I had an incredible time here! I went here years ago with my nieces and nephews and now that I have a toddler, I am back! Grip socks are sold here for like, $5? and you can order drinks and snacks, while you have the best time ever! I loved how there was an area specifically for 0-2 years, but my son loved roaming around everywhere. I definitely think we will be spending a ton of time here, especially when I saw an employee cleaning the floors. The entire place was very well kept and clean. Parking's easy and plenty and the employees are helpful. Pricing is not bad and the kids will be exhausted, which is perfect for their naps later on. read more

Beware! I use to have a membership and cancelled it last month because we left the country for a few months. I check my email one morning and see an email receipt confirmation for three tickets purchased. As I stated before, we are not in the states so somehow someone used our credit card info to buy tickets. This should not ever happen!! Another reason this place gets 3 stars is due to their lack of communication. We drove 25 min just to find out of the facility was closed due to a private event. They need to do something about this to avoid members wasting time and money. read more

Okay-- I finally returned after their renovation two 2 yrs later and am amazed at all the improvements! Still -1 star because it is the same management and owner who let the place get run down to the ground in the first place... and they still have a bunch of teenage boys hired to run the place. I just worry how long they can keep this place looking good. If something breaks will they just use tape to cover it up again? Good news is that I did see one of them cleaning the a spot in the mat at one point, so there is hope. However the eating area was pretty messy and dirty and I never saw anyone cleaning up. Also, there are too many people there on the weekends so you have to really follow your kid around not to lose them. Staff supervision seems loose. Overall, I'm willing to now bring my 3 year old here but am hoping the staff step it up. read more

Attending a 3-year-old's birthday party with party participants ranging from approximately ages 3-6, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves (including myself; however.. I wasn't made aware then, and only reading on their website that "Adults are ONLY permitted to play in the bounce house, go up & down the 4-person slide, and play in the first floor foam ball area. All other rides and play areas are strictly prohibited". Perhaps I wasn't really looking, but I didn't notice staff regularly visible in the play areas, and nothing was said to those adults supervising their children in prohibited areas. Remembering the days of Fundazzle, I appreciate the more spacious areas in which participants can walk/run around upright vs. having to crawl through those cramped tubes! The young staff member assigned to the party room was very pleasant and helpful with setting up the room, distributing the brought-in pizzas, and tear-down (including packing up a rolling cart with presents and decorations to easily be wheeled out to the car). The party room was clean (and cold due to the air-conditioning). Be aware that groups are given only a short time to set-up (parent was informed "5 minutes"). Fun first experience at this venue! Took advantage of a Groupon and got 2 kid admissions x 2 hours for $20 total, sweet deal. We had been here years ago. First time since renovation. Gotta say, it's a huge upgrade. Lot more things for the kids to explore, including more slides. My 4 and 5 yo had a blast and already asking when they can be back. Just remember that everyone needs socks. Was my first and last time coming to this indoor playground. Our first red flag was two underaged workers at the front checking us in. One was about 15/16 and a little boy aged 7-8. Our second issue was someone's child had peed. They took forever to clean up and didn't even sanitize. The parent also didn't bother cleaning up after their daughter peed from the second floor of playground onto the first floor. Yuck ! MOST IMPORTANTLY we will never be back and I hope nobody bothers coming here. An adult parent lost their Autistic child here because of the overstimulation on the pee incident. They ran away out the back door. Their alarm did not go off and 911 was called. Their poor young workers were scared and clearly had no idea what to do. Instead of shutting the place down to review footage and do proper protocol. Everyone fled the scene. Unsure if the boy was found alive or not. Police escorted mom and dad away with their other 3 children. We are all traumatized. read more

The place had very few children in it since the kids went back to school. My little one was playing alone with a little girl in the baby area with the blocks in the little house. I tried to schedule for a weekend and even offered to pay the difference, but the manager was unhelpful and told me, "We do not book for your party." The Groupon remains unused. It turned out my card didn't go through the payment of the membership on their computer and I changed 4 other cards including 2 cards with my family members names. None of those worked. I tried on my phone, still got refused. The front desk manager insisted it was my bank's issue. Excuse me this is not only my card but 4 other cards that other people have. And one of the card just paid for today's 2 hour pass! He said they couldn't do anything. No cash, I should call my bank. ?? We reserved our time slot in advance, signed the waivers, and arrived expecting an organized process. Instead, we were told to stand in a very long line for almost an hour in pouring rain with two small children even though we already had tickets. What is the point of reserving and paying ahead if you're treated the same as walk-ins? Because of the rain and my kids getting soaked and upset, I went inside to request a refund. The two staff members said they "couldn't do anything" and told me to call the number on the ticket. That number was their landline, which no one answered despite me calling multiple times both inside and from my car. After waiting 15-20 minutes with two cranky kids, I had no choice but to leave. Later, when I finally reached someone, they only offered a pass for another day. I explained clearly that I could not return, especially after what we had just gone through, and requested a refund. I was then told I had to contact the general manager. When I did, she falsely claimed that I never asked for a refund while I was there, which is completely untrue. This was incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. There was constant miscommunication and blame-shifting. They regularly take in more people than they can handle and then make customers suffer for it. Orange County deserves a better indoor play space than this. I will never return, and I do not recommend this place to any parent especially those with young children. Save your time, money, and energy and go somewhere else. read more

