I really like the new renovation! It is so much fun and now it looks like candleeland. Enough benches for parents to sit down and just chill while the kids play! 2 completely different sections for over 3 and under 3. A lot of slides and fun obstacles.

I'm not sure why people are complaining, this place is way cleaner than any playground you take your kids to. Is it a little rundown? Sure but the staff does a good job at maintaining it. The membership is $25 which is a great deal! I bring my 2 boys here when it's raining or when it's way too hot outside. My boys and I love this place and can't wait to see the remodel!

Fun and easy for parents. You can bring your own socks. It's redone so it's nice and clean. They clean up quickly. Nice place.

Ask the Community - We Play Loud - Lake Forest

I called many times, but the phone number doesn't work. Is this business still opened? Is there a new phone number to call?

    Appropriate for crawling infants?

Yes! They have an area specifically meant for kids 2 and under. The staff are great at keeping older kids out too.

    Is there a year memberships?

No, but there is monthly memberships for 25 dollars a month for one child. Normally admission for one child for two hours is 21 but with the monthly membership you can go in more frequently and only pay 25 dollars a month. Honestly, it's a steal.…

Is there strong and free wifi?

Do they have music in the background? What kind of music do they play in the background?

    Yes they do. Mostly pop.

Suitable for 1 year olds? T.I.A

Definitely. There's an infant area separate from toddler area so he/she can go to either one depending on what he/she wants to play with

Quick question: our son hasn't started sitting up or crawling yet and we got invited to a bday party, do you think he could still enjoy going here?

We do have a toddler area for 3 & under. You are always welcome to try. You may be surprised as they are movement and sensory related like our water bed and little rides.

Can u only go here with a reservation? Or is walk ins welcomed?

You do not need a reservation. We Play Loud is open 7 days a week from 10am - 6pm. You pay admission for a 2 hour block of play time. Even when we have birthday parties on the weekend we are still open to the public. Please visit our website at…

You will not find any cheap plastic or overly stimulating toys here. Paige carefully selected all furniture, play structures, and toys, to eliminate contact with hazardous materials or chemicals, and to give the babies a natural, open exploration experience. When you walk in, you feel a sense of serenity and calm as a parent, that your child will be able to play and explore freely without constraints. Paige's philosophy in our play group is to maximize the baby's sense of freedom and give them a completely open "yes" space to explore. As a parent, we are of course encouraged to intervene to make sure our baby is safe and that other babies are safe as well. Most of the time, we get to discuss the experience of parenting with other moms and dads, and watch our daughter explore this nicely designed learning space. In the "seeds" class (4-10 months), we begin by discussing what new behavior or movement we observed in our baby. Then we allow all the children to play. I cannot express enough what a joy it is to see my daughter interact with others in harmony, and explore her own interests and abilities. During the play time, Paige will also discuss parenting tips and strategies, often based upon a theme in articles/write ups that she sends to us the week before. Paige then wraps up the class with super fun songs, such as Clean Up, Mr. Sunshine, and many others that both parents and babies enjoy. I have heard stories from other parents about play groups that were unsafe and not entirely conducive towards free play. At My Village, you will be amazed at just how wonderful your baby can play with others if given the right space and teacher. Paige is such a great teacher and host (thanks for the coffee and tea), and always there for support and discussion. Try checking out from her little library too, which offers baby story books and wonderful books on how to parent with respect.

When my 5 year old tried to go into the smaller kid area (ages 4 and under) she was asked to leave by the female teenage employee at the entrance. This was at the same time that a 10 year old girl had been playing in there the past 20-30 minutes. When my daughter came to me crying I tried to walk her in there thinking it must not be a big deal because there were a few big kids in there, who looked to be around ages 8-10. I was surprised to be turned away by that same employee (while the other big kids were still in there). So confusing! I pointed this out and she said "that girl is sitting" (she had been hanging all over the merry go round just minutes before, which is right next to where she was standing at the entrance) and then the employee said "she also has a little brother here" (he looked about 4 or 5). So then I said "okay so can my daughter stay because my 2 year old wants to play in here" she then told us no and blocked us from entering. I went to the front desk and told that girl about the situation and she got the manager. He explained that it's for safety WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND - but then take out the other big kids so it's not confusing for anyone! He finally did have the bigger kids removed, and there were about 4-5 other way bigger kids than my daughter. It felt like we were being singled out by the staff here. They said they asked the other people to leave the area but they "didn't listen." Lol. So people like me and my daughter who listened were the only ones removed I guess. I guess you can just act like you don't understand and you get to break the rules, even if the rules are there for everyone else's "safety." This could be a learning opportunity for the staff here but you can go find out for yourself. I wanted to avoid this word but it truly felt like discrimination based on us being the only family removed. We won't be returning.

Our oldest loved the large play structures and the youngest loved the trampoline and block building area. The cafe team was great and served us quickly, and we were impressed by the number of food items available. The coffee was alright - not amazing - but not terrible. One thing to note if you go is that the café is tucked into a corner so not every seat from the café has a line of site to the play area. And if you have drinks, you have to stay in the café. So if you were planning on having a relaxing coffee, while watching your kids from afar, that is not exactly an option. My only note for improvement would be for the staff to do a little more to help manage particularly physical/destructive children, if/when the parents are not doing enough. When we visited, there was one young child who was running around knocking kids over, knocking over blocks, and just generally being really hyper. That is totally understandable for a young kid, but the parents were nowhere to be found, and the staff clearly looks concerned, but didn't really do anything to help mitigate the situation.

Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.
