Mr. Vazquez initially quoted $1,900 for the project. After discussion, we agreed on a reduced price of $1,000. He requested immediate payment in cash. I informed him that I did not have cash available. He then instructed me to go to a bank to withdraw funds and stated he would follow me. I declined, as technicians were working inside my home at the time. Mr. Vazquez then requested payment via Zelle. My husband subsequently sent $1,000 via Zelle. Mr. Vazquez stated that he would return the following day to perform the work, explaining that he did not currently have the appropriate window film materials. On March 6, 2026, at approximately 8:40 a.m., Mr. Vazquez contacted me and stated that his materials were not ready. He then began repeatedly postponing the installation date. Since that time, Mr. Vazquez has provided numerous excuses for failing to perform the agreed services, including the following statements: "I have seafood las night and I have a stomach i haven't slept because I go to the bathroom sometimes." "I'm sick. I went to the emergency room. I have a congestion." "I'm still not feeling good. I have Covid." "Good morning i have to reschedule for tomorrow morning. My son is going to have a surgery today because he broken his arm. Sorry for the inconvenience . Again tomorrow morning I'll be there 8am to 9am" "I'm having a lot of family issues." "Good morning heads-up running late I'll be there at your house. 12:00. To 1pm. Becuse this morning I was driving and I hit a metal in a road and i got 2 tires flat. " "Good morning. Im pick up my work van from the dealership. I'll be at your house soon is possible today your windows going to be tinting. I told you 7am. Sorry for the delay I promise. " "Im here at the dealership now. 11am." I allowed Mr. Vazquez approximately one month to fulfill the agreement. During that time, he continued to provide inconsistent and unreliable explanations. On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, I formally requested a refund of the $1,000, as I no longer wished to proceed due to his repeated delays and misrepresentations. Following this request, Mr. Vazquez ceased responding to my messages and phone calls. I subsequently retained legal counsel and sent an additional demand for repayment. Mr. Vazquez ignored this communication. On Friday, April 17, 2026, I sent a message titled "Final demand for refund." including my attorney. Mr. Vazquez responded: "Good morning if you give me a one more opportunity I will do the job. Monday 11am. Please I don't want you take legal action. Please buy the material." I replied, "I gave you 2 months." He then responded: "You are a good person and I don't want a future problemas I can go Monday 11am please. I know you are mad at me. But I never have this situation. Let me know if you want me to do it.." My attorney subsequently contacted Mr. Vazquez by phone and provided a final opportunity to resolve the matter without litigation by issuing a full refund of $1,000 no later than Monday, April 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Mr. Vazquez terminated the call. The license plate doesn't give any info....even I know that. He claimed I had no sensors and ordered a windshield for $265. On Saturday, after I drove 30 minutes one way, he said I did have sensors, and the cost would be $295. He demanded a $48 deposit to order the new windshield and that I would have to come back in a week to get it installed. He didn't mention a 3.75% card fee over the phone but forced it on me in person, suggesting Zelle only after I'd paid. Shady business practices. When I got in my car, it smelled like trashy cologne, and the steering wheel was greasy. I asked him what he sprayed in the car and he said nothing. He left the sensor box under the mirror hanging and tried to delay fixing it until my next visit to pressure me into coming back. I insisted he fix it immediately. Come to find out, he glued the sensor box back to my old windshield, and now I will have to buy a new one. I found this out by another business who ended up replacing my glass. Zach did not tell me he broke MY property. When I asked for my deposit back, his rep said I could call him. I called on Monday. He threw a tantrum, yelled at me, interrupted me, called me slurs, and mocked me for asking about the cologne smell. I have migraines and cannot do intense smells. He hung up, saying he didn't need customers "like me." He also badmouthed his very young female employee for telling me I could get a refund. They do a VIN look up to see what windshield you need, and apparently mine had various sensors and was quoted $300 whereas the basic windshield was $200. They were willing to install the cheaper windshield for me as my "sensors" were nonfunctional to my knowledge, but they warned that some cars will have a warning light on the dash if it isn't right. I am glad they were willing to be flexible, but I opted for the "right" windshield at $300. Day of my appointment, the gentleman working the front quoted me 1 hour 15 min wait time. He checked out my car about 15 min after my appointment time, and informed me that the glass they had included other various sensors that my car did not have. He informed me he could have the actual right windshield shipped over in 45 min and installed in 30 min, and it would be $250 total. Since I was not in a rush, I agreed, and everything was done in the exact time he quoted me. Overall, I was there 1.5 hours past my appointment time. There was bits of excess rubber/scraps from the adhesive on my dash and seats afterwards. I don't have the cleanest car right now, so it wasn't bothersome, but if it's something you care about then keep in mind. The light rain a few hours after the replacement did not leak through. I will update this review if I come across any issue with the replacement. They offer a 2 year warranty on air and water leaks from their replacement.