We Play Loud renovated and is amazing inside! Having kids means energy that needs to be burnt somewhere. Come at 10 if you have littles so they aren't run over by older kids. The netting, slides, and obstacles all look new. This place is clean and offers so many different options when it comes to slides. The toddler area filled with age appropriate things and the rest of the establishment caters to everyone. We loved sledding, the air ball center, and the trampoline. $20 for 1 hour goes by fast, opt for their $25 for 2 hour deal and have lunch there if you think your kiddo can hang! read more

The remodel is amazing. Everything is brand new. The layout is amazing. So many climbing, slides, and agility offerings for the kids. The 2 and under space is more enclosed which I think helps keep it to 2 and under. My kids had a blast and did not want to leave after 2 hours. Facility is clean and staff is friendly. read more

I will start by saying that I had 4 birthday parties here for my children years ago, and left a 5 star review because of the absolutely spectacular service. Throwing a party here used to be so easy. They recently closed for renovation, and I think they c hanged ownership. Unfortunately, the service has seriously plummeted. I had my 3 year old's birthday party here earlier this month. So many things went wrong, and they were so unapologetic. -They called me a few days before to review and confirm the party with me. They used to allow you to drop off all your nonperishable items (decorations, tablecloths, etc.) for them to set up ahead of time so the room is ready when you arrive. This is no longer the case. They told me to arrive at 9:45 AM for my 10:00 AM start time. I show up with my 3 children at 9:45AM, and they not only refuse to let me in, they completely ignore us and dont even open the door. We saw MULTIPLE staff members walking around inside and we were knocking and they wouldn't even acknowledge us. -The amount they help you in setting up the room is very minimal now. -They do not help serve the kids pizza like they used to or serve cake either. At the end of the party, I asked to speak to a manager to address my concerns. They said they dont have a manager but showed me to a supervisor. The supervisor told me "my staff are not waiters. this is not their job." It used to be that you could choose the tip, so the party host worked hard to earn their tip. Now, not surprisingly, the tip is included. Unfortunately, I will not be back. I was highly disappointed. Think twice before having a birthday party here. read more

I recently hosted my daughter's birthday here and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The staff came across as unprofessional and rude , and the biggest issue was how we were treated once our party time ended. We were told we had to leave the play area immediately, which was never communicated beforehand and honestly felt rushed and uncomfortable especially with kids involved. They are not on the same page one staff told my sister they may play after but when I went to pay after our party which I requested to speak to a manger and get the high up information they said no manager here! And they told me please gather your party from play area meaning the kids and leave ! In the past, we've had much better experiences at similar places where there's at least some flexibility or a smoother transition. This time, it felt like there was no consideration for the children or the celebration we were trying to enjoy. In the past the host at least would help you would get to tip accordingly this time she had her headphones on no much of a help at all I hope management can improve communication and customer service, because this experience did not meet expectations for such an important day. The staff here are incredibly kind and wonderful, but a special shout-out goes to Christine, one of the supervisors. She consistently goes above and beyond for my family, and even with how busy it gets, she always remembers us--which truly means a lot. Her warmth and attentiveness make every visit feel personal and welcoming. Thank you, Christine! As for the playground center--it has completely transformed from top to bottom! It's much cleaner now and even feels more spacious. The improvements have truly made a difference. I highly recommend this place for families with little ones. ‍‍ It's also a fantastic spot for birthday parties! My 7-year-old son had a blast celebrating his birthday here last year, but ever since he saw the remodel, he's been begging us to have this year's party here again. Customer service was basically non-existent and the place was a huge mess. The front door is left wide open and anyone can walk out wi the your kid, and none of the employees actually verify like they do at Chuck-E-Cheese. -Checked in with front desk and then stood there waiting, not knowing what was going on -the snack area was closed but the floor was disgustingly and the trash was piled so high it was leaning on the wall -employees are just a bunch of kids and sit around the front talking and texting -employees do a bad job of supervising the infant area. An adult yelled at my 6-7 year old child, and when I spoke to the manager, Bobby, she said she didn't see it and couldn't do anything--even told us to leave if we were unhappy. I'm not sure why so many negative reviews but it wasn't too bad. We came last week and it was very clean. I didn't see the unsafe play equipment. I will agree that if you have more than one child, it is hard to watch them because it was so crowded and if they go up for a slide, you can't see them as they might come out some place else. This could be why there's full grown adults climbing & playing in ball pits (annoying). It also could have been crowded since kids were on vacation for winter break, but it was so ridiculous that I feel they should've had a cap for capacity. You might also want to get used to that Axe spray smell as there are so many middle easterners in there. *If you go to Chick Fil A across the street & show your wrist band you get free ice cream. read more

