This review is based on customer service, not actual work. I called Juan after a rock hit my windshield and started to spread quickly. He told me I could come then. I was a little confused when I arrived because he works from a tent in a the parking lot of a kolache place. After pulling into the tent, he emerged from inside the restaurant immediately. He assessed the crack and told me that the rock hit the most vulnerable spot on the windshield. As a result, attempting to fix it would be tricky and might even result in more damage. So he recommended that it be replaced, provided a recommendation for a replacement service and even gave me tips should it happen it again. had a major rock chip that required repair asap to avoid splitting. I drove to Need A Fix from Garden Oaks based on the rave reviews of Juan's workmanship, and it was worth it. He explained in advance that the chip will not fully disappear after the fix. It will still show a glare with two pinholes as remnants of the initial damage. I was okay with that and consented to the repair plus requested for 2 more chips to be repaired too (even though he said the other 2 would not split). Everything was completed in about 25 minutes.
