I was very, very satisfied with this store compared with another store in Friendswood FM 518, that I had done business with before (that store really upset me). The other store had a hidden price that makes the carpet price way higher than you would expect. The representative I dealt with from Flagship Floors was Ms. Rina. She was very polite and helpful. She tried her best to make us happy, from the price perspective all the way to scheduling the carpet installment in our house. Everything went smoothly. The guys who did the carpet were great as well and they were very thorough in working every detail. After they were done installing our carpet, Ms. Rina followed up with us to make sure that we were satisfied with their performance. To date, I have had so many compliments about our carpet, from our family and friends who have come to visit us. The carpet is so nice and it was a good price and great quality.

I was in the process of completing our new home build and had epoxy garage flooring on my list of things to include. Nearing the end of construction, everything was coming together quickly; house was near done, movers were scheduled for 6/16, landscaping ongoing, painters finishing up, cabinet hardware yet to be installed etc.... Given the schedule, I knew that I needed to have my garage floor done on 6/15 -OR- after move-in, which meant, probably not ever... I almost decided to just live without rather than exploring what could be done. Could it be coated on Monday and walked on on move-in day-Tuesday being the primary concern. Answer: YES! Don and a helper showed up as scheduled/9:30am process took most of the day, very detailed, more time spent on prep than actual application (a good thing), job was completed by 5p. I was able to walk-on same evening, looked great, an overall marvelous outcome! Now, though just six months gone by, I am so glad that I "squeezed" this last second detail in, as it's one of many, favorite aspects of our new home build. Tim has been selling flooring in the Seabrook area for over 30 years. Before him, his dad was selling flooring. they're a floorfam. The place is not the flashiest or even most organized showroom, but Tim will hook you up. If you bring a sample/quote from any big box store he will work his behind off to match carpet type and price - and you can get your flooring FAST. Tim calls the carpet/flooring mills while you're sitting there, to find out when he can get the carpet you want. Tim actually had installed flooring in our house before the big box store even returned my call for a quote! It was hilarious when we told them we had already installed carpet, and they couldn't believe we could do that anywhere in less than 10 days. Tim CAN!