I didn't see any employees on the floor. It took awhile for someone to even greet me at the counter (nobody was at the counter) and we could've just walked into the play area without paying. I hadn't been here before so I literally assumed there must be another counter...no. Nobody monitoring, cleaning on the play floor...nothing. I don't think this place gets cleaned with how it looked. Everything was so run down. The water in the toddler pool thing was disgusting and dark. Luckily it's behind plastic, but STILL. I don't think it's ever been refilled with clean water. Saw multiple uncovered outlets/wires. They also had the door locked from the inside when you wanted to leave because they wanted to keep it "cool." So you couldn't leave unless they unlocked the door. This is a huge safety hazard. read more

Don't get me wrong, the remodel is amazing. If you went to play loud prior to the new renovations, you would understand why I say this. The only really annoying part about coming here, is the overwhelmingly annoying loud music that the team members insist on playing in the duration of your child's designated playtime. I get it, having music to draw out the noise from the chaos screaming kids can bring can be nice, but this is something else.. Their children for God sakes, not signing up to go to a rave. I could hardly keep up a conversation with my husband. I was so overstimulated. Our eardrums were all hurting. Overall, I love the concept of the playground. But someone seriously needs to tell the team members to keep the music at an appropriate level. The wait was worth it! The new upgrades are 100 times better! My favorite was the tubing section. You really feel like you're sledding down a snowy hill because it goes fast but the grown at the end makes it stop so you don't slide too far at the end. Another favorite was the music. Not safe for infants AT ALL. They have an "infant section" that isn't monitored so there are big kids running amok in the tiny area reserved for babies. We paid for an hour of play but left after ten minutes because it was absolutely wild and I didn't feel safe letting my 13 month old crawler navigate around a ton of older kids trampling about. I don't get the point of the "under two years only" sign if it's not enforced. Additionally, the foam blocks in the play area are absolutely falling apart. Crumbling. The remodel looks great, I just hope they keep up the cleaning and ensure it stays fresh. I noticed they have more staff on per shift. They have atleast one person cleaning at all times. I know (or atleast think) in the past there wasn't an assigned "disinfector" but now there is!! New snacks and Alani energy drinks for us!! The second birthday room seems to be partially blocked off but I'm sure they have plans to re-open it. I was just a tad concerned about the safety of the entrance here. When I went there was no barrier between the play area and the entrance door. I felt at best there should be a gate of some kind to prevent a child from leaving the area. It is very difficult to watch 2 kids constantly at one time. There is not a open concept as there are tunnels and overhead play areas that make it difficult to see 2 kids at once. Also I saw people coming and going in and out of auto opening doors with ever being stopped. My sister walked right in and nobody stopped her or acknowledged her. read more

Place looks pretty nice - padded floors and columns. Colorful, kids were having a blast! My little man got overwhelmed but that's ok, it was our first time and he mostly just wanted to watch. Front desk needs work. Was checked in by a newbie who couldn't answer any of my questions. Since it was our visit, I was expecting some kind of lay of the land or even a 'welcome' but no. My three children all had such a fantastic time here. It was our first visit here and it was a total blast--even for me, the adult. It gives parents an easy opportunity to let loose and bond/have fun with their kidlets. There's a variety of things to do, that everyone from a one year old up to even a 12 year old would love it. There's ball pits, slides, air guns, obstacle course type apparatuses, visual stimulation and music playing simultaneously throughout the playground; it's great. The staff here is very nice, courteous and accommodating and I give their personnel an all around A+. read more

PLEASE CLEAN IT! This place isn't what it used to be just a few years ago. Every time we came we had people With a cloth desinfecting everything used and it was kept in pristine condition. Today I come and toys look OLD AND DIRTY! The area where the 2 years and under play, specifically the water round toy the bug one, the water is GREEN! Like seriously? Take that thing off if you can't keep up with the manteinance of it. Looks like whoever took new ownership of this place a few back lacks all interest in improvement of this business. We were members here for a while but stopped going after some poorly behaved children started showing up. Recently, we noticed the place was redesigned and decided to return, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, we ran into the same group of kids again, and this time, things got physical. My child was pushed and followed around, and no one--not staff or other adults--saw what happened because parts of the layout make it hard for parents to see or reach certain areas. While I don't think it's the facility's fault directly, the current design does unintentionally allow this kind of behavior to go unchecked. We won't be returning again. Installing security cameras or improving visibility could go a long way in helping parents and staff ensure a safer environment. read more

We visited on the day of my son's 3rd birthday, not realizing that the toddler area was restricted to ages 2 and under. That was a huge disappointment, as that section would have been much more appropriate for his age. While the remodel looks nice, it doesn't seem well suited for parents with younger children. I ended up spending our entire 90 minute visit crawling through the tunnels with my toddler because there's zero visibility from the ground. There are so many entrances and exits that it's impossible to know where your child might come out, and even I got disoriented trying to keep track of him. We tried giving him a bit of independence to explore, but he ended up in tears, completely lost and overwhelmed. Also, for a recently remodeled space, I was surprised to see so many things already broken. Overall, it wasn't the experience we were hoping for, especially for a younger 3 year old. read more
