The wait time to be evaluated was lengthy (four months?) but that is pretty typical in Vegas, unfortunately. But since then, things have been great. Our evaluation found that she wasn't speech delayed but they were able to provide services for vocabulary, they handled insurance issues for us and we've been regularly going weekly for about five months - Maria B is excellent. She's so kind and gentle with the littles, and their therapy setup is play-based, so my daughter always has fun and enjoys going. My husband and I have alternated accompanying her to be able to pick up on the strategies and prompts that the therapist uses with her, to replicate at home, and we think that has really helped. We're likely reaching the end of our time here as a reevaluation is coming up and she's made a ton of progress. We've made friends with some of the other parents with weekly appointments around the same time, and interacted with some of their other speech (Jenn subbed for us once) and OT therapists and everyone here has been so friendly and professional. Early intervention is key so if you even remotely suspect an issue with your child, get a referral ASAP.

Kids have off for spring break so asked for earlier appt and spot was available at Summerlin clinic so took it. Funny how similar both offices are. This one is smaller and quieter though. Staff was very nice just like at their other office. Therapist was exceptional, just like our usual therapists. Clinic is very clean and child friendly. Just as happy with this office than our usual one.

My child with autism was recently discharged from the speech therapy solely because she reached an age cutoff. (she is only 15), despite her clear and ongoing need for speech and communication support. Speech therapy is a long-term necessity for autistic children, not something they "outgrow" at specific age. The age should never be a factor in determining whether an autistic teenager receives speech therapy! All autistic children/teenagers are at different levels when it comes to speech. The fact that even the owner of the company was not able to help is incredibly disheartening. Dropping a child from therapy due to age rather than her actual progress is unacceptable and unethical! The therapist just handed me a piece of paper with a list of places to call that offer social group settings for my child which I did has not been successful. Most of these places that I contacted have long wait lists for speech therapy. So now my child is stuck, I am going through a lot of hassle and stress, and Speakeasy is a big Disappointment! This company is failing the autism community, unfortunately!

My son looks forward to seeing her each week. I love that they use neurodiverse-affirming play-based therapy techniques, so the kids are active and engaged. Then I spoke with Anna at Let's Talk, and she encouraged me to give the Let's Talk Southwest location a chance. I was hesitant, but her words and character truly made me feel like she believed in the therapists there and genuinely cared. I decided to bring my little one in, and from the very beginning, Anna and Erica at the front desk were so kind, welcoming, and sweet. We then began therapy with Ms. Lindsey, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her. Ms. Lindsey has worked diligently to truly learn and understand my son. She does not treat him in a cookie-cutter way. She acknowledges his individuality, uniqueness, and specific needs. She pays close attention to what works for him and what does not, and she treats him with genuine love, patience, and care. I have personally told these amazing individuals that they have brought tears of happiness to my eyes and joy to my heart seeing how much my baby's speech has improved, along with his ability to express himself and communicate more confidently. I truly cannot express my gratitude enough. Let's Talk Southwest is amazing, and I would recommend them 100 times over. They genuinely believe in what they do, and it shows when you see your child progressing and achieving goals. I am so thankful Anna convinced me to try again. Thank you, Anna. Thank you, Erica. And Ms. Lindsey -- you are absolutely amazing. You serve these children with excellence, and you are truly gifted at what you do. Thank you all so much!

For any parent needing help with speech therapy, I highly suggest going with a different office,…read moreone that will actually give a fuck! It's July 15, I've been dealing with this office since the beginning of March. When I was first referred, I was told it would be a month wait! I understood a month wait as there's a multitude of kids that are needing therapy. After a month, I reached out again and they stated the month wait has now turned into a 6-month wait due to the fact they only had two providers and one was going out on maternity leave. I then asked them why it was originally a one month wait, since surely they knew this pregnant provider would be leaving. They then admitted to me that they had another provider onboarding and would keep me posted about the wait times. As you can see in the screenshots, I reached out to the office multiple times, often getting no response until I called. I kept pressure on them, again and again, they kept coming up with issue after issue after issue, until they straight up finally decided they won't be taking my insurance, even though it's been confirmed multiple times they're contracted with my insurance. So I just wasted 4 months of my time because this office and their terrible customer service decided to string me along. If you care about getting your child the help they need, don't bother with this fucked up place. I'm also going to report this office for HIPAA violation. As you can see they're careless and sent me a form with somebody else's information on there.

Honestly, I wish I found them sooner. Kiddos age out of the program at age 3 and mine turns 3 in January. Anywho, Mark, Ayanna, and Myra have been a blessing. They're kind, patient, observant, and offer great advice. Because we were accepted into a program, they came to our house regularly but their office was very nice as we had to go there once for his initial assessment. It was very clean and inviting to families. If you're coming through the NV Early Intervention program, I highly recommend doing the assessment in office vs online. It's just my opinion but I feel like they get a better first assessment of your kiddo that way. Side note, they aren't limited to the program, you can walk in as a new patient and I think they take most insurances. (Don't quote me on that.) Mark was our speech therapist and today was our last session. Shortly after leaving my kiddo was crying for him to come back. That broke my heart but speaks volumes for how well he works with kiddos. Mark was always happy to answer questions and give thoughtful feedback during every session. I saw lots of progress from the time we started up until now. Ayanna is our developmental specialist and her advice and direction is worth its weight in gold. Lines of communication were always open and she even attended my kiddos meeting with CCSD to advocate for his eligibility in the Child Find program. She even got my kiddo into an 8 week play group at UNLV TWICE which really helped his interactions with other kids his age, adults that aren't family, and sharing. Myra was our occupational therapist. She was assigned just a couple months ago to help with eating concerns with my kiddo. I wish we had more time with her because this issue definitely needs more time and work. We got lots of great advice to move forward though. I'll definitely miss these folks. They've done so much for my little one. I am forever grateful. THANK YOU AYANNA, MARK, and MYRA!!!

Their staff are some of the most caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated professionals and therapists you will find. We felt so supported and literally did not have a single complaint through out the several years we worked with them. Both of our children that received services through TMG made huge strides and met all of their goals. We grew to love each and every therapist and specialist that worked with our child.
