In the last 6 months I had to have a full brake job (rotors,pads,calipers) done twice because they claimed the brand new calipers they had put on were defective. The caliper ruined the pad and rotor as well. Then they charged me an extra hours labor to "diagnose" what the problem was. Of course it wasn't there fault and they did nothing to help the situation. Then this past week I tell them my car doors panel is coming loose and that I thought the clips were holding it together.. apparently it was something else that they told me about AFTER completing the job without fixing what was wrong. Within days the new clips all break and the door panels falling off again. I call them back and am told by the secretary that she would discuss it with the manager and call me back. No call. I called back later only to find out his answer was no and once again somehow I, the customer, am to blame and they would not refund me the $55 they charged me to put on several door clips and do it the right way. These people are rude and just want your money. I saw another report on here that stated the same thing so I guess that's just how they do there business now. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.. Stay away from this place!

They honored their web price. I got a fair price for my trade, which they eventually bumped up by $500. The big sticking point was the height of the Colorado and would it fit in my garage. It was late when I got there and they were about to close after the test ride. This was basically a done deal so long as it would fit in my garage. Finally the Sales Manager agreed for me to take it home. It fit and I returned the next morning to sign the paper work. The only thing negative I can say is that they wanted me to sign and pay before taking it home. When they realized I was about to walk, they said take it home and come back.

They literally tried to charge me double the entire value of my vehicle by copying and pasting a standard menu of high-margin maintenance items that had absolutely nothing to do with why I brought the car in. They tried to stack on: A transmission fluid flush for $460 A drive belt service for $440 Front suspension work for $1,741 Rear shocks for $666 A valve cover/vacuum pump for $742 Worse yet, their $968 diagnostic conclusion to replace the throttle body completely ignores the classic textbook symptom of a car stalling specifically after getting gas--which points to a simple, cheap EVAP purge valve issue.They are clearly more interested in maximizing profit margins by rewriting the maintenance history on older vehicles than actually doing honest, pinpoint diagnostics. They charged me an $190.01 diagnostic fee just to hold my keys hostage while presenting this ridiculous $5,200 bill. I declined every single thing and walked away.
