Also, this review is being written even before my wife and I have received our meal. Love You Brunches is a small, off the beat and path eatery with good food. The one thing that will always damage the reputation of a place like this, and I have seen hundreds during my business travels across this nation, is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your staff is the front facing asset to your business and is a direct reflection of the ownership. I am sure you guys seen many reviews talking about customer service and this is now another one. When patrons are sat in section of your wait staff and they are busy attending other tables, the last thing you should do is not acknowledge their presence. Today, we sat and watched the staff walk by us a couple of times without saying a single word. Now, we can see that they are busy, but to not acknowledge us is unacceptable. If you would have said, " good morning, I will be with your folks" OR any kind of communication to us would have been nice. I then flagged down the hostess( Aiyana) WHO WAS REALLY SWEET AND HELPFUL, to see whose section we were in. She apologized and went to let the young lady know to stop by our table. The hostess is the one who then brought us water. Eventually, the waitress finally made it our table with a greeting that was more mechanical/robotic , than caring. I just wanted to end this experience right there but I was hungry . To the future diners, hopefully this review helps you if you are looking for a great dining experience. I give this place 3 out of 5 stars for specific reasons but do actually plan on going back to give them another try.... With that said, let me start with what went well. This place has a great vibe! The menu offers a great variety of food which I like. I'm not a breakfast person so if I can find several options at brunch that's rare! The drinks were also good quality, not too strong or watered down. What didn't go so well, our server. She was nice and polite but not really attentive. Requesting more water shouldn't take 20 minutes when the place is only halfway full. Even when it was time to pay, we asked to pay 3 times before we actually got to... We literally could have just walked out without paying unnoticed. That being said, I recommend this place for food and ambiance. Service leaves more to be desired but willing to try again. read more

This spot is in a plaza, and I know I have passed it plenty of times without noticing it. I found it while looking for a brunch place for me and my friend after working out because the Google ratings were good. When you walk in, you put your name down and ToastTab texts you right away with your wait time and how many parties are ahead of you. Once your table is ready, you get another text and have fifteen minutes to get there, so we waited in the car. Our waitress, and I really wish I remembered her name, was so happy and enthusiastic. She explained everything clearly, made honest recommendations, and never tried to push anything she personally did not like. I ordered the tropical mimosa with a little blue curacao and it was really good. I had the salmon burger with french fries and a biscuit on the side. My friend ordered the make it your own omelette and it came with grits. The décor is cute, especially the big Love You Brunches sign. Our first visit. Reception was a little lacking, waited for someone to greet us. In their defense, it was very busy. Once seated, it was relaxed, service was good. Our party of 4 were talking a lot, so food wait wasn't an issue. Two ordered omelets and said they were delicious, one ordered a burger & said the same. I ordered the veggie quesadilla with vegan cheese and enjoyed it very much. Know that there is no unsweet tea. But I ordered hot & poured over ice. They have an extensive bar menu if you're looking for a cocktail or even mocktail. It's a cute little space, has outdoor seating available too. It felt very "Roswell". Everything we ordered was indeed delicious! Place was suggested by a good friend that lives in the area and it did not disappoint. The hostess was great, very pleasant and accommodating for our party. We did have to wait behind 2 other parties when we arrived, but the wait was the amount of time suggested by the hostess, so no problem there. The server was quite forgetful but got things right when she did remember. We had to ask twice for silverware and she came back to ask if we wanted carry out containers after we'd just asked her for them... It appeared to be a family friendly environment, although I don't remember seeing any parties with children. There was a variety of music playing; the volume was good. The guest volume is about average for a restaurant setting with music playing. I will definitely be back to try other menu items. Friday at 1230p no wait for a table. Received great service again from Karla. I had the Lavender lemon drop with chicken and waffles. My guest had a cocktail with shrp and grits. I prefer a chicken breast with waffles but the wings are traditional so no worries. Great dish. Crispy fry on the wings but not overcooked. The waffle was both crispy on the outside and soft inside the chicken didn't make the waffle soggy. The lavender lemon drop was a great pour. The ahrp and grits was described as "spicy" by my guest who doesn't tolerate spicy for well. I didn't taste it but they finished the dish. I had a hard time deciding on what to order, as so many things sounded so good. I went with The Dez, which is a fried chicken breast with hot honey sauce, spicy pickles, cheese, shallots & lettuce, served with truffle fries. Delicious! The owner was making a smoked cocktail & made me one to try. So tasty! He was taking a photo of their special, which was a smoked salmon on an everything bagel, with all the lovely garnishes (shallots, avocado, capers, cream cheese) . She took our coffee and appetizer order immediately after we were seated. 