He got had a wonderful dessert. -Allergy/Food Issue Awareness: I'm gluten free and have some other food allergies. It was so refreshing to walk into a restaurant and see food labeled as vegan, gluten free, ect. It meant that I could look at the menu and decide what I wanted once we were seated and not have to come up with a list of questions to interrogate the server with. It also showed me that they were on top of the allergy/cross contamination stuff, and I didn't have to explain my allergy. -The menu changes seasonally, reflecting which produce is at its peak. I realize that this is a hard thing for many restaurants to do, so congrats to the maple grill! -The servers and host were excellent and very friendly. We typically find that servers in kosher restaurants forget about customers once they've been served, but this is not the case at all. -It was wonderful to find such a great restaurant in Vancouver.
