Also just noticed, though unfortunately too late, as it was delivered 3 weeks ago and we missed it when we inspected it at the drop off... but at some point in the journey, the driver managed to back the van into something and bent in the metal bracket that holds the plug ins for the trailer. This was fine, except they didn't communicate it until later in the evening, so all day we we were kinda trapped at home waiting. The company communicated with me more consistently and effectively than the broker I used to hire them, who didn't seem to know anything that was going on. The only slight hangup was that the person who was texting me to make arrangements the day the car was arriving was in the office and turned off their phone after business hours; I tried texting several times when the car was late to get an update and didn't get a response. I eventually got a text from Saba, the driver, who was very apologetic about being so late. The car arrived in great shape. The driver was very competent and friendly in unloading my vehicle and doing the handoff inspection. read more
