I was charged for 4 new tires and one rim repair. So they definitely saw my rims. After the work they did I got a full refund from American financial income. It's a program they provide. The car still didn't make me feel safe. 2 weeks later the same 2 tires popped again on its own. It just blew out. Had to go to another auto body shop. They said it was the 2 rims that needed to be replaced as well. If you a professional how do you miss this important detail when I'm trusting my car in your hands. I'm happy it wasn't worse or it happened in a highway where it could have been deadly. Cops was called about this situation and even the cops said they go there periodically due to issues a customer has with them. The ones that fix the cars there use YouTube to get the job done.
