Our visit ended up being one of the most memorable stops of the whole trip. This neighborhood grocery story store leans into South Asian food, but with all the usual American staples. The food truck is outside, and all done by one chef. That's to say, the food is made fresh and patience is needed. Thankfully, inside that had a great selection of local and international beer so I bought a 6-pack for us to enjoy while we waited. There were also colorful characters enjoying food and drinks outside who talked with us at length. It was really pleasant to be able to wait comfortably. And it's nice to be out of the rain for at least part of the time, which is oh so common in Eugene. They have a bathroom (an all-user bathroom, great!) but I'm not sure if it's just far too small or what. We didn't need it, thankfully, because there was a line out the door of the bathroom. This seems to be the biggest flaw with the building--not sure they really planned well in this case.
