I am so thankful for this course. Every struggle throughout this course taught me life saving lessons that I have used on all of my rides. The crew helped me stay strong and encouraged me to see past my fears. I am the one who had to keep pushing myself to do better because they can't do that for you, but Lisa and the whole crew was there every step of the way to knock down my insecurities and help me to see that I could achieve this goal. I most certainly encouraged other women to take this course, including men who have ridden for 20+ years. This course is a MUST! Even if you don't succeed at first, it's better to fail on the course then on the road, so keep pushing until you conquer it.

Soon as I got it home!

Awesome place bought my first Harley from here, 2018 breakout got a great deal. The place was very clean, everyone was super helpful, and a great selection of bikes. They really make you feel like you are part of the family. They remember you every time you go in....... With all that being said SERVICE SUCKS!!! I've taken my bike back 3 times now to get the saddlebags fixed that they put on and they've had my bike for going on two weeks now this time and still not fixed!! They say they will call and it's a 50/50 shot if they will or you will have to call. they say it's on the lift and will be done by the end of the day, show up at 3pm and still not done, ask when it will be done and they say definitely be done by 5:30 so come back at 5pm and sit till 6pm before they finally tell me that it's actually no where near getting done!! The service department is horrid and there is absolutely no communication or respect for your time at all...... Update* The issue has finally be fixed and they did throw in a free service (I had to ask for it though) and the bike was clean and looked good when I picked it up. But there was still a lack of communication the whole time, they definitely need to work on that and treat the customer like they would want to be treated.

This place is packed with motorcycles and everything that go with it. Lots of logo cloths and leather. Memorabilia and trinkets. My husband is the Harley person, my impression of Harley owners of the past 20 years is, they are people who are reliving the misspent youth they never had. My husband bought his current bike from this dealership. The sales people are friendly, but chatting you up is a big part of what Harley has come to represent. The bikes have risen in price, but the quality is improved from past decades. Parts and service are very expensive and hit and miss on quality. This dealer will sell accessories that don't fit the bike and jerry rig to get them to fit. When it doesn't work out, you are stuck with the accessory. Batteries are expensive with a warranty of a year, and my husband has bought a battery yearly the last 3 years for his current bike. Service is scheduled in advance. They do have a key drop box outside Service.

    Mmmmm bikes...

Great shop, super friendly. Be sure to ask for Steve in sales, super Star Wars fan and very cool guy. Everyone here is friendly and make sure you are taken care of. I've not had a single bad experience with these guys. When I get parts they get me setup and done and with a smile. Just wish I had more money and a larger garage for more HD bikes.

Great selection and service. They hosted a group of Women in the Wind riders and we had a great time there. Support this dealership!

1 Star - Poor Communication, Excessive Delays, and Questionable Charges…read more I recently had my 2004 Honda VTX1300 serviced at Synergy Motor Works, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Before dropping the bike off, I was told the diagnostic process would take approximately 2 days and repairs would be completed in 2 weeks. Instead, the bike remained in the shop for nearly 5 weeks. The first issue was communication. During those 5 weeks, I received virtually no proactive updates. I had to call the shop weekly, each Tuesday, myself to find out what was going on. After about two weeks, I was finally informed that the air box needed replacement. However, no price was ever provided for the part or repair. While I admit I should have specifically asked for a quote, I expected a repair facility to communicate costs before proceeding. What really raised concerns was the conflicting information regarding the air box. One week I was told the part was expected to arrive Thursday or Friday. The following week, when I called again, I was told the part had actually been shipped on that Thursday. Those timelines simply didn't add up and left me questioning whether the part had even been ordered when I was originally told. The most disappointing interaction occurred when I politely pointed out the inconsistency and mentioned that my motorcycle had already been in the shop for over four weeks. Rather than addressing the concern, I was immediately told, "You're welcome to come get it as is." That response felt unprofessional and dismissive of a customer who had remained calm and patient throughout the entire process. When I finally received the invoice, I was shocked: Diagnostic Fee: $145.00 Oil Change: $162.70 Inspection: $72.50 Air Box Replacement: $337.96 Spark Plugs: $108.30 Total Invoice: $876.31 I was particularly confused by being charged both a diagnostic fee and a separate inspection fee. Additionally, the air box replacement charge seemed excessive considering OEM air box components can be found online for a fraction of that amount. After nearly 5 weeks in the shop, minimal communication, conflicting information, and a bill approaching $900 for what amounted to an oil change, spark plugs, and an air box replacement, I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Everyone makes mistakes, and I've certainly learned to insist on written estimates and part pricing before authorizing repairs. Hopefully this review helps someone else avoid the same experience. Buyer beware. Ask for detailed estimates, parts pricing, and completion timelines in writing before leaving your vehicle. In life you can learn lessons two ways. 1st by seeing others do it right, or by learning from others doing it wrong. Please learn from me doing it wrong. Update: Shop did call, however, didn't go very well. Wasn't allowed to speak, ended with threats that my review would be removed.
