It was a quick 2 hr limit and it was perfect because after you would be able to sit outside with everyone else if you wanted to stay longer. The place is very clean and the restrooms were spotless as well. The area to play around was very small but entertaining for the kids! They did have a snack area and were kept stocked with lots of chips, drinks, coffee and some candy. They did provide you with socks which I loved!

Arrival and check in was easy, but it did get a little crowded with multiple parties checking in at the same time. You leave your shoes in the front and are provided with grippy socks. The facility is clean, and you can see the thoughtfulness throughout. They had shoes for people to wear for the bathroom. The bathroom sinks had stools for the little ones. Even the side entrance by the party rooms had shoes available! My LO is 2 1/2, and I thought this place was perfect for her age. I can see kids aging out around 8-10, depending on size. She had so much fun. There was a private event and we definitely stayed until we had to leave. 10/10 would come again! Looking forward to the next time we go.

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

Air conditioning is on full blast which is a necessity especially with all the people and the body heat that's generated here. Food and drink are reasonably priced. It's like if someone crossed a SkyZone Trampoline Park with a McDonald's Playpen and slapped it with a coat of pastel paint and candy stickers. Sorry, CANDEE stickers. I will say that the prices are very reasonable. $25 buys you two hours of playtime. Grip socks are extra, food is extra, some of the games are extra. And the area itself is impressively clean, especially considering the number of young children traipsing about. On the negative side of things, however, the list is a bit longer. First, there's not a ton to do. Candeeland has limited space to work with and much of it is taken up by sitting areas for parents. The empty space could easily house 2-3 more small activities without sacrificing any existing areas. Still, what activities they do have are pretty intricate, with the multilevel play area having a nice array of padded areas for children to crawl through and a toddler area with nice pneumatic tube setup to delight the young. Next, even though the place is less than a year old, there's already some breakage of some of the area. There's a floor made up of touch screens that displays numerous games for kids to step on a play with. However, it's apparent that some larger kids have smacked a number of screens, causing them to go out or flicker. Which leads to my biggest issue. There are not that many people working here. This means that there are usually people minding the gate and checking if your kid is leaving with the right person. But, there aren't enough people on the floor to ensure safety or police older kids from doing things they shouldn't be doing. Candeeland really is a place that caters to those between 3-8 years of age. Older kids either don't fit on some of the slides or play a bit too rough with the environment. More than once, a screaming 12 year old almost barreled over my kid, knocked her off a slide, or hit her with one of the nerf axes. Sure, they balk when you glare at them. But, they just go back to screaming and thrashing about while their parents sleep oblivious in the corner. So, does my seven year old like Candeeland? Yes, she loved it and wants to come back. Did I like Candeeland? M'eh, not particularly. Still, I'm sure I'll be back eventually...

I saw several kids slam into another kid as they go around an obstacle on the floor. I care, no concern. I also saw two kids running, NO . . . now walking bleeding from their nose and another from the mouth. This should be outlawed. CritDicks

I don't feel like it's kept as clean as it was when it opened, I used to see the staff constantly cleaning. It's a bit pricey but during the week you can leave and come back so I'm ok with the price. The most recent and biggest problem for me was going the other day to meet a friend and paying full price a little at right about 2:30pm and when I asked for the hand stamp to go get my son dinner around 4:50 being informed they were closing 3 hours early(5pm). After I thought about it I called to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one on site but they would leave a message for them to call me over the weekend but had I come in 2hours(so at 3pm) prior to closing they would have informed me they were closing early and still charging full price and there was nothing they could do. I asked to have a manager contact me, I would have rather discussed my issues with them directly but unfortunately they never contacted me. It's unfortunate because my son does love this place but I don't like the feeling of being ripped off. You're charging people full price and then closing early to make more money off of events.

Lots of parking, the building appears to have been a Best Buy in a past life. Waivers of liability must be signed (understandably), and entrance is pricey at about $38/child (though only $8/adult), but the fee is for all day, so you can take your kids home for a nap and return later in the day. The only downside is that it's very easy to lose your child (though they can't get out of the building): with so many tubes, slides, and varying levels, you could be looking for ages. I recommend having 1:1 ratio of adult to child for the younger kids. There seemed to be plenty of staff and the entire area seemed clean enough, even when busy. Shoes aren't allowed (there are bountiful cubbies to store them) but socks aren't allowed required (available to purchase for $4). Our kids (2 and 4) had a wonderful time!
