The first attempt took phone calls, and going in person. The first phone call, the phone was picked up, and then hung up. 2nd phone call went through. Went in person, as the drive through was not working. Was told she could have a partial refill, and to call later in the week/weekend to receive the rest. Called that weekend, they did not have it in stock, was told to call back Monday. Called back today(Monday), now it's back ordered. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Now my Mom is totally out of her medicine, with no timeline for more. We'll be switching to a different pharmacy, even though Rite Aid is less than a block away.

Regular and special order human devices and supplies... they communicate with doctors, insurances, and humans under tension every day and still get S*** handled in record time. I've called in a panic when I forgot to re-order insulin and other supplies& they figure it out. I've called already impatient from dealing with stuff that's not their problem, and they fix it. They've saved the day more times than I can count. They 100% deserve the weekends off.

My prescriptions are always filled correctly; the pharmacists are knowledgeable and always more than ready to explain and review prescriptions; and the counter staff have always been very pleasant and helpful, ready to respond to questions or solve issues. I have trouble believing previous review that pharmacist and counter staff mistreated customer and commented about "pushing products". If she was dealing with pain meds that are federally controlled, both doctors and pharmacies must meet strict guidelines and have to act in accordance with federal regulations. This month my husband went in to fill a new RX and after the lady at the counter gave him the run around on my pain pill prescription he overheard the pharmacist tell her to just fill it because they needs to "push product." Really shows their level of care for their customers.
