The staff is amazing! There is one young lady in particular who has always remembered what I like, right down to the extra balsamic. So, the other day I went in and ordered a lunch special, not my usual. It came with a salad so I ordered the Caesar as it was one of the listed salads. When she came out of the back and saw my order, she had the young man who took my order clarify if I wanted the Caesar salad or the Greek salad, because she remembered that I always get the Greek salad. I did, in fact, want the Greek salad, but didn't ask as it wasn't a listed option. This young lady is amazing, and I so appreciate her attentiveness!!! read more

I really love this place for a quick inexpensive PIZZA. QUICK, easy, affordable. The crust is thin and just a little chewy in a good way. Sauce is great. Always had a great experience here. This is the best pizza I have ever had in Salt Lake City, Utah, and I have lived here 67 years. We had pretty much given up on pizza and then decided to try this place. Just ok, nothing really stood out for us. We got it to go, and will have to try dining in next time to see if we have a better experience. We got the San Gennaro and the Spicy Butcher, as well as the garlic knots. The bread to herbs ratio was off with the garlic knots, way too much bread. Both pizzas were a bit greasy and just average. My pie is awesome. Their crust is nice and crisp but chewy. Their sauce has a great flavor. The spicy butcher is my favorite, but even the classic pies are great. Our experience tonight was not the best. We got in and it took pretty long to get our orders. Then we sat down and waited for the pizzas. The entire waiting process was close to an hour, So we were wondering what was up and when we talked to them, they had lost our pizzas. So they had to remake them. Pizza quality was pretty good. there were 3 separate parties of customers who had similar problems who went up asking for their pizzas. They were very nice at the end to give us some coupons for the trouble, and they apologized, which was good. They could've been stressed with the many orders and confused. Overall not a great experience but I would give it another try. Owner is very nice and cares about customer service. Seems genuine and wants to provide a good experience. Doesn't seem to be the owner or organization's fault at all, probably just a few average employees. read more

Ordered My Greek Pie. It took awhile and that's okay. Waited about 35 minutes. Also ordered a basic Caesar salad which was fine. However, as you can see in the picture the pizza was burnt. Could taste the char which was disappointing. They shouldn't have served the pizza this way. Made a second trip to My Pie and it was excellent. Got the whole wheat crust. They were very timely with the food. I think the owners were making the pies and they were very engaging, fun and entertaining. I would definitely recommend coming here. Well done folks!! read more

A pizza restaurant 1.4 miles from us would not deliver and insisted that we belong in another area over 6 miles away. After arguing about it, I said I'll just call someone else. My Pie was actually about 2 miles away and they were 40 minutes faster than the other joints projected time. The family pizza deal was a great value and the pizza was great! It's so nice to have another place to eat in Holladay! This pizza is good and made fresh in front of you. We have been here a couple of times, because it's so close and my kids (age 4 and 2) actually eat it. So far we have tried the Hawaiian, Cheese, Pepperoni, and Angry Bird. They are all really good, the Angry Bird is my favorite (tastes like buffalo chicken). The garlic knots are also tasty, too garlicky for my kids liking, so if your not a fan of garlic maybe skip. Checked out this place with a bunch of friends with kids. Liked the make your own pizza theme. The place was modern and clean. We also had salads which were really big and fresh. The pizzas were great! My daughter said it was better than Mod. It was crowded that day, and our order came out a little slow, but I could tell the owners really care about their service since they came around and asked us about our order.
