Apparently, when I originally scheduled the appointment a year ago, it was only considered "pending." They also claimed they called and left a voicemail, but I never received one. This was extremely frustrating and a waste of time. Make sure you confirm your appointment directly, or you may show up only to be turned away.

I am in the military and by the time the contacts came, I could not get back to have them recheck my eyes to see where the problem was (where the prescription was wrong or the trial pair was wrong). I asked if I could return the $600 in contacts and get my money returned, so that I could scramble and try to get my eyes checked again (which I would again have to pay for) to see what my prescription actually is and get the correct contact lenses before I deploy in 2 weeks. The Florence Office manager (who is the one that oversees exchanges of contacts) basically and said they would not do refunds, even in this situation where the error lay with them. She also implied I lied about getting a different trial prescription. If you value your money and time, do not come here.

I didn't get a break down of the fees I was charged just a generic receipt. Also, the doctor didn't write my prescription like she said she was going to. I'll stick with Walmart.

I had an appointment, but I think you can walk in also. The doctor was personable and helpful. I had questions about some newer disposable lenses and he fully answered them. He wrote my prescription so that I could continue using the lens I currently wear or try the newer version.
