As soon as we walked in, amazingly Mya remembered us from last time that long ago. She gave us excellent service and attention, cleaning and adjusting our existing glasses as well as helping to pick out new frames that were very fashionable and affordable. We really value her opinion! Doc was great as always and very informative of their new state of the art digital technology. As he says, the only time he needs a pen throughout the whole visit is for clients to sign form regarding additional testing options. We wont ever go anywhere else for our glasses/exams.

Im been a Pearl Vision customer for many years and today I can say I won't be back. During the 4 month of waiting for my contacts I was calling them once a week as they keep saying that the contacts should be arriving soon and that they will give me a call within the 24 hours to provide an update on my order. They won't keep they promise and never call me back and when I asked for the credit for the old contacts now they just act like this is not going to happen and they don't need to give this credit but wants to take my old contacts back as they are not expired and intact. Very disappointed of them I used to love Pearl Vision but is time to move on.

After a brief wait, I received an efficient expert-level exam and smart conversation with Dr. Brandys. Nice dealing with someone who has personality. The optician's were all great afterwards too. I have 3 sample packs of contacts to try so we get the best match for my VR unit. He gave me near, far and mono lenses and I didn't need to buy any until we figure out which are best. Throughout our appointments, there was constant upselling of additional products and services, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Nobody mentioned the extra costs until AFTER all four appointments were completed (3+ hours later). When I questioned the bill, they refused to reduce it or work with us. I asked to review charges with my insurance before paying, but they submitted the bill to insurance that same day anyway. ADVICE: Before your exam, explicitly ask about ALL potential non-covered charges. Cost info is buried deep in their paperwork. Find a more transparent practice that respects informed consent and clearly discloses all fees upfront.
