Previous customers are…read morenot told they are seeing a brand new doctor who was certified this year and just started working as a doctor. He was very friendly but he does a terrible job of prescribing customers for glasses. He completly missed that I have an astigmatism. I went back for a recheck and my prescription was still wrong. Same thing happened to my daughter and coworker. We all had to go back and fight with them for a refund. Save yourself the hassle and go to a place that has a doctor with more experience. A glasses prescription needs to be precise or its not worth having. I think he thinks if he gives you a prescription that's almost ok you should be happy. When I was there for a recheck there was another lady complaing her contacts prescription he gave her the day before was so strong she became nauseated while driving. Overall terrible experience. It took 4 to 5 weeks to deal with them and in the end they charged a 20% restocking fee even though it's the doctors fault the prescription was still wrong.

I have had problems with my eyes for over 2 years due to an autoimmune disease. He just dismissed it and said that it's allergies and told me to get some drop over the counter that cost $25.99. I am now in the process of trying to go see a specialist in Houston because the Dr here don't seem to really want to listen to what I have to tell them. I have had so many test done on my eyes and asked him to get them from my other Dr in Las Vegas and he straightened out said no I don't need them it's just allergies. I left there broken hearted and with still infected eyes and when I told him I was out of the drops that normally help he just brushed it off. So my primary care Dr. Does listen and he sent a script in so I could get them. Maybe don't be so cocky and listen to your patients. Just take the time to act like you care.

It's been almost 20 years since I've used Dr. Voster, but he's now in a new office and the examination equipment they have now is of the latest technology. Nothing like it used to be, now it's more like a virtual reality type exam with a head set similar to what kids have to play games!! Dr. Voster is as kind and caring as he was 20 years ago, as are all of his assistants! The front desk is very helpful in assisting you with your insurance and paperwork also!!!
