Before scheduling, I asked John Pulido a long list of questions about the windshield manufacturer, DOT certification, acoustic glass, molding, warranty, mobile service, and installation details. Instead of giving vague answers, he answered everything directly and professionally. He even checked my VIN before discussing specifications and confirmed my Rogue required an acoustic windshield. John explained that the replacement glass could come from manufacturers such as Pilkington, PGW, Fuyao, or AGC. After verifying my vehicle, he confirmed he would be installing a Pilkington acoustic windshield, which I was very happy to hear. The installation was performed at my home, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and John actually arrived slightly early. The installation moved quickly and efficiently, and by 12:37 PM he was already calling me to let me know the work was completed. The new windshield included: +Pilkington acoustic glass +DOT-certified construction +Solar band +New molding +Mobile installation +Labor warranty John took care to protect the vehicle's interior and dashboard during the installation and cleaned up everything afterward. There was no mess left behind. He also explained the curing process clearly, including leaving the tape on the windshield for 24 hours before removing it. Most importantly, the finished product has been excellent. There have been no leaks, rattles, wind noise, or any other issues since the replacement. Overall, Pulidos Auto Glass delivered exactly what I was looking for: quality glass, knowledgeable service, mobile convenience, excellent communication, and a fair price. I saved money compared to both Apple Glass and Safelite while receiving a high-quality Pilkington acoustic windshield installed at my home. To my surprise Quick Auto Glass responded to me within 10 mins. They gave me an estimate and the time of their business hours. They open at 8am and I arrived at 8:30. There was only one guy at the shop and he spoke little English but immediately got on the phone and told his partner I was there and gave him my vehicle information. He then told me "window on way" and he started vacuuming up the broken glass and doing the prep work. About an hour later his partner arrived with my window and with the prep work done he was able to install the window in about 10 mins. I was charged the estimated price I was given, plus tax of course. My only complaint is when I got home and was looking over everything I noticed a good amount of glass still under my seat. He did not need to go above and beyond like he did, but his guidance was greatly appreciated. Advice: don't get a carwash after you get a chip. A small chip will grow by at least a foot. The price he charged me was fair and it took a little more than an hour. He gave me two options for glass and I picked the cheaper one. He told me they are both more or less the same and made by the same companies. I paid $220 which was far less than the other quotes I got. He told me to not get a car wash for at least 24 hrs or any other pressure washing. However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.

On my latest install, they were professional from start to finish, although not perfect in some areas (more on that later). I'll start with the issues, and then close with the positives. On our first house, I encountered some disappointing challenges during the execution/installation phase. Our garden was trampled on, one of the windows were installed on the wrong spot, and a light fixture was damaged and the crew tried (poorly) fixing it without notifying me (all caught on CCTV). With all that said though, the company stands by doing the right thing and resolved everything on a timely manner. How it was handled was much appreciated and influenced me to use them again and refer others. On our second house, almost everything went smoothly. All windows were replaced in just two days! Just encountered a minor hiccup when a wall was damaged and a worker claimed it was pre-existing. Luckily, I purposely took before-photos and was able to provide evidence that it was not pre-existing. In the end, it was fixed within satisfaction. As for the positives, I really have to give credit to Milton, the supervisor on the second house. He was very professional and accommodating. On one of the windows, he found water damage and pointed it out to me instead of trying to cover it up. The damage and source were all fixed. Seriously, he could have moved on and I would have never known! All the windows were installed to my satisfaction. Few minor quirks remained, but possibly due to the window manufacture (or so I was explained). Also appreciate how floors snd countertops are covered to prevent/reduce damage and dust. I recommend this company. Here are some tips before using them (or any other window company): - Take lots of photos of each window before the work starts. Ensure to get several close ups and different angles of the trim and corners, both inside and out. Ensure good lighting for a useful photo. - Check with your HOA to see if it's the window replacements are allowed. Some care about colors of trim and grid vs non-grid. - Expect the order to take several months to come in. Get your quote early if it's a house you plan on moving in.

Where to start! First and foremost Russ is beyond amazing, caring, thoughtful, and extremely responsive and helpful. I was in the Houston area on a vacation when it slowly turned into a nightmare. I had rented out a luxury car that had a decent sized rock chip in the windshield. My first thought was that there was no way this was getting fixed and secondly I needed to get this fixed asap. I went to the nearest place I could find near the Galleria. The guy at that place told me it was not repairable and that he would only be able to fill the hole to prevent it from further cracking (HUGE MISTAKE). They "patched" it and did a terrible job. I searched around online and found 2 companies. The first one was unwilling to even look at the car since there was an attempted repair (I told them I was willing to pay any price for them to at least look at try. They refused). Then I was blessed to have come across Russ' company. He was immediately willing to come to me (drove over 30 minutes to where I was) to see what he could do. When he saw the windshield he immediately put my mind at ease and told me to go away for 20 minutes and to come back when he finished. When i came back out, I couldn't even locate the chip anymore. It was like it never happened. Best part? I didn't need to replace the windshield for over $2,000!!!! I knew a rock hit my windshield but I wasn't sure which chip was the new one. After getting several estimates I called Russ who asked that I send him a picture. He responded quickly and gave an estimate which was less than the other repair companies. He came to the house and said the chip in question had already been repaired. He checked for other dings and found some, but none needed repairing and he said they would not run in the future. I asked what I owed him and he said "nothing". WHAT? Wanted to have my windhield checked as i had a "pock, chip" from a pebble being kicked up and hitting it. Russ did a great job fixing the crack (eagle type) on my windshield. It was fast and I was on my way. Cracks don't fully disappear which is fine as long as they don't spread. I have no doubt this business, Ryan Automotive, has done good work on people's vehicles in the…read morepast. Judging from the reviews, most people seem satisfied with services rendered. However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.
