So I had to put back the nine dollars worth of turkey burgers and $11 worth of beets all because I didn't want to be imposed a 3% charge to use my DEBIT card. Debit means they get the money right away anyway. Minimal processing and it immediately goes to them from my checking account. Henceforth, I will only stop when I know have enough cash to get some meats, veggies and cookies. MEANING: instead of 12 visits a year it will probably be in the neighborhood of six times a year. And I won't be spending as much because I tend to spend more When I know I can pull it directly out of my bank account. My estimation is they will lose $600/yearly from me. I have to believe at least 5% of their current customer base will follow suit perhaps excepting summertime crowds who pass by it on the way to Ocean City, Maryland on their vacations. How dumb to alienate customers. Sorry to say. Their founder's in 1907 would be sad. I've loved you for a long time and this is how you repay mine and other's patronage? Today the woman came and stood right next to me as I started scanning products and then when a product was open, I sent my partner to replace it and she accused me of trying to steal it when all I wanted was to purchase a product that wasn't damaged. Selling damaged products should not be allowed. Then she accused me of trying to buy cold medicine and I didnt even purchase cold medicine. She played me back the video just to see that nothing was stolen or attempting to be stolen. This store needs help by corporate. I'd much rather travel to other Walmarts than use Seaford. STAY AWAY.

With delivery AND a loyalty card built in - how can you beat that? Having purchased huge peaches and plums, my first thought it was appearance is always better than the taste. Not in this case. I stuffed all the produce in the refrigerator in a bag, as I seem to be a magnet for fruit flies and produce left out on the counter. Two weeks later, TWO WEEKS LATER, in an excursion to the beach, we grabbed the fruit and headed out. It was as it was picked yesterday. I needed multiple napkins for one peach and plum as the juice exploded with every bite. Yes it was that good. Add to this the generosity, cordiality, and hard work you sense coming off the Marvels' when you visit their stand, having experienced the generosity and abundance of the Mums in the Fall season, and Mums that added to the decor of a school Homecoming, you see based on the amount of produce, the quality of the produce, and the service you receive, this is one of the best finds that make the state Delaware. The gift shop is sadly not nearly as appealing or as sizeable as it was under previous ownership. It looks like it could use an upgrade. So I thought it was cheaper than it was. I told them it was a different price. So instead of arguing they got someone to take me over there to check. I realized I was wrong and it was just placed in the wrong spot but the manager ended up just making it the price I thought it was originally just to be kind. It really made my day especially when I was on a budget. I come here a lot more lately. Prices are really good here for the same things you could buy at Walmart.
