I was in a hurry and you streamlined the process and took care of me since I was out of state with payment which was to the penny we agreed, no bull. I was a little frustrated that the trailer was buried several trailers (understand lots trailers, small yard) deep when I showed up, but quickly changed my view on that when your guys had it dug out in a few minutes, then welded and painted a safety bar in to better secure the spare, checked axle bearings oil and lights and hooked me up and I was gone. Tell everyone who jumped on the trailer thank you! I left impressed. Trailer pulls great. Mike E.

The gentleman that was behind the counter was not very kind- not saying he was terribly mean, but he just wasn't into being there, it seemed. I asked for an oil change and for all my fluids to be checked (pretty standard). I had brought in a box of tire sensors and asked if they could put them in since all but one of my existing sensors were dead. He kind of popped off a little bit of a snappy comment and roughly pulled them toward him. He asked if I was staying or going while they service my car - I asked how long it would be and he said about two hours. I was there a little more than three. I understand. They were busy, but I got up when it was just a little more than two hours to check on it. I guess I feel like they could do an update with the peeps that are still in the shop. There were at least four men sitting at the counter that day. It seems like the job got done- oil changed, fluids replenished and sensors in. The other thing I am not a fan of- he never stated there would be a charge for the placement of the sensors and it ended up being $70. A full bill that would normally be about that price ($70 ish) was $180 because of fees and other line items. That feels pretty steep and I will definitely be watching YouTube next time. Part of my appeal to return to Robertson's is they help out with such things as I am sure they installed a set of sensors for me before at no charge or at least not anymore than $20.

My experience started off at the other Kia dealer in Tulsa--Midtown (Highly advise staying away and instead bringing your car here to Ferguson). Midtown gave me the runaround for months, filled me with false promises, and sent me home time and time again saying everything was fine with my car. I had multiple misfires, and all they could do across three visits was sell me spark plugs, replace/swap coils, and then circle back to try to sell me spark plugs again (after just 7,000 miles). Ultimately, I was left with a dusty, bird-feces-covered car that had been parked and forgotten about. They claimed they couldn't replicate the issue--but somehow had no problem giving me a separate list of $1,500 worth of other recommended services. I'm not a car guru, but I learned more than I'd like to admit thanks to the lack of service Midtown Kia provided. Fed up and completely irritated by the disregard for the state of my vehicle, I came to Ferguson Kia--prepared for the worst. At that point, I had lost all faith in Kia. I am so thankful and happy with how Ferguson Kia handled my vehicle. I explained my experience with the other dealership--they listened, took note of what had already been checked, and acknowledged the issues I was still having. I'll be honest: they promised to take care of me and look into it, but at this point, I didn't believe them. However, Anthony, my service advisor, was amazing and professional (even with all my questions, doubts, and lost faith). They discovered a major issue with my engine, and he quickly got a replacement--100% covered thanks to Kia's 10-year/100,000-mile warranty. Thank you to Anthony, the service manager, and the technicians for doing a thorough job and not just going through the motions. Thank you for restoring my faith in Kia

There are some pros like free water/coffee while you wait and comfortable seating but this should be standard at any service center. I've been to the service center for an oil change a handful of times, and each time I've been unimpressed with the service. My oil change has taken anywhere from 2 hours-2.5 hours which seems excessive. I realize that they are busy since it's a dealership service center but this is extremely inconvenient. The staff at the service center are nice enough but are constantly asking for reviews from customers. Additionally, I have asked if they could fill up my tires with air (supposed to be complimentary) each time and they have said they will and then failed to do so each time. If the Midtown Kia service center is convenient for you then it's fine to go to but I will no longer be going out of my way to take my Kia vehicle there.

