So he went to the living room and said to his mom "no she didn't". "Okay, you'll have to go back", she said. We did just that. Because of the mess up this location did - we were offered free food. E and I headed back to get our food, which this time included my dinner. This time the employees got it right. This made me happy. Free food didn't come .. I was annoyed about that for a minute - and E called his mom. She said don't worry about it. I got my food and that is what mattered most. This location lacks empathy and compassion. The customers are invisible. All in all, I feel the customer service is horrible! Yes, you read that right. I've worked in retail and the customer is always right. But nope, at this place you're not!
