They're very customer service oriented, which is important to me. When working with them, you know your satisfaction is paramount. liquidfish keeps current on trends and relevant design for your product/business. I feel like my packaging can compete with any of the big brands on the shelves. I also feel that my packaging outshines all of my competitors' packaging who sell on the same level as I do at the moment (I am not biased at all ;);)). Steve has been my go-to guy and I have been really impressed by his knowledge and quickness. In fact, one Friday I couldn't make it to DigiPrint to pick up my order before 5, so he offered to open the store for me on Saturday so I didn't miss my deadline.