Don't expect anything from them if you aren't looking to buy a car and just need assistance with something you already purchased. October 7th (Call to Brent Guthrie) I began contacting Fowler Ford about the prorated refund for optional warranties that I purchased for a 2021 Ford Ecosport that was totaled. I was told that "one of the girls in the office would send the form to me". No one sent me a form. The only reason I contacted them about these refunds is that the GAP insurance policy I purchased from Fowler Ford did not cover the remaining balance leaving me with a $600 balance with Ford Finance. GAP Insurance paid out less ($616.55 is what they paid) than I paid (I paid $950 because I was told "it will cover anything left on the vehicle if it gets totaled) for the policy. I should have just put the $950 in my savings account. That would have lowered the vehicle price enough to where I didn't need the extra coverage. DO NOT BUY GAP INSURANCE FROM FOWLER FORD. IT IS A SCAM. I called, emailed, and used their chat feature on more than a dozen occasions over 3 months attempting to cancel the extended warranties. The few times that someone would respond it would be once and then never again. They couldn't be bothered with me if I wasn't buying a new car I guess. When I would follow up weeks later it would be like starting over each time. After following up again in mid December I got Brent Guthrie to send me a cancellation form. I filled it out immediately and sent it back. I thought that would be it but then again I was ghosted. I followed up in January and received a response from Jason Pierce informing me that Brent Guthrie doesn't work there anymore. Then Haylee Hayes sent me a blank form again. The same form I already filled out and sent to Brent and Jason...so I attached it again and sent it back to Haylee Hayes 10/13/2025. No response from Haylee or anyone else. On January 22nd I followed up with Haylee again attaching the cancellation forms (for the fourth time) and CC'ing Jason Pierce. At no point did someone say "we aren't refunding those" or "go away". Just "oh sure we can help" and then immediately ignored until I would follow up again. I am tired of wasting my time. It's January 31st now and this has been long enough. Hopefully this review will save people some money. DO NOT BUY ANY EXTENDED WARRANTIES FOR ANYTHING FROM FOWLER FORD. I spoke with these employees (maybe more but these are the ones I have documented) and one point or another: Chris Cantrell Chase Nelson Lu Sarazua Brent Guthrie (I sent him filled out cancellation forms) Jason Pierce (I sent him filled out cancellation forms) Haylee Hayes (I sent her filled out cancellation forms)

From minsdiagnosises, to the snarky and seeming dishonesty of the service advisor, the lack of urgency to repair and apathy to our situation, the entire experience was a disaster from day one to the month and a week it took to complete the repair. To give credit where it's due: when I finally spoke with the General Manager he called the service manager and made them finish our repair. But we were already five weeks in by that point. I even stated they would never have to see me again, to which the manager didn't respond and didn't seem to care whether or not he retained our business. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle there, I was looking for a dealership that is close to home for maintenance, service, and future purchases. I will definitely be looking for a different dealership and/or vehicle brand going forward. Dealerships with service department experiences like this are a big negative for car manufacturers. I was charged $293 for a diagnostic fee, which was not rolled into the overall cost of the repair. This was on top of a $2,500 repair bill. At every other dealership I've been to, the diagnostic charge has always been applied toward the repair once the work was authorized--so this practice felt unfair and unnecessary. The staff themselves were kind, courteous, and understanding, which I do appreciate. However, it seems that upper management is more focused on profit than long-term customer satisfaction. While I paid both the diagnostic fee and the repair bill without dispute, this experience left a lasting impression. Because of this, I won't be returning to South Pointe Ram for future service, nor will I be recommending them to others.

Complaint Regarding South Pointe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Department…read more I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from South Pointe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We initially brought our Jeep in because it was displaying a "Check 4-Wheel Drive System" warning light. Upon arrival, a technician came outside, connected a diagnostic scanner to the vehicle, and informed us that several fault codes were present. Based on this information, we scheduled a service appointment for the dealership to diagnose and repair the issue. After keeping our Jeep for approximately one week, we were told that the dealership was unable to duplicate the problem. We were informed that the fault codes had simply been cleared and that no repairs were performed. We were also told that a recall had been completed during the vehicle's stay. When we requested documentation of the work performed, we were advised that the service advisor was unable to print the repair order and would email it to us. That email was never received. Now, only two weeks later, our Jeep will not start at all. This morning, the check engine light, service light, and charging system warning light all appeared. When I contacted South Pointe to explain the situation and request assistance, I was told that we would be responsible for the towing expense. This response is unacceptable. The vehicle was drivable when we brought it in for service. The dealership identified fault codes, kept the vehicle for a week, performed no repairs, cleared the codes, and returned it to us. Now the vehicle is inoperable, yet we are expected to pay additional money for towing and further diagnostics. To make matters worse, customers can no longer contact the service department directly. Calls are routed through an overseas call center, making it difficult to speak with someone who is actually familiar with the vehicle or the service history. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend South Pointe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The lack of communication, failure to properly diagnose and repair the vehicle, failure to provide requested documentation, and unwillingness to assist when the vehicle became inoperable have resulted in significant frustration and inconvenience. I am requesting that dealership management review this matter immediately and contact me regarding a resolution.

I bought a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax from South Pointe in November of 2025. I have had to put it in the service department now three times due to the engine light coming on - twice for engine/transmission issues and once for emissions. The car is still under 8,500 miles, by the way. My last visit I was told that the engine was losing oil but they could not find the source of the leak. They put more oil in it and sent me on my way, this after sitting in the waiting area for 2 1/2 hours. After speaking with them I was told there was nothing that could be done and that I should check the oil every few weeks because they cannot trace the source of the leak. This is unacceptable on a brand new vehicle that I paid sticker price for. I also left several voicemails for the General Manager which were not returned and had to finally track him down at the dealership to express my concerns, none of which were meaningfully addressed. Nothing has been and nothing is going to be done by this dealership to make this "lemon" that they sold me right.
