I was referred to Uzzel Dental Group by a friend and they were able to schedule to see me within two weeks. Dr. Uzzel is the most gentle, kind, and exceptionally talented Dentist I have ever been treated by. He and his staff have been clear with all that is going on and how they would treat it. Dr. Kristy Bultema at Beavercreek Endodontics who he referred to perform my root canal itself was warm and comforting (even after having some not so fun side effects from the numbing agent) and did an amazing job. Then to top it all off due to some PCSing gymnastics I had to wait at Dr. Uzzel's office for a couple of hours after walking across the street from having my root canal done to put the permanent crown on and his staff has been absolutely amazing. (To reiterate the wait was not their fault it was due to PCSing fun. If anything it was a huge favor to squeeze me in before our out processing date.) His staff has taken care of me all morning. Treating me like family. Even giving me snacks and making sure I have been comfortable. Additionally, I had a beautiful connection with a fellow patient that was extremely encouraging. I would recommend Uzzel Dental Group and Beavercreek Endodontics to anyone looking for dental care in the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base area. When I returned to remove it and place the new one I told him I was still in pain and essentially no response. He removed the temp wiped my mouth (without assessing if something else was wrong) and seated the permanent bridge; I've been in pain ever since. The next week I returned and he announced he wanted to do several root canals- to solve the pain problem, I was devastated. I had paid thousands of dollars for a bridge that has hurt to this day and he wanted to do more expensive and painful work. I've seen several endodontists who are unsure which tooth may need a root canal or if that would solve the problem. The prognosis for complete recovery and pain free status is not good and in fact could be this way the rest of my life I do not recommend this dentist or practice. They refused to refund the money for the bridge. Terrible work and customer service.

This experience was by far the best of any dental experience I have encountered! I was in and out in about an hour. Dr. Wilson kept me informed throughout. My situation was not without challenge - I had two root canals in one tooth! Oh, I was "referred" to Dr. Wilson by my wife who, too, was treated by Dr. Wilson several years prior. Let me not forget Stephanie who is kind and professional. When I called for appointment, I found that I had to wait about 7 weeks - unless an emergency, which mine was not. Stephanie suggested I consider cancellation list. I took her call two weeks later! The practice seems to function calmly, effectively and efficiently. Even though the practice is very busy, I never felt rushed. I felt I was their only patient!

I found Dr. Gioiello on my dental insurance site and then looked him up on Yelp. I would like to thank those who Yelped before me, because this guy and his staff are GREAT!! He did an excellent job numbing the area, so I felt no pain. I am slow to numb, and he was patient in waiting for me to be completely numb before starting his work.
