I just wanted to share so people know, do not use them for irrigation services. I wish I knew beforehand how shady they could be. Now I need to hire someone new and spend more money to fix the issue because SoCo landscaping refused to replace or refund me for the faulty equipment they installed. I've received second opinions on this issue and have been assured that it is not user error. Buyer Beware.

What you need to know: reasonable pricing, easy to schedule, amazing communication, excellent work! SoCo Landscaping went above and beyond for my family while we moved out if our home. I believe I spoke with Andrea the whole tIme and she had their team out and trimmed our bushes and picked up wood and other debris in our yard within days of me contacting them. They even asked if I wanted to double check their work to make sure we were happy with the results (we were very pleased). We also had other things to be done we thought we could do on our own but ran out of time and they happily came back and were able to adapt to some changes we had come up too. Again, highly recommend this company! if we didn't move across the country I would have also hired them to do our yard maintenance on a regular basis.

Then they started to slack a little and wouldn't show up for 2-3 weeks, they would make up excuses for why they didn't show up. They would never invoice. They replaced our irrigation but the new lines also seemed to be sprouting leaks like years' old lines. We were told that whatever warranty only applies to to a "certain amount of fixes" and that we would be responsible. They would also show up unannounced on random days and expect us to be home. I would not recommend this company at all. Their landscaping work was half decent but they would cut our trees down without really thinking about what they would look like and it sometimes felt like they didn't know what they were doing.

This time, we had just bought a new home and there was a large tree in the side yard that we wanted to take out as it was to close to the house and the wall, besides looking like it was dying. Their quote was inline with others, and we already knew the quality of their work so it was a no brainer in selecting them again. In both cases, they cleaned up so well, we feel the yard was probably cleaner than when they started. We have no problem recommending them not just for the work they do but for their advice as well.

There are some good providers out there - this company is not one of them. I received a response from Phil almost right away asking me if he could swing by. He sent me an estimate shortly after he stopped by and it was very reasonable!
