When we arrived, we checked in and were asked to wait in the lounge until someone came to give us a tour. A female attendant took me while a male attendant showed my husband around. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything felt clean, modern, and luxurious. I loved that you're given a plush robe, slippers, and a locker that's accessed with a wristband key. It made moving around the spa super easy without worrying about carrying anything. We tried all of the different amenities. The salt room was probably our least favorite. Maybe I just don't understand the benefits, but it felt like we were just sitting in a room and I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to be experiencing. The saunas were nice, although the lights randomly turned off while we were inside. We weren't sure if that was intentional or if they were motion activated. Our favorite part was definitely the hot tubs and the cold plunge. Going back and forth between them was so relaxing, and we probably spent the most time there. The complimentary snacks were also a pleasant surprise. We tried the homemade chips and what I think was a salmon sandwich, and everything was delicious. My only suggestion would be to label the food. We kept guessing what everything was, and it would have been nice to know exactly what we were eating, especially for anyone with dietary restrictions. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing day and would absolutely come back if we're in Las Vegas again. If you're looking to enjoy a luxury spa without committing to a massage, the Fountain of Youth day pass is definitely worth considering.

I called today to confirm cancellation for later today. Asked for call log, sent to the requested email, and yet the card on file was charged before a follow up call was returned. This was not the expected outcome, when I did all the things. I called back because I wanted to confirm both massages were cancelled when the charge came through. Fortunately I used a hold card to make the reservation not the paying card. Fortunately the amount was declined. This is not the level of customer service I expect. So now a few things that I did t expect. My mom was visiting from out of town and wanted to make her weekend a spa weekend. It was easy to look over their services on their website, but to ensure my mom and I could do our massages together at the same time, I found calling them was much better. I had booked the 50-minute Prenatal Massage and my mom booked the 50-minute Thai LOAM Massage with a 50% reservation fee. We were required to show up 10 minutes before our appointments to fill out a waiver and survey, change out of our clothes, and get situated on the massage bed. We were originally going to be in separate rooms but they asked if it was okay to put us in the couples' room; not a problem. They set up my bed with the pregnancy wedge for my belly, and it was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had a hard time breathing through the little head hole as they layered a lot of white sheets on top of the bed and made the hole smaller and stifling. I found myself having to breathe through my mouth but it was tolerable. For prenatal massages, they only offer light and medium pressure. However, in certain areas I did feel like I got deep pressure especially in my shoulders as I had a few knots and tightness there. Katie/Kathy was my masseuse and she knew exactly how to work out those kinks while still making the experience comfortable for a pregnant person. I still felt like I got deep tissue massage on my shoulders despite the prenatal massage policy of being at maximum medium pressure. My mom said she found her massage relaxing and loved her experience at LOAM. They gave us water cups at checkout and we left feeling pretty relaxed. I did have a bit of shoulder soreness for 2 days afterwards but that is to be expected for getting the incessant knots out of my back--shoutout to Katie/Kathy!
