I HATE myfroyo! I mean, whenever I review, it's for a good reason, but this just made me mad. No one deserves to go here! But anyways, when I came half the soft serve machines were either out of order or watery, and the toppings and "fresh" fruit looked dry and stale. I mean, even the candy did! The workers didn't even seem to be paying attention half the time, and the other half, I swear were about to fall asleep. Inside myfroyo, it's kinda dirty and the floor is sticky. The have the same kinda chairs as yogurt beach, only the ones here are more cheap and gross. Don't come here. read more

Although we have gone here numerous times in past Few years, we were very disappointed this time. Half of the machine dispensers were not working and there Was only one low Sugar flavor available. The single employee there was very friendly while she was also cleaning up to close. read more

went there twice this week based on the yelp times of operation and they were closed or closing when we got there even though yelp said that they were open. I contacted the manager who said he was unable to change the times on yelp, and that they change the times frequently in the last year. How convenient for customers. What a business plan! I googled how to change the times on yelp, and you actually CAN change your business operation times. To which I sent him the link on how to do it So he's a liar on top of a bad businessman. We will never go back to that store again, unless it gets new ownership who actually give a crap about customers. Yogurt beach is better anyways and doesn't cost an arm and a leg! read more

Most frustrating , unprofessional interact. i walked in, the only customer. I see no employee. I get the yogurt. The only fruit available was pineapple and cherries . I had to knock on the door to get the employee off her phone to ask her for fruit. She put out strawb. still no commun. I knocked again, getting her to put her phone down and asked for other fruit. She went in the back and no other fruit came out. Now there's 4 other customers asking where the fruit is. The employee was still in the back on her phone. I knocked again and asked for cheesecake pieces. She put them out, no communication. Now the other customers are not happy. The hot caramel and hot fudge pots were turned off and the marshmallow was empty. The other customers started to really express disappointment. I knocked on the door, AGAIN, and she came out. I asked her if the hot pots were supposed to be on and she said no. I asked if there was more marshmallow and she started digging through cupboards. I told her to forget it and the other customers expressed their displeasure. We all paid and left. Worst experience I've ever had there. Will not go back!! read more

This place has gone downhill. First of all, they were out of half of the frozen yogurt flavors, all of the fruit, hot fudge, Carmel, peanut butter, m&ms....all gone. We paid nearly $60 for 5 of us to eat. The bathroom was disgusting, the toilet hadn't been cleaned in way too long, paper towels all over the floor. The tables were all dirty, the floor was filthy, and there were fruit flies bothering us while we ate (mid January this isn't usually an issue). My Spanish exchange student introduced me to MyFroYo this afternoon. It has been one of his favorite American discoveries, and he didn't want to go home before making sure I got to try it, too -- specifically, blue cotton candy yogurt with sprinkles. I wasn't sure whether I'd be as enthusiastic -- basically, I went along to please him -- but The Amigo was right: it was delicious. What's more, the shop was cheerful and spotless, the young woman who served us was very welcoming, and the whole environment was perfect for a warm weather outing. I'll be back! read more

I was very much craving MyFroyo, so I looked up the business hours online it said the store was closing at 10pm. Got there at 9:2pm and the employee signaled me through the window that they were closed. If your business hours have changed you should update that on google too! Good frozen yogurt but micromanagement will ruin this place before its allowed to flourish if not careful. I've seen this happen at other places and the same things that kept people from coming back to those places are happening here. A few things need to be removed or changed quick before people move on to the next set of froyo places that seem to be popping up all over these days. 1. Having the associate get everyone's samples is a killer and is losing you more money than you think it's saving you. Every other frozen yogurt place we go to allows you to get your own samples. This was actually the first froyo place that my family and I have seen that makes the associate get your samples. Waste of time and instantly makes you feel awkward for wanting to sample. Obviously this is to slow down the abusers and save money on people filling the little cups too much., But honestly you are going to make your money back on them filling up their cups and loading them up with so much extras that the few dollars you save is not worth it. Especially when you start to lose business from people who will avoid this place and go to the next one that lets you sample. 2. Charging extra for whip cream?!?! Really? Why would you charge extra for whip cream? Once again never been to a place that charges for whipped cream. 3. One associate working so when we went to pay we had to wait for him to finish handing out samples to a large group of people who had just walked in. After a couple minutes waiting at the counter were finally able to pay and leave. Add these things up and if I live in the Tri-Cities, or had a place like this locally I would avoid this place and hit the next one down the street. It's been awhile since we've been in but the flavors seem to be largely the same. I do wish there was more of a variance. The clerk was nice but a little bit out of line. She complimented a couple of us on our hair and then immediately asked how much it cost to have it done, which I felt was a bit of an awkward question and not entirely professional. MyFroyo has a little something for everyone with about ten flavors of soft serve in FroYo, Low Fat, No Sugar Added, and Dairy Free varieties. Compared to other Frozen Yogurt places I've been to in California, I would say the flavors aren't quite as good (a little more artificial tasting), but considering the lack of competition in the area, MyFroYo is just fine. There are vast amounts of self-serve toppings, which make it easy to get carried away and spend more money than anticipated. This place is very clean and has more indoor/outdoor seating than the one in Pasco. The pricing is on par with other froyo places I've been to. One thing I do not like about MyFroYo is that they make you feel weird about sampling the froyos. If the one employee in the place isn't busy, they'll ask if you'd like to sample anything, otherwise you just have to wait till they're not busy. I've never been to a FroYo place that didn't let you get your own samples. Seems kind of stingy. I'm sure allowing customers to self-serve samples in those little tiny cups wouldn't break the bank, especially since other froyo places seem to get by just fine. read more

I love fro yo! But this summer you all have failed. We go weekly... yet you're always closed for maintenance or half your machines are broken or just not in use at all. And 100+ degree weather most people want something like this but yet you guys never deliver on your services. I like coming here. They have a good selection of froyo flavors and just about any topping you'd want. The staff is friendly and the establishment is clean and well kept. They have a nice little outdoor sitting area too. A nice treat on a hot hazy summer day. :) read more

i have loved every MyFroYo in the tri-cities however, when we pulled into the parking lot at 9:30(30 minutes before closing time) they had all of their lights on until we got out of our vehicle. if your times have changed at least update them with google, we drove 15 minutes to get locked out early and that's just rude. read more

Giving it only two stars due to customer service. The gentleman working seemed bored, he did not come out and greet me or the other guest, nor did he ask if we wanted to sample anything. When we arrived the doors were locked and 3 girls were inside cleaning and dancing around to music. I come here fairly often, since my family lives close. I came around 9pm last night with my little sister. All the chairs and tables outside were not only stacked, but locked up as well (it's around 85 degrees outside). I immediately felt bad, because I assumed I was coming in right as they were closing. No, they don't close until 11pm. Tables were stacked inside as well, completely unwelcoming. No one offered to sample, all the toppings where covered - only ONE scoop to use for all the toppings (I'm positive that's a health code violation). Clearly the store was ready for close, but 2 HOURS EARLY? Really? I will probably choose a longer drive to a more welcoming place. If you want to close at 9, change your hours. Not necessary to have your business 'ready for close' 2 hours early. As I was there, I saw two families come in and out, clearly irritated by these same things - only to have the girl working seem irritated by us making her do her job. I work in retail, I have no sympathy for this. Hopefully this kind of situation doesn't occur often, for the sake of the business. Cause I'm sure you'll lose more than just my business continuing to do so. read more
