I love this place unless you get a man. Men can't polish. They don't have enough customers to fully staff so when the two ladies are busy and you make an appointment they bring in a male relative. This is the worst mani pedi I've had in a while. The polish was put on so sloppily I couldn't ask for one coat on my hands. The polish was put on so heavy on one of my thumbs it smeared like a mountain ridge 30 minutes later. I was still being careful. I'll need to take the polish off and do it myself. This location is great and the salon is super clean but I can't risk getting a man that can't polish. read more

Van shame on you for treating my mom that is 89 years old and my sister who brought her the way you did Saturday, February 27 at 11:30 am for a mani pedi. My mom obviously has memory issues due to Alzheimer's disease and you totally disrespected her. You told another customer what a pain in the was she was. My mom had been house bound many month's and did not deserve to be ridiculed for her nails being too long. You are lucky I am not saying this in front of your customers. Have some compassion. I had a fill acrylic with gel and a pedicure done. The place didn't have any music, sonit was awkwardly quiet... As you can see in my pictures there is no focus on detail, my toe nails were not filed or cut straight or even. She didn't clean under my nails either. Which should be included in a regular pedicure... My gel nail polish is also uneven as well as the acrylic below it... Sehe also giled Ingo Müller Skin a Brunch wich is still hurtig. Not happy. I want to get a pedicure I asked only to get the calluses and the cuticles taken off nothing else no nail polish no massage or any of that stuff and I was quoted $10 on the phone when I got there she did not understand what I was trying to say conveniently and barely took the calluses off my feet.. After reading other reviews, I decided to try Myan Nail Salon for a fill for dip powder nails. Van, the owner, did a fantastic job! She did an especially great job shaping them. It was such a relief to hit a home run! Highly recommended! The shop is very busy on Saturdays. As a walk-in, I appreciated her honesty as to when she would be available. Rather than tell me to wait "15 mins " and put me in the holding pin indefinitely, she said she'd be available in an hour and 15 mins. I returned at the set time and she was ready to start! I went back twice I was so upset and asked if they would redo them in two weeks so they could grow out. They said yes. I went back and they argued with me and would not fix the problem. Thought I would love this place. Too late did I realize that the staff did not understand even the simplest English and much was lost in translation when a translator had to be called over. One staffer did my gel pedicure. I have a sore spot on my foot where she used a callous stone. Using a bandaid now. The manicurist did a dip when I just wanted gel. She was inexperienced and filed much too much. She acted as if she understood my concerns but didn't. Waited too long to call over a supervisor. I'm not satisfied but I don't have time to go back and work thru repair and you can't fix if they've overfiled. In summary, their staff is inexperienced. read more

On my way back from the beach my feet needed a bit of care. I pulled into Myan Nails about a half an hour before they closed. They were quick to sit me down and start pampering my tootsies! They were friendly and efficient and were working on 3 other girls at the same time but I felt they gave my feet the attention they needed :) Chose a beautiful hot pink color and now 3 weeks later, I am still satisfied! I gave it 4 stars because the young lady who was doing my nails was checking her text messages frequently. When I would close my eyes to relax I noticed her touch was lighter. I was visiting Florida from myrtle beach for a family wedding and vacation. I was too busy to get a new full set before I left. So I had to get them done the day I got there. I'm really lucked out going to this place. I just happened to see the sign and called to come in. She was ready for me right on time. Everything was very clean and the decor was relaxing. My nail tec did an amazing job! And honestly, they look better than ever. I wish this place was where I live. I got a full set of white tips and she was very fast and precise. It's been 2 weeks and I'm back to work as a server and my nails look brand new still. I told her how happy I was with her service and that I was going to write a great review on yelp. Not a very good nail salon for mani and pedi. Have been here on 3 separate occasions all with different techs and they have all been horrible. Pedicure has pools of clear all around my cuticles and had to tell her 4 different times to shorten my nails. Then with the manicure she scratched my nails with the cuticle pusher and then after she buffed my nails sprayed them with alcohol so they are white and dull!!! Not worth it! read more

The pedicures include a luxurious hot stone massage to the calves & feet, and relaxing massage loungers. Most importantly though it is by far the cleanest salon I've been too.
