We lost our dog to parvo and parasites within 6 days... these people know exactly what they are doing by reducing the price and making you think they only have one left in the litter so you'll by the sick puppy before it starts showing severe symptoms. In retrospect, we realize our dog was beginning to exhibit signs and symptoms almost immediately after purchase. I beg of you, please do not look past this review or any others like it as a reviewer that just doesn't know or is one of a few. Any of the good reviews on here sound convincing but don't fall for it! They will take your money, somehow make you feel sorry for them (or try to) and you will be the victim with a traumatized family and dead or sick puppy while they laugh on the way to the bank. Please DO NOT BUY YOUR PUPPY HERE! In June 2021 I was in the market for a new puppy. I spoke with Josh and he assured me that I was getting a great and well tempered puppy. What he failed to tell me is that his puppy(ies) had Giardia, an intestinal parasite that causes severe diarrhea and weight loss. The first few weeks were hell with my puppy bc of this. When I received her, I immediately knew she looked lethargic and took her to the vet the next day where she was diagnosed. The medical records provided to me proved that my puppy had not been seen for a month before she was sold to me. Although I nursed my puppy to health, multiple attempts of trying to resolve the issue were a failure. Josh promised to reimburse me for the medication and help with rehoming but he never did, after multiple lies and incomplete promises. Because of the price of my puppy, I expected top tier service, but Josh and his breeding company failed to provide me with the efficient customer service I needed and sold me a sick puppy! Very sick dogs, parvo , etc. I also forgot to add giardia to my own pups list of health issues that he came with. One year and three months later, we are still treating him. He now requires a specialist that I drive an hour each way and pay an exorbitant fee for. Please consider this time and these fees when planning to buy from this group. Please remember that they also operate under my doodle crush. I feel terribly foolish for trusting this backyard breeder. Please do your homework and find a well established Breeder who has a long history attached to their name. A good breeder will want to show you their dams and sires and historical breeding outcomes, as well as have you visit their home to see the litter. They will want to engage in conversations on temperament and health. They will have no history of puppies with parvo or kennel cough and full health assurances. They will have bred out any genetic abnormalities or health issues long ago. They will have robust websites with full lineage and specific breeder information. We contacted My Puppy Crush last year after we lost our wonderful 14 year old GoldenDoodle and wanted to find another puppy to love and fill the void in our hearts. They sounded so happy to help us. We assumed we would get a tri-color mini Bernedoodle from Utah as that is where they are located. But, they assured us that they have trusted guardian families in Pennsylvania who raise the puppies from their own Bernese Mountain dog parents. We paid $700 to have "Nala" sent to us via a flight nanny as it was at the height of the pandemic. She came in a carrier with another puppy that we were told was her "litter mate". However, we found out later from the other pup owners that they had different birthdates. Their pup came with paperwork. We received none. No proof of parents or genetic testing. We paid extra for tri-color. One year later, Nala has lost all her brown which we now know is a fading trait that should have been disclosed as part of the genetic testing given to us. All her brown is now gray. Also, Nala has a muscle disease that has effected her jaw. She stopped eating for two weeks. She now has to be on a heavy dose of steroids, possibly for years which could shorten her life. So far, we've spent over $3000 in vet bills. I contacted My Puppy Crush to see if they knew of others who may have had this same medical issue. They never responded. So....DO NOT USE THIS BREEDER!! We do love Nala and wouldn't give her up for anything. She is a joy but due to her problem, is no longer playful. We now know to do more research on breeder and get a number of referrals. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! They seemed enthusiastic at the very beginning of our first touch through text. After I put on a 500 dollar deposit fee through Zelle which they recommended, they promised to get me a email receipt. Now almost a week passed but it never happened. So I texted them again this afternoon to ask for that. They called me right away to tell me that I won't get a email receipt since I didn't pay by credit card through their website, otherwise I should've got a automatic receipt right after the payment. But I was also promised a screen shot of payment confirmation during the call. Now two hours passed and it turns out I still got nothing... I really doubt it's a total scam. Even though they finally provide me the receipt, which they should've done back on Monday this week, it's still really hard to believe we'll finally get a happy and healthy puppy from this seller who seems to lack of integrity. DO NOT BUY FROM MY DOODLE CRUSH (AKA my puppy crush)!!! I bought my dog, Oakley, from them back in early 2020 and the experience was great, so I reached out again in hopes to purchase her full sibling from the same parents. Ryan said the waitlist for that litter was full, but that he had 9 week old puppies available and his family/friend, Kelly, was already heading to Ca and could deliver the puppy to me for free. After paying a $500 deposit, Ryan claimed that Kelly had already left and my puppy couldn't be delivered for free, so I paid $750 for a pet nanny to fly with the puppy in the cabin. Ryan arranged for the puppy to be driven from the airport to my home as well. The day of travel I didn't get any updates until it was about 30 minutes past her expected arrival time. I reached out to Ryan twice before getting a response. I was contacted by my "deliver driver", Kelly, that the flight had been delayed and she did not have the puppy. This didn't make any sense to me because the puppy was supposed to be with a pet nanny, not on her own in cargo. I contacted Ryan and Kelly but they were very vague and ignored all my questions. I couldn't pick the puppy up myself because they refused to give me any flight information as Ryan and Kelly both claimed they didn't have it. The next morning I found out from Kelly that she picked the puppy up from the airport 4 hours after telling me she didn't know where she was.. When Kelly brought the puppy to me she told me that the puppy went from Utah, to Pennsylvania, and then to California and was shipped in cargo because they couldn't find a puppy nanny. I was never updated or given any alternative options as I would NEVER choose to ship a dog in cargo. When I got the dog she was significantly underweight. I could feel all the bones in her body. The puppy was sick with kennel cough and giardia. I didn't get the puppy's DOB until after the puppy was delivered and found out that the puppy was actually 12 weeks old, not 9 weeks old like I was told. My other dog ended up getting kennel cough too and was throwing up blood. Ryan did pay for our vet bills for both dogs when I sent them, which was the only thing that went right during this entire process. I then got a care package in the mail from a breeder in Honey Brook, PA. This confirms that the dog did not come from my doodle crush as they are located in Utah. I suspect they lied about the flight originating in Utah, which is why they wouldn't give me the flight info and planned to ship the dog from a different breeder located in PA to Kelly on her vacation in CA. I was never told that my puppy was coming from a different breeder or that the puppy was located in PA. After doing some research, I believe this dog came from a breeder called Beni Goldendoodles in Honey Brook, PA as their website has "available puppies" listed with the same DOB and stud (father) as the information I was given from Ryan about my puppy. They also list that they provide a care package and the products in the photo match the items I received. I saw several negative reviews on this breeder suspecting them of being a front for a puppy mill. When confronting Ryan about it he literally said "nothing to explain. I've done so much to accommodate you. I'm done." As if paying for the vet bills for two sick dogs that was his fault in the first place is enough and I don't deserve an explanation. I'm disgusted by their deception and I hope this review helps anyone considering purchasing from them to look elsewhere. read more

This company also goes by My Doodle Crush. The people that work there are very nice and helpful, but my dog arrived 2 years ago with Giardia. I've bought many puppies before, and I never had a problem with this nor had I ever heard of it. . I waited a bit to take him to the vet because they said he didn't need another shot for awhile. So when I did take him, they recommended a test fori Giardia, sure enough he did have it. It turned out to be a very expensive ordeal that lasted till he was 1 year old. Puppy crush did give me the money back for the antibiotics, but they would not reimburse me for the $60 test that I had every few months. I'm very thankful that he didn't have Parvo, and that I still have him, but in all good faith I can not recommend buying a puppy from My Puppy Crush. I think the homes they are paying the new puppies to stay in till they are sold, need to be cleaned up and tested for all these puppy diseases, or they need to not farm out the puppies, and take care of them themselves. I'm so sorry to all the people that have lost their puppies! I hope and prey this company fixes these problems, because they do have beautiful puppies, and they are nice people, but no one should go through bringing home a new puppy to have to go through these health issues, and possibly at the end only to have their furbaby pass away. read more

This was my first time getting a puppy from a breeder and my initial interactions with them were great. I went to see two puppies and picked one to take home. I took her to the vet a week later and discovered she had ear worms. The vet told me because of this she was technically unfit to sell. She said I had the option of giving back the puppy (which wasn't happening) or asking the breeder for reimbursement for the ear worm medication. I reached out to Kate and she asked for my venmo saying she would send me the money. And then nothing. For weeks and months I reached out and got no response. Wow the bad reviews I've seen don't make sense as my experience was wonderful with this family business! They test their parent dogs and have healthy and wonderful pups. They went out of their way to make sure I had the perfect puppy for my family (we are using him as a therapy dog and temperament was very important to us. Sarah helped us through the process, was very transparent, honest and kind. Our puppy had a little cough so they asked us if they could keep him longer until he healed. I loved the honesty and care! DO NOT GET A DOG HERE. Bought a bernedoodle from Sara Jul 21. He was sooo hard to crate train and potty train - even the vet said he was not normal because of urinating problems. Vets and trainers told me he had MAJOR BEHAVIORAL problems and would need constant supervision/ work and medication !! I have never ever owned a dog like this. He cost me thousands AND he's unfurnished - NOT WORTH 3,500 AT ALL. A good breeder would advise