The oxtail, curry chicken, and curry goat are all amazing and have been my family's go to orders. My wife also likes their Rasta pasta and cabbage. Oxtail and goat aren't cheap, but they make up for it with the big portions. Everything on the menu is authentic Jamaican soul food, and you can tell they put time and care into everything! The actual establishment is nice and the staff is very nice. However they add way too much gravy to the food! We spent $88 on four plates. And we specified on the phone *light gravy. We have been to this establishment before and they did this the last time however tonight was literally the worst. The food is flavorful but how am I suppose to eat food that is drowned in gravy. We can't eat the cabbage, nor the rice. We had to get another container and separate the food that was edible from the food that was not. We will not be back again. read more

So far this is my go to for Jamaican Food. The chicken is consistently good and spicy, rice and peas are always well prepared and seasoned well, plantains (when not sold out, lol) are sweet and cooked to perfection. The cabbage like every other spot can always use a little more seasoning. Beef patties when they aren't sold out are descent in flavor just real bready, they could use a little for filling for the price. Service is cool, we always call in. I came in with a coworker today for lunch.. and order their jerk chicken lunch special with rice&peas, cabbage and a Jamaican patty. I added a ginger beer and the total was about $9.50! This is an awesome deal! They give you a lil plantain for free too! Now about 5 minutes after I ordered, the man preparing the food asks if I'm ok with plain white rice instead of the rice and peas I ordered..?? Pressed for time, I gladly took the white rice. I was somewhat salty because less than 2 minutes later, a woman comes into line and orders rice and peas with her lunch... ?? Are you all out or not? Still not a big deal, but just makes ya salty. The woman at the counter shows you the food before leaving. She was super sweet and even wished me to return. After trying the food, I might not return. The jerk chicken wasn't very spicy at all. It tasted super sweet, and the plantain were very dry too. Now on to these patties.. It was delicious!! I got the oxtail with peas and rice and cabbage and my husband got the jerk chicken with rice and peas and cabbage. The portions are HUGE!! We both got 2 meals out of one order. The spice was dead on for me I'm a medium heat gal and he likes to sweat and yes he did! So they can make it to suit your heat tolerance. First visit, inside of Restaurant doesn't look like photos posted. It has a small seating area with a few small tables. It's was around 4pm , and this place stays open until 10pm . As soon as we walk inside the facility , a woman from behind the service counter says ' If you're coming in for oxtail stew , we are out!