2 hazelnut cappacinos, and our appetizer of choice was the fried green tomatoes. They were crispy & well seasoned. Everything went well! The location, ambiance, and service were outstanding! The interior was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The music was at the right level to enjoy and still have a conversation. Brand new brunch spot....and I LOVE it!! My husband and I went back again...Sat. 8-31. We initially happened upon this spot a few weeks ago, unbeknownst to us, that day was the 1st day being opened...we left b/c at that time it wasn't "ready", nobody had their food and the wait for entirely too long! We understood and decided to come back in a few weeks when they were "ready"!!! They mos. def. was ready when we went back!! The hostess said our wait time was 25 mins, we waited less than that! Came in for Saturday brunch . Love that you guys have the text notifications it was a 35 min wait so we went and ran a quick errand and got the notification at 12:30 to be seated . Though it took about 6 min to be acknowledged from our server it gave us time to look over the menu and put in put order in right away. Our Waitress who's name starts with an A was almost sleep walking or in a trance. Very low energy . Even the simple task of handing us water and a straw seemed like a menial task. Maybe she was having a bad/ off day but energy when serving food is everything and in a role of a server sometimes you kinda have to fake it for the positve experience of the diner . Again , she wasn't rude just not present and scarce. We ordered a mimosa flight and a smoked burbon (the smoked burbon was prob the best I've ever had Kuddos to the bartender) . For our mains we each ordered the breakfast "smash" burger with Parmesan truffle fries. mine was egg fried hard my sister asked for egg to be fried medium . When we got our burgers her egg was fried hard and burger was cooked medium. (our server def put it in wrong which we confirmed when we received our receipt) For the food unfortunately the Sausage was too overpowering in flavor we should have an option simply be a burger or a sausage patty two is not necessary especially when the burgers aren't "smashed" since it's very thick which made it impossible to enjoy it. sadly we couldn't even tell our server because after we received our food our waitress never came our our table for a follow up . Parmesan truffle fries tasted okay in flavor but too soft in texture slightly stale almost as if they had been sitting for a while and then warmed up. Also the hasbrown didn't do the burger any favors it was very soft unseasoned snd not crispy it made the burger very mushy . When we finished we were sitting with our food away from us waiting on our server for over 10+ min and eventually spotted her in between the kitchen corner and the bar) just standing there. It was only after we caught her eye that she came to us and asked if everything was okay so we requested our check. The ambiance is great ,very good vibes and comfortable atmosphere . Really wanted to like this place. Arrived at 1:40 pm. Waited 35 minutes. Seated at 2:15. Ordered 5 minutes later. Food arrived at 3:15 pm. They close at 3:30 pm. I ordered the brown sugar honey biscuits. Grits arrived first , shrimp later. Exact words said to me " I'm sorry we ran out of biscuits, did your waitress tell you"? No she did not. She went on to say it takes 20-30 minutes to make a batch so we are out. Charged me for the biscuit I did get. I had to ask them to remove them and refund my money. WOW! Finally made a visit to this fine establishment this morning. Longevity in any one location is always a good sign and most especially in such an attractive building with a wonderfully set out interior. The wait staff was more than friendly as well as helpful on learning a new menu. We started off with a celebratory Mimosa with just OJ (no syrups as offered) and champagne which turned out to be one of the best Mimosas had in quite some time. However, the drink listing on the reverse of the menu sold us right off the bat....celebrating an anniversary today. Along with a cup of coffee that met some pretty high standards, I knew we were in the right place!! The good lady wife had the JOI with sausage links...split and cooked just right; house potatoes, biscuit and scramble eggs. I went with the Omelet that was rumored to have only two eggs; with a tangy American cheese, sliced sausage and sauteed onions mixed in which came with house potatoes only...which was alright with me as the two eggs must have come from a Hen the size of a Great Dane. I finished 2/3rd of my meal and had to call it quits. The wait time was within reason but most likely the sign of a chef in charge of each plate going out of the kitchen....rather than serving breakfast food prepared ahead in bulk. Everything was good. Everything was fresh. It's a lot of food. The $$bill reflected the quality and the daily nut to stay in business. It's one of the few food highlights left in Conyers and I hope a good sign for others to compete with. PS. I read a table card that allowed on weekends....once the food is delivered, they would appreciate no more than 1 hour dining in order to accommodate everyone waiting. I really enjoyed the latte and for my meal i had the blackened salmon burger which was good with a lot of flavor. I chose the side of grits which were just ok for $6 i expected them to be perfectly served but i had to add salt to give more flavor. The restaurant is small but has a good layout, open and inviting. Food was delicious. Pimento cheese was perfect, and the burgers were cooked to order. Grilled chicken had a good blend of spices.
