This has helped me to recover stronger. What a difference it has made in my balance and having looking forward to having "life" again. I am not there yet, but I am hopeful. I am at 99%. You wonder why not stop. Because the 1% can cause me to tip - fall over - lose balance quickly w/o warning. I have been dealing with this since November 2024. I went to a neurologist and then another. Including getting therapy with another facility - but it was more of a stretch exercise...however, it didn't resolve my situation and its strength. Basically, Fysical at other location did their best they felt and there wasn't much more to do. Last therapy was in 2025 and I was hovering 85-90% in control of my balance. If I get these episodes, it is out of nowhere, and I will lean towards falling. The therapists there were all kind...but not invested into my quality of life...I got really disillusioned...exercises were good to sustain, but that is it. However, I didn't give up, and now I feel much more confident and look forward to 100% and being Alive!

I have been receiving physical therapy at Fyzical since January following my calcaneus fracture…read more Overall, I have felt challenged and supported throughout my rehabilitation and have made substantial improvement in my walking. During my most recent treatment session, however, I was injured while performing an exercise directed by my physical therapist. I immediately reported the pain to the therapist and later brought the incident to the attention of the clinic staff. At my next visit, I was discharged from physical therapy. Although I had sustained a new back injury during treatment, no one recommended that I seek a medical evaluation. Instead, I was told that I could return for physical therapy for my back if I obtained a new referral. I was also concerned to find that the treatment note understated my report of pain and did not accurately reflect the severity of my response during the session. I'm obviously going to get it checked out, but it's definitely something to consider when evaluating a physical therapy practice.

After having my daughter, I had postpartum pelvic PT issues related to traumatic birth - had no…read moreidea how common this was until I hopped on social media. Thank goodness for living in the information age, right? My insurance was quick to issue a referral here and the location is right between home and work so it was extra convenient. I came here for weekly appointments for nearly six months. Note that they only offer weekday hours from 8AM-5PM, which can be challenging for some jobs. Staff is all female, as are nearly all of the patients I interacted with, which was helpful for setting comfortable space. The office has an open-plan layout so you'll see others working on their exercises and asking questions during their appointments. I can see privacy being a bit of an issue if you have more personal matters to discuss but they do have some private rooms for evaluations, meetings, and other services. As with any sort of PT recovery, you do have to put in the work outside of your appointments to see improvement. Overall, staff were friendly and supportive throughout my time here but I didn't always feel heard when I expressed concern about my recovery. My insurance only covered 30 appointments and it wasn't until the 25th or 26th that they suggested more intensive exercises - I felt that the last few appointments were the most effective but it was frustrating that it was at the end of my time here. Maybe it's on me to have done more research ahead of time but I already had my hands full with everything else postpartum. I felt that most of my time here was just doing Kegels in different positions and there's actually so much more to pelvic PT. At my last appointment, we discussed submitting info to see if my insurance would cover more but I never did hear back.

Multiple Red Flags Beware * Outdated Ratings: Most 5-star…read morereviews are 2-6 years old; current service does not match. * Poor Care: I experienced abnormal pain after my initial appointment and was told my form was the cause. Despite this, the therapist spent the time she was supposed to be supervising my exercises focused more on getting though her emails/work load before her vacation, prioritizing that over patient safety and correction. * Unreliable Methods: I observed a physical therapist using ChatGPT for clinical answers without verifying against medical sources. * Zero Privacy: The office is cramped; patients can hear everyone's medical and financial details. * Unprofessional Billing: When I asked about a charge, I was told, "I can charge you whatever I want.