buyer and sell CHEAP. They do not care about you OR the dogs!!! They delivered him to the airport (a lady OTHER than who was suppose to deliver him) seemed like in a rush just to get money. Dog had a big bump on his head and they did not have an explanation. He had giardia as well! This dog gets kennel cough every time at doggy daycare despite having shots. THEY could not give me pics/ videos of his parents other than poor quality single photos. You are playing russian roulette if you purchase a puppy from this company! On Thursday, May 20, 2021 we made an appt to see a Bernese Mountain puppy. We had to pay a nonrefundable $500 deposit up front to hold the dog for a few hours until we got there that same evening. They sent us pictures of the dogs parents so we drove 1 1/2 hour to see the puppy and his parents. We were close but hit traffic so I called the woman, Mary, who was going to show us the puppy. She told us we were not seeing the puppy's parents, no one ever sees the parents. I told her she had to be mistaken so she made a few calls and told us again, no. We were only 10 minutes away so we went to see the pup. We met in a park, not a home, or a kennel...a park. Mary was just a courier who brought us the dog! The puppy was so cute, we bought him. I wrote a check and she gave us the paperwork and deworming medicine, noting that he had not had his 12-week shots, which she thought was unusual. We took him home and the next day he had whitish-yellowish mucus coming from his nose and eyes. He was coughing when he drank water and was breathing rough. We called a vet but could not get an appt for a new pup for at least a week. We took him to the emergency vet and they said he had bad pneumonia! No wonder they did not give him his 12-week puppy shots! The hospital kept him for a few days on IV medication and said they were glad we bought him in when we did. The bill was $1300. A week later we had a follow up appt with our vet. They took Xrays and did all the new puppy testing. He still has pneumonia! an infection in both ears and Giardia! They give us more medication. We could not give him his 12-week puppy shots with all the other medication he is taking and no flea or tick treatment. The poor puppy, plus close to $500 for this vet visit. I called My puppy crush and told them what was happening. He spoke to Ryan and they offered to pay $500 or I could pick a new puppy. How do you return a puppy you fell in love with? AND offering $500 of an $1800+ bill + we had more follow-up vet visits scheduled since he still had pnemonia. If we picked a new puppy, we would get the new dog but still have a $1800 vet bill for a dog we would not even have and I was worried what would happen to him if we returned him. Would they really take care of him? We kept the dog and asked if they would consider splitting the cost of $1800 - we would pay $900 each. They said no, and offered we purchase another dog for $200 or return the dog we have. How do you sell a sick dog and not be accountable? We were willing to split the difference and pay all future bills related to this illness but they even said no to that. Doing research, I found out the business is registered to a home in West Jordan, UT (no puppy lemon law in UT) and they do business in PA, NJ and NY but there is no address associated with those states. Unless there is an address to serve the papers in the town where the transaction took place, you would have to go to Utah for claims court. Purchased a 5 month old puppy, Lulu, from My Doodle Crush. I was given a 2 year health guarantee. Lulu originated in Utah and traveled to California with 6 other puppies in a sedan. She was delivered to us dirty and smelly. 3-days after arriving, she became ill. I took her to the UC Davis Veterinary Hospital and she was diagnosed with Parvo. They informed me her vaccinations were not up to date. She did not received her 4th Parvo vaccine.Mydoodlecrush refused to provide the name of the vet who provided the vaccines nor the well-puppy check. Mydoodlecrush refuses to help with any of the medical expenses and says I should bring Lulu home and self-treat. I purchased Lulu for $1400. The medical bills are $3000 at present. She was in the hospital fighting for her life. Mydoodlecrush offered to reimburse me $1400 in exchange for not reporting them to any agencies, leaving a negative google review, and removing all other social medial posts regarding Lulu in any negative way. They will not help with any medical expenses. I have declined their offer as they need to be stopped and others warned. They should not be allowed to transport puppies across state lines or anywhere! Lulu is home now and recovering from this horrible virus.I still can't take her out or take her to a vet for her puppy health check because she still might transfer the virus to another unvaccinated puppy. read more

We purchased our little angel 2 years ago from Kate and Ryan. They were very helpful in sharing information with us and telling us about our puppy's care. We were able to visit often and see our little one many times before taking him home. When we were supposed to bring him home, we ended up having a family emergency and he had to stay an extra week. They were courteous and kind. My fur-baby has papered parents that I have record of. They guaranteed my puppy for one year. He was vaccinated and completely kennel and potty trained. The first night, I woke up several times to take him to the bathroom and each time, he looked at me like I was insane. The next day I called (I hadn't asked if I needed to take him out at night, I just assumed) and Kate assured me he was fine through the night. He only wakes us now when he is sick. People ask me all the time where I got my dog; he's well known in my neighborhood as a friendly and social pup. I would absolutely and completely buy another puppy from them. read more
