And this guys on 4600 grandbury rd charge me a little bit more than the others, but they did the job the right way.good people and Serious people, they dont been scamming people like others. And them telling me they would just charge me a bit less because of the credit card 3% charge... which comes from their pocket, not mine, so I can't quite figure out that one. Also got a "discount" off a large bill because they kept my car for a week instead of a couple of days so they "paid the other part out of their pocket"... or the original amount was overcharged? No one really knows do they... There's more, but that was enough to get me looking another direction. Nice people that I would still do business with if I could overlook the other things

My 2003 Saturn Vue was towed to this shop on July 22, 2025 with a red engine light on…read more Another shop who had done a lot of expensive work on my vehicle for the last couple of years refused to work on it because he thought it needed a new CVT transmission. I didn't know anything about Auto Car Care Center's shop, but after speaking to Jeff, the owner, on the phone prior to the tow, I felt he could handle the problem. Jeff worked on my vehicle with the true knowledge of a Saturn's components the other shop never showed me even though they touted being Saturn specialists. Jeff, by far, is a true Saturn specialist. With his determination, he fixed my transmission issue by installing a remanufactured valve body. While there, he noticed a hesitation when starting the vehicle, and then he recommended a new fuel pump and seal. I finally got the call that my vehicle was "ready to take on the world". No problems since I left that shop! I cannot recommend this shop enough! After personally owning and operating a classic vehicle restoration shop for 35 years, I can attest that Jeff operates his shop with honesty, a high level of professionalism, a vast auto parts' knowledge and always keeps the cost of the job down for the customer. He saved me over $2500. from having to buy a remanufactured CVT transmission and labor installation cost!

Well... I had an interesting thing that happened here at the spot…read more First it's just a small shop across from Maxine's just south of the traffic circle. Let's just say there were some things that happened to my car that were not happening before I pulled into the car lot. They obviously did something to cause something wrong but immediately when I told the guy it wasn't doing that before I got here.. he said OK will look at it and will fix the problem. He said if we did something they would get fixed. Everything worked out so I am a happy customer. I did have to come back a couple days later to actually get my inspection done on my car. I had two tires put on that I brought to them and air pressure was wrong so again I had to come back for that as well... But for some reason I will still say I like this place they may need to get some guys with a little more experience in the shop but they are quick to fix a mistake and very kind about it. Not to mention the guy in the front (I should have gotten his name) was very nice and friendly and had all the laughs. I will go back to this place to have my other tire put on as well... Maybe even the inspection.

She was able to get it back to where she was staying that week. I drove out the following day and was able to identify that the radiator had cracked. it was about 10:30am on Friday. I called around to several shops and most were willing to do the work, but couldn't get it done until Saturday or maybe even Monday. This was not ideal. All that changed when I called Don Perry's Garage. I was talking to Donny and he said he could probably get it done that day. I told him I was just passing through and he said he'd definitely get it done that day. He said "cmon down and we'll get you fixed up. I'll pick us up some lunch and you can hangout here till it's done." This is 100% true! So I headed on down and spent the afternoon with Donny and Kelly. We ate lunch together and chatted for a few hours. Hanging out there I got a real behind the scenes look at how they run their business. How they communicated with their customers on the phone or in person was all top shelf. The transparency they shared with their customers is like nothing I've seen in this business. If they made a mistake, they owned up to it. If they could get a better price on a part, they would and then would pass the savings on to the customer. I've got to also give a shoutout to their senior tech James. He's been there over 30 years and knows his stuff! There's a reason they have been in business as long as they have! The reality is, I probably will never need their service again. Our paths may never cross again. But if you need a quality, honest, and fair repair shop in the Ft Worth area, look no further, you've found it! Thanks again to Donny, Kelly, James and the team!

They told me I needed new inner and outer rods and after I brought my car to 2nd Opinion they told me that was not the case. They did the tire alignment and saved me a crap ton of money because they told me what I really needed. These are some wonderful people and I will continue to keep going back for any car needs I have!

Within a month, my engine blew and cost me a substantial amount to rebuild. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They did not fix my vehicle properly and thus jeopardized my safety. I do not recommend this place. This place did not do a good job at all. Don't say I didn't warn you.
