________, welcome to My Pie. How may I help you." That was refreshing. My order was taken promptly by someone who actually seemed to be paying attention and cared to get the order right. On arriving at the restaurant to pick up my order, I was glad to have called ahead so I could skip the Friday night line (there were about 8 people in line, so not too busy, and business remained steady as I waited, briefly, for my order). The cashier was quick and quite nice, and once I was handed my order at least four of the staff members thanked me for coming in--certainly nothing like the poor service reported by another Yelper (maybe they were just having some opening week jitters when that patron visited). My Pie makes only 11" pizzas, made to order, so we ordered three different pies and a couple orders of garlic knots (they come 6 knots per order). Both kids and adults alike in our family really liked the pizzas, and the garlic knots were great. In all, our three pizzas and a dozen garlic knots rang up to $36, so it's a good bargain to boot. My Pie is most certainly worth a visit--it's great to have a pizza joint back in downtown Holladay.

They did a super cool Yelp event where you purchased the ingredients, went home and then they showed you how to make one of their delicious pizzas your way, from home. It came in a really co hell tote and Yelp water bottle. The directions were easy to follow and their ingredients were really good. The most fun was I. Rolling the dough out, spinning it and then putting your twist on it. Then of course eating it. What a cool event.

I love this Angry Bird pizza!! This pizza place is by my work and I've ordered the same pizza 3 times. I love how the chicken is cut so small since I'm not a big fan of meat. This is the best pizza I have ever had in Salt Lake City, Utah, and I have lived here 67 years. We had pretty much given up on pizza and then decided to try this place. Just ok, nothing really stood out for us. We got it to go, and will have to try dining in next time to see if we have a better experience. We got the San Gennaro and the Spicy Butcher, as well as the garlic knots. The bread to herbs ratio was off with the garlic knots, way too much bread. Both pizzas were a bit greasy and just average. My pie is awesome. Their crust is nice and crisp but chewy. Their sauce has a great flavor. The spicy butcher is my favorite, but even the classic pies are great. They will drizzle your pizza with pesto or put it on the side if you ask too. Finally, they have good specials. Overall, it is a quality place that i hit up a lot. read more

Our experience tonight was not the best. We got in and it took pretty long to get our orders. Then we sat down and waited for the pizzas. The entire waiting process was close to an hour, So we were wondering what was up and when we talked to them, they had lost our pizzas. So they had to remake them. Pizza quality was pretty good. there were 3 separate parties of customers who had similar problems who went up asking for their pizzas. They were very nice at the end to give us some coupons for the trouble, and they apologized, which was good. They could've been stressed with the many orders and confused. Overall not a great experience but I would give it another try. Owner is very nice and cares about customer service. Seems genuine and wants to provide a good experience. Doesn't seem to be the owner or organization's fault at all, probably just a few average employees. read more

Ordered My Greek Pie. It took awhile and that's okay. Waited about 35 minutes. Also ordered a basic Caesar salad which was fine. However, as you can see in the picture the pizza was burnt. Could taste the char which was disappointing. They shouldn't have served the pizza this way. Made a second trip to My Pie and it was excellent. Got the whole wheat crust. They were very timely with the food. I think the owners were making the pies and they were very engaging, fun and entertaining. I would definitely recommend coming here. Well done folks!! read more

A pizza restaurant 1.4 miles from us would not deliver and insisted that we belong in another area over 6 miles away. After arguing about it, I said I'll just call someone else. My Pie was actually about 2 miles away and they were 40 minutes faster than the other joints projected time. The family pizza deal was a great value and the pizza was great! Salad greens were crisp and fresh, and the garlic knots were awesome. I will definitely go back! read more

It's so nice to have another place to eat in Holladay! This pizza is good and made fresh in front of you. We have been here a couple of times, because it's so close and my kids (age 4 and 2) actually eat it. So far we have tried the Hawaiian, Cheese, Pepperoni, and Angry Bird. They are all really good, the Angry Bird is my favorite (tastes like buffalo chicken). The garlic knots are also tasty, too garlicky for my kids liking, so if your not a fan of garlic maybe skip. Overall I would recommend this restaurant. read more

Checked out this place with a bunch of friends with kids. Liked the make your own pizza theme. The place was modern and clean. We also had salads which were really big and fresh. The pizzas were great! My daughter said it was better than Mod. It was crowded that day, and our order came out a little slow, but I could tell the owners really care about their service since they came around and asked us about our order. Overall, good experience and worth returning. read more

I give 5 stars in their space. The made to order fast food pizza space. Comparing this to NY pizza isn't the best marketing push to someone from the east coast. That said the pizza and Garlic knots were good. The service is excellent and the owners are awesome and enthusiastic about customer service and their product. I look forward to having many meals in their establishment. read more

My husband and I came here for the first time just a few dahs ago and the food and service were both fantastic. We got a pizza (can't remember the name, but it was DEElish, had pesto and chicken on it) and their garlic knots and let me tell you, the garlic knots were phenomenal. So home made, so comforting. The pizza was the perfect size for 2 people and it was made quickly and had a great amount of flavor. Everyone was kind and helpful with my questions too! Overall a great experience. read more

Same bread that they use for the pizza and stuffed with a ton of cheese. Marinara sauce that comes with it is top notch. The Diablo sticks are spicy just to be spicy. The sauce isn't good. The reason for 1 less star than max is the slowish service when fast would be nice and also their chicken wings appetizer. As much love as I give to the garlic knots...the chicken wings I do not recommend. They are small, you don't get many, and they are drastically overpriced. Sadly we waited and waited again for our food and then it arrived in stages. Anyone that runs a restaurant kitchen knows that patrons want to each together at the same time. Our dishes came out one by one with significant timing gaps between them. It made our experience a little disappointing. My pancakes never came out. I said something to one server and she said she'd check on it. Several minutes went by and still nothing and our own server didn't even check back in on us. I went inside to see where my pancakes were and they said there was a mistake and they were still working on it. Finally after the other 3 in our party were just about finished eating my Thai Coconut Pancakes arrived. I will say the pancakes were delicious, flavorful and quite unique. I would order this dish again but I must say based on the slow service experience we had today I'm a bit hesitant to return to Jeffi's.

The baby yellow potatoes were just added without any seasonings. Assuming it should soak in the sweet juices? I didn't care for it. Trout was good, but preferred that the skin was crispy, which was extremely soggy, drowned in the sauce. Server asked if I wanted bread to drink the sauce and sure. Why not. It may taste better with regular bread and it wasn't. You can also skip valet parking if you just walk an extra minute down the parking lot. I forgot what one of the desserts name but it was the one with butter cake. This was extremely sweet too with the gooey caramel sauce. The donut was ridiculously expensive at $16 with a little honeycomb decoration. Nothing special with the desserts. Overall, everything is sweet here. The difference is that their prices have gone up 50% most dishes used to run around $28, with the Wagyu steak being $59. Now everything is around $44-49 and the Wagyu is still $59. The small bowl of soup used to be around $8 now $12. Appetizers were $12-18 now $17-28. For four of us, no drinks, the bill came to $320 with a 20% tip.

They catered an event for me... Amazing! Every one of my guests absolutely loves the food. And there was so much of it. Rarely do you get great value and high quality, but My Pie has achieved that. Not just your run of the meal pizza, either. They have their own twists on things. All I can say is Spicy Hawaiian! Taste that pizza and you'll never have regular Hawaiian again. read more
